Happy weekend everyone! How's your Saturday so far? Is everybody there already on noise.app? Just posted there about my lesson in Grade 3 hahaha! Bumalik muna sa Grade 3. And since my internet connection is quite okay na, hope that I can visit here and there more often to be noisy again.

@Blendz

Happy weekend everyone! How's your Saturday so far? Me, I still have a class, bumalik sa Grade 3 hahaha! Ano ba ito, parang di ko maalala if ano lessons namin when I was in Grade 3. I Drawing2 naman kahit di magaling basta may maipasa sa Monday. Honestly, if ganito siguro before pinapagawa ng teacher ko, baka nganga ako. Or baka super-advanced na nga sila ngayon. At hindi kaya masyadong pressured yung mga students sa lessons nila now? Very alarming din kasi yung suicide cases among students eh. Anyways medyo okay na yung internet connection ko but there were times pa din na bumalik ang sakit. Parang ako lang bumalik sa Grade 3 haha! But atleast hindi na siya loading nang loading until ma expire na lang ang bayad. Kaya will be busy again after my class to earn some cents at 35 days na lang Christmas na.

@Blendz

I'm baaack! As if nawala nang matagal eh, nandito lang pasilip-silip if may signal. I don't know kung bakit bumalik na naman sakit ng internet ko just like before, hahaaay! Saan naman kaya dumadaan ang signal at super hirap mahagilap. Yung internet ko ang may sakit and ako, ilang beses na nabasa ng ulan na bigla na lang bumabagsak but thanks God, hindi naman nagkasakit. Kaya let's continue to eat our natural medicine lang para may shield lagi. And since nakakaiwas ako sa sakit, iwas din ako ma stress sa signal ng internet that's why hindi ko na pinipilit mag-online if super hina talaga ng signal. How about you there, okay ba internet ninyo jan? Oh siya, it's merienda time na! Enjoy your merienda and me, I'll be eating some leftovers fruits from few days ago. Happy and Blessed Wednesday!

@Blendz

How's your weekend so far? It's a sunny Sunday here for now, but I don't know in few minutes or hours. The weather is sooo unpredictable so we need to be careful of our health. Eat plenty of natural, real foods. I'm busy on my duties in the garden these past few days for I need to finish it before November ends. I already prepared few raised beds for peanuts, soy and mung beans, bell peppers, and potatoes but I need to add 3 or more beds for other veggies. So tiring but exciting to grow own food especially now that golden era na daw kaya gold na nga mga prices. I also planted more flowers there to attract pollinators for they say, "they are responsible for bringing us one out of every three bites of food" so we need to welcome them and provide them also their food (nectar and pollen). Happy and Blessed Sunday!

@Blendz

Hey, what's up? It's a Thursday na and heto bigla na naman umulan, parang wala nang matinong init since typhoon Paeng. I thought Wednesday pa lang...time flies so fast talaga and mid November na tayo in few days and according to the weather agency ay may 2-3 typhoon pa yata tayong i.expect this month. Naku, hope wala na since few more weeks Christmas time na. And kung may blood moon last, last night ay nag bloody din ang market. Hope sa December ay green na green na siya para happy din naman ang mga wallets natin. But sige lang ipon pa din nang ipon as long as meron. Happy and Blessed Thursday!

@Blendz

It's a rainy Tuesday again just like yesterday afternoon. Haaays, unti-unti nalalanta ang mga tanim at di pa naka-recover since last week during the typhoon. Hindi na sila green kundi yellowish and brown na. We were in the city with my brother and sister-in-law yesterday and super init. It was an unplanned travel for me actually but it was also my chance to teach my friend more about crypto. But parang ma-heat stroke ako while going to the city hall where she is working. I even asked her if I can stay inside their office para magpa-aircon na at baka maubos ang 1 glass of water sa katawan ko, haha! My friend was holding a magazine when I met her at the lobby and it's about the city's plans of putting up eco-parks. And timing naman that I'm complaining how hot the weather was and happy to know that they wanted the city to be a greener and cooler place sooner. I also brought some lemons for her but I did not expect also another friend from the other floor to be there so I shared the fruit to both of them and that friend became interested to plant lemons even if they have no space at their house. He wanted to plant even in pots because he said that the prices are going higher and higher. Grabe na nga talaga ka mahaaal! Before we went home, we visited first my cousin's house where I stayed for 2 months last time and my aunt's house where I got some flower seedlings that I planted in the garden this morning. I need to attract more pollinators in the garden for they are so important in our food sources. Kaya we need to go green, eat greens just like these cutie white rabbits owned by my nieces and nephews, eating paragis grass, for a healthy body and healthy environment. Happy and Blessed Tuesday!

