Simple, we need to ready our ingredients*. *****35-40 mins. , 3-4 servings***** ****Ingredients:**** 3 tbsp cooking oil 1 cup water 1/4 lb pork, thinly sliced 4-5 tbsp shrimp paste or anchovies 3 slices of tomato, sliced 1 piece onion, chopped 1 tbsp ginger, minced 3 cloves garlic, crushed 1 bunch string beans, cut in 3 inches length 6 to 7 pieces of okra 1 medium sized ampule, chopped 1 large egg plant, sliced 1/4 lb squash, chopped into cubes to taste salt and pepper ****Steps****: **1.**Heat the pan first and place the oil **2.**When the oil is hot add the garlic, onion, ginger and tomato. **3.**Put the pork and cook it until it is light brown, maybe 5-10 mins. **4.**Put on a fork and cook for 2-3 mins **5.**Put the water and rodents / boil haha so just boil me please because I'm sure in tagalog eh. Simmer for 10 mins or until the pork is tender **6.**Put the pumpkin & cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until texture becomes soft. **7.**Put the remaining vegetables and mix w / other ingredients.
