Hello August! Hello, amazing people! Kumusta?

Let's start this month by setting goals to accomplish.

To accomplish your goals, however, you need to know how to set them. You can't simply say, "I want" and expect it to happen. Goal setting is a process that starts with careful consideration of what you want to achieve and ends with a lot of hard work to do it. In between, some very well-defined steps transcend the specifics of each goal. Knowing these steps will allow you to formulate goals that you can accomplish.

I listed a lot, right?

Why be grateful?

There were a bunch of blessings that I tend to forget sometimes. Like the gift of existence from above, great friends, my job that sustains my family's needs, and more. I have to stop weeping about something missing in my life. I have to learn how to be contented, value every little thing, and be grateful for everything I have.

Why saving more money?

I am planning to buy something for myself in the future. This will be a secret for now. Lol. I will share this with you soon once I'm sure that I can afford it.

Why prioritize necessities?

I'm super "magastos sa pera", I always buy stuffs that aren't that important. I often go for wants over needs. So pigil-pigil muna girl, soon na tayo magwawaldas pag bilyonarya na tayo. Lol.

Why consistently good at work?

In my job, we have a metric to accomplish. It's like a performance bonus. So more money, more saya na agad diba? chourrr! That is why I wanted to perform well at work. Consistency is the key - to more money!

Why celebrate my birthday with my family at the beach?

Simply because I wanted to spend time with them. I am all "work- eat-sleep-repeat" 24/7. I also choose to celebrate it at the beach because I miss the waves badly. I wanted to relax and have fun and take an escape for at least a day from a busy world full of irate customers (I am a call center agent btw)

Lastly, no more soft drinks, just water. I want to practice a healthy lifestyle. I get sick easily these past few weeks, that is why.

And yes! Those are my goals this August.