@Blendz

Hello here, how's your Sunday so far? Here, the weather seems so moody again for it's sunny for few hours and then suddenly the rain will pour for few minutes or half an hour and the sun will shine again. Kaloka, you will really get sick if your immune system is weak. I don't know if it's natural or artificial rain since a lot of people are getting sick right now. Basta ako, kain lang nang kain ng natural foods as shield against sickness. I actually got soaked in the rain earlier when I washed my clothes but I hope my shield is not that weak pa, for I slept late last night pa naman, nyaaay lagot na! Anyway, just want to share my photos of the moon when I'm about to finish my laundry. Pwede na ba pang-horror, at this is where the bats usually stay or pass at night. Hehe, manakot pa talaga and the branches of the dead aratiles "small apple" or mansanitas just happened to be the perfect spot to catch the moon at that time. While hanging my clothes, I remembered the news about some astronomical events for this month. I checked again on the internet if what are the events on the night sky and sad to say that I missed the Taurid Meteor Showers yesterday. The good thing is, on November 11 and 12, Northern Taurids are expected to be brighter than usual. So if the Southern Taurids were missed, the Northern Taurids will flash brighter. But wait, there's more! "According to the Old Farmer's Almanac, the full "beaver" moon is expected on November 7-8 and will be accompanied by a total lunar eclipse, making the moon appear coppery in colour." (Melissa Lopez-Martinez-ctvnews) Also the "Ice Giant " planet Uranus will lie opposite to the sun and will be visible throughout the night on November 9. And Leonid Meteor Shower will brighten the night sky on November 17-18 according to ctvnews. You can read more about these astronomical events on there website. Sarap mag camping for November is filled with many astronomical events. But hope the weather on that days will favor the stargazers. Happy and Blessed Sunday!

@Blendz

Happy and Blessed weekend everyone! It's sleeping time already but hahabol ng post, hehe. I'm quite busy editing some videos kasi and my internet connection is busy din mag hide-and-seek so, masakit sa bangs. Anyways, just want to share some photos I took yesterday when I accompanied my mama in buying detergent bar and miswa at our uncle's store across the creek. And while I'm waiting for her at the other side, I found some ripe guava fruits to eat. Few meters away, I also found some fallen fruits from a tree like a native fig tree with a bite of a bird or rat maybe so, it's edible. But will check next time if it's edible also for humans. I waited for my mama for few minutes more so I went back under a guava tree and pick another fruit. And while eating, I enjoyed looking at the green view of the ricefields and I remembered a quote from Brenda Schoepp that I saw on Farming Time's post on Facebook few days ago. "My grandfather used to say that once in your life you need a doctor, a lawyer, a policeman and a preacher but everyday, three times a day, you need a farmer." And this is really true and I'm proud that most of our relatives and neighbors here, still cultivate the land to provide us food to eat.

+1 more

@Blendz

So this is what I did yesterday afternoon that made mo so tired. I picked some cacao fruits near our deep-well and gathered the rotten ones for I will use it as a fertilizer to other plants in the garden. And when I'm on my way home, I spotted some avocado seedlings. These were for sure, the ones I missed everytime I was checking the fallen fruits few months ago. I have no idea at first where to plant these seedlings since every corner here have trees. Mostly were fruit-bearing trees like jackruit, lansones, and rambutan so I don't know where to let these baby avocados grow hehe. Until I noticed some avocados at about 2-3 years old which my mama and papa planted before, at the foot of the hill near my wild raspberries. So there you go, I inserted the baby avocados in line to other young avocado trees para one happy family na sila. In 7-10 years hopefully, I can harvest their fruits and I'm not a senior citizen yet that time so, I still have the energy to climb the tree haha! Kaya kay diyan, if you have the chance to grow fruit trees, start now for aside from giving you healthy and fresh food, cooler environment, it will also help in preventing soil erosions and will cover you from strong winds during storms. Happy and Blessed Friday everyone!

@Blendz

It's a rainy and cold All Soul's Day afternoon here. The sun was up this morning and was happy when I checked my garden, for the water has subsided but the rain is here again! Talagang araw ng mga malalamig ano kasi kung may magparamdam if ever, ay malamig. Halaaa haha, joke! But seriously, I'm worried for those who were greatly affected by the typhoon few days ago. More than 100 lives I think were lost and even some animals have died but, the next typhoon is here. Though according to the weather agency, it weakens into a low pressure area but still brings light to moderate rains in several parts of Visayas and Mindanao. And because of few days rains, some of the plants were dying. Good thing my peanut plants in the ground and in pots (in photos) were still okay and harvested some of it few days ago and this morning. I will keep some of the seeds for next planting for the old stocks we have were eaten by our cats, haha! I don't know why our cats attacked the old stock of peanut seeds. Akala cat food hahaha. It seems that even these animals feel the food crisis we are facing right now and in the coming years because of pandemic and the climate. And talagang mas nakakatakot ang gutom kaysa sa mga kaluluwa. Kaya, let's grow our own food na naman. Happy and Blessed All Soul's Day!

@Blendz

November 1 is All Saint's Day and for us Christians, it is the day to honor and remember the saints, not mga horror! And I remembered, few days ago, a friend on FB shared a message from Catholics@Works. And is also the reminder of church again and again that "Halloween is about the saints and their holiness and not about the devil, its ugliness, and darkness." So, to all Christian parents out there, "stop dressing your kids like they are the children of Satan. Remember that "your sons and daughters are children of God, not devil, little demon, or a monster." True, right? And that is what I also keep on telling others since before. Why do we need to scare and be scared, to look ugly, yucky, and bloody? When we can pray, dress the kids like holy saints, and just enjoy the foods, the treats with family and friends? Happy All Saint's Day!

@Blendz

The sun is up now but there's this weird feeling I have since last night. The calmness around, the cold breeze that seems telling something scary or danger that is coming. And even a friend of mine felt the same last night. But, we have someone there above watching us here. He's in control of everything so, let's continue to do good and pray for everyone's safety. For the more we pray, the more we get closer to Him. QueeniePH turns into tropical storm but is "unlikely to directly affect the country today and may even weaken on Friday", according to the weather agency on inquirer.net so, thanks God if her beauty will just fade away! How's the weather in your area because of Queenie? Keep safe, be always ready, and PRAY.

@Blendz

Though not enough pa itong mga kahoy dito. Need to grow more native trees pa after ng bagyo. God Bless, Pilipinas 🙏.

@Blendz

Our viand in these rainy and stormy days, adobong takway (taro tendrils) again with lady's fingers, split gills mushrooms, and string beans cooked in soy sauce and vinegar. We also have my newest experiment, pansit papaya with mung bean sprouts. I cooked this yesterday but it was good already for 2-3 meals so, naka-save sa time and money. Pansit papaya strips should have carrots and cabbage and other ingredients but we have no stocks of those so, I just added some mung bean sprouts, mushrooms and seasoned with salt and soy sauce. It tasted so good naman...for me lang haha! But my mama and our dogs love it also, so approved na hehe. This is the advantage of growing own food at home, even just on pots and recycled bottles if you have no space for planting. It is really a big help to have instant free and healthy food in rainy and stormy days. Keep safe and have a happy and blessed weekend!

@Blendz

A rainy and stormy Thursday here. Though, there's no sign of strong winds, our local officials were already monitoring our river since yesterday due to heavy rains. Thanks God, the rain has stopped for a while now, but I don't know in the next few hours. And also the power was restored few minutes ago, for we have no electricity here since yesterday morning when I woke up. It was back at past 9am and went off again past 2 pm. At past 7pm last night, the lights turned on but for few seconds only, hahaay! And then a sudden explosion was heard from afar and I think some residents near the area or maybe the electric company tried to fix it but it's too risky because of the rain. And finally today, I'm back to online world. Few hours ago, while the power is still on sleep mode, I tried to sleep also but I can't sleep so I cleaned some stuff and I found something inside this bottle spray. I'm about to throw it but I noticed something inside and when I opened it, charaan surprise! Can you guess what's inside this bottle? Comment down your guess and let's see who has a good eyesight and who knows you have a surprise, too! Keep safe and God Bless everyone!

@Blendz

Acharang Papaya Sharing with you my viand, acharang papaya that my mama bought from our neighbor last Sunday. I missed this dish when I was in the city so I really made sure that I can eat a lot so, I secured one pack for me. Papaya is a good lung cleanser and is rich in vitamins A, C, and E. May reduce risk of heart disease, diabetes, and cancer, especially if it's ripe and not preserved so better add this to your daily diet. Happy and Blessed Tuesday!

@Blendz

Acharang Papaya Who wants atchara/achara/atsara or pickle made from grated unripe papaya or Carica papaya for lunch? My mama bought packs of atchara from our neighbor last Sunday worth P100 or $2 in total and shared some to my elder brothers and other neighbors. The few remaining packs for us and I kept one pack for me since I also missed this when I was in the city. We have few papaya plants here but too young to be pickled. And we usually cook it as veggie soup partnered with string beans and sweet potato tops or water spinach for it's more healthier than preserved. Papaya is a good lung cleanser, rich in vitamins A, C, and E and reduces the risk of heart disease, diabete, and cancer according to health experts so better add this to your daily diet. Happy and Blessed Tuesday!

@Blendz

"A flower does not think of competing to the flower next to it, it just blooms." - Zen Shin Just bloom, stop comparing yourself to others, for God has made each of us beautiful, amazing, unique and special! He knew every strand of your hair, what you are about to think and say, He knew all about you and His plans for you. So just bloom...we may not know when, but it will happen in your own time. Sharing with you these flower blooms from our garden. And I took these photos while in squat position and full of sweet, haha! I got a slight pain on my knees and was shaking already before I can click the shuttter button. But it's okay, I was able to catch some flying little friends drinking nectar or water maybe on flowers. Happy and Blessed Sunday!

@Blendz

Happy weekend everyone! How are you here, and are you there already on the other side? Just posted my 4th post on my 3rd day on noise.app, haha! Perfect attendance pa, but I don't know on next days at baka same dito na 1-2 days absent. It was about my visit in the woods sa likod bahay and it was my first visit after 2 months of being away from home. And I was glad that I found one survivor wild raspberry and I also gathered some fallen branches of fruit trees around for firewood. So, see you here and see you there also on the other side? noise.app/Blendz

@Blendz

Just want to share my visit in the woods 3 days ago. I missed climbing at the foot of the hills for everytime I'm inside this mini-forest we have, it feels like my lungs are so clean hehe. I actually checked there my wild raspberries and I found out that only one has survived. But it's okay, raspberries are invasive so hopefully will occupy the area in few months more. And I'm not that worried if my father will find out about it since it grows with "anahaw" or fan palm there also which has more and bigger thorns. He hates plants with thorns especially flowers that's why... I also checked the other fruit trees growing there and gathered some dry fallen branches for cooking, so no need to cut trees for firewood. And the one branch I was holding looks like letter "Y" or it looks like a Y-shaped frame of a slingshot? Haha! It seems that it was a message for me that (you/me) was called to save the planet to protect mine and your health, charot! But seriously yes, I'm trying my best, in my own little ways. Happy and Blessed Saturday!

@Blendz

Just posted on noise app about growing own food when I was near the city last months. Since we are experiencing climate crisis, food crisis, and we still have threats of viruses of greedy monkey business, we need to volt in in fighting these crises! Hello people, mag-ingay ng may saysay hangga't buhay. Huwag lang mag-ingay para maghanap ng away. See you here and there. Happy and Blessed Friday. noise.app/Blendz https://noise.app/Blendz/9p56lwwk

@Blendz

Grow your own food! I'm not tired of saying this again and again. And since we are experiencing food crisis, climate crisis, and still in threat of viruses of the greedy monkey business, let's volt in! Charot, fave pa din Voltes V ano haha. Let's volt in, in growing our own food. Last month when I was still near the city in my cousin's house, I bought 1 kilo of sweet potatoes from a neighbor and I remembered, I shared about it also before. And there was one piece left in the kitchen after a week and with some shoots already as you can see on the first photo. What I did was, I put it in a recycled plastic container with water and let it grow until my cousin went home. I told my cousin to harvest some leaves but she let it grow more and until I went back home, I have no idea if she picked some for her veggie soup. Will ask her later if she tried eating it already or she let it screened the dust from the road. I also collected some fruits and veggies skins in pots and added some dust from the road to make a compost and plant some squash, bell peppers, tomotoes, onions and garlics. Though I know, it's hard to grow plants here. And unfortunately, when we transferred the pots outside the gate, some died because of heavy rains and poor drainage of pots. But before I left, my cousin gave some malabar nightshade stalks or alugbati and planted it in the second pot so will ask her also about it later. And hope they survived and with more leaves already for my nephew loves to eat fruits and veggies. And when I cleaned our house here, I also found a piece of regular potato (third photo) but until now it is still here on my table. I still don't know when can I plant it since I'm not done yet in reviving my garden and I failed growing it for the second time already haha. But hopefully, I will succeed for the third time and I will be adding some soy beans also in the garden next days so I'm praying really that I can grow more food, not just for me but for other living creatures since they're hungry too like us. Happy and Blessed Friday!

@Blendz

I was not able to cook cookies yesterday after washing clothes and after cooking cassava tops with coconut milk but finally today,I did it and as usual with a twist. I craved for this coconut cookies since few months ago but now is the right time to make an experiment again so, here it is and it's my dinner for tonight. I have posted this on noise app so yeah, finally I signed up and maybe today is also the right time to be there haha. I'm using same username and still with a flower profile pic. Only that it was not the same flower like the one you see here. And I'll be both active here and there so, see you here and there! Here's my invitation link for those who were not there yet https://noise.app/invite/dvlesvzt

@Blendz

My own version of coconut cookies! It should be a no bake coconut cookies but since I haven't use our oven for few months, I baked it for 30 minutes at 200 °C. I craved for a dessert that has no animal-based ingredients few months ago and found a coconut cookies recipe from kirbiecravings but was not able to do it that time. Only today when we have a pancho banana harvest so I tried it with for the first time. And since I cooked cassava tops in coconut milk yesterday, I kept some grated coconut and mixed it with mashed pancho. In the original recipe, it should be mashed banana, peanut butter, and shredded coconut but I Iove food experimentations and we have no peanut butter so I just added a tablespoon of vanilla, mixed well, formed into small flat circles and baked. It turned out to be yummy and not so sweet cookies. Just the natural sweet of ripe banana so it's healthier and it's also my dinner tonight instead of eating it as a dessert. You should try it guys and enjoy the health benefits of plant-based cookies.

@Blendz

Rainy Thursday here, kamusta kayo?

@Blendz

Finally, I'm here in our new tambayan! Ngayon lang sinipag mag-install ng app eh...or shall I say, this is the right time, naks. Anyways, it feels good to be here but I'm still there sa kabila and hope forever na tayong friends sa noise.cash world. 💚❤️

@Blendz

How are you here? Been so bee-sy again since yesterday for I have 3 batches of laundry! The 1st batch was done yesterday (my clothes, rags, and furbaby Thunder's stuff) and this morning, blankets and pillow cases after checking my wild raspberry in the woods. Tomorrow will be the 3rd batch of laundry, my white clothes that were not used for more than 2 years. Happy ang mga cockroaches for they stayed inside our old closet, laid in my white t-shirts and left stains and holes huhu. I already have wounds and rashes on my hands after washing but fight lang. Later will cook "ginataang talbos ng kamoteng kahoy" or cassava tops cooked with coconut milk. I missed this when I was near the city so, Im so excited to eat this again. And if I still have time later, I will try the no-bake cookies recipe I saw on the internet last time. Bee-sy as a bee but I have no absent in earning #BCH and playing Crypto WODL in Binance, haha! Perfect answers straight since last month hehe. Who would have thought that my favorite word game since I was young will give me small rewards now? And if you want to play too, here are some of the answers. Or you can ask me if you're about to lose or you only have 2 guesses left, naks! Happy and Blessed Wednesday!

@Blendz

Happy and Blessed Sunday! Sharing with you my healthy breakfast and lunch today. Steamed lady's finger and sinantolan or cotton fruit rinds cooked in coconut milk for breakfast, and taro shoots or tendrils cooked in soy sauce and vinegar with dried wood ear mushrooms. I missed these healthy and delicious viands two months ago but now since I'm here again at home, I can have these more often. Dogs and cats also love these. Hope, you too are enjoying your healthy food right now with family and pets.

@Blendz

Today is my 3rd visit in our garden after more than 2 months. Only yesterday that I was absent there and I can't help but falling in love with the flowers that bloom. I just love the colors and I also spotted some butterflies and moths drinking sweet nectars and have recorded it on my phone. I also removed some grass that cover the other plants but I stopped when I almost cut my fingers. And since it's already past 11 a.m. and the weather was so hot already so, I chose to went home and checked the videos I have recorded. I just love it and it makes me happy everytime I watch the videos. It relaxes my mind, I never felt tiredness compared to when I was near the city that I'm always feeling tired and pained if I accidentally hurt myself, and even if I don't have much work to do. I was not even so nervous when I saw blood from my fresh wound and can't feel much pain right now. Maybe, a good mental health really helps physical pain recovers fast. And indeed, flowers are good for mental health and is healing. Happy and Blessed Saturday everyone!

@Blendz

Finally home after more than 2 months! Missed the fresh air, the food, the garden, my mama and papa of course, and our dogs and cats. As if I was away for years that I need to recall where I put some of my things and where I planted some of my plants, haha! Even our dogs and cats didn't recognize me for a minute and so I had enough time to prepare myself from scratching and hugging. And today, I'm busy cleaning our house and my table but still need to earn some cents for I will be back in the city again next week maybe. It's raining here every afternoon so I can feel the coldness outside now and craving for a boiled banana or hot soup after done cleaning my table. We'll see if I can't find something that will satisfy my cravings. And hope you're now enjoying your snacks and almost done from your tasks. Happy and Blessed Wednesday!
