Our viand in these rainy and stormy days, adobong takway (taro tendrils) again with lady's fingers, split gills mushrooms, and string beans cooked in soy sauce and vinegar. We also have my newest experiment, pansit papaya with mung bean sprouts. I cooked this yesterday but it was good already for 2-3 meals so, naka-save sa time and money. Pansit papaya strips should have carrots and cabbage and other ingredients but we have no stocks of those so, I just added some mung bean sprouts, mushrooms and seasoned with salt and soy sauce. It tasted so good naman...for me lang haha! But my mama and our dogs love it also, so approved na hehe. This is the advantage of growing own food at home, even just on pots and recycled bottles if you have no space for planting. It is really a big help to have instant free and healthy food in rainy and stormy days. Keep safe and have a happy and blessed weekend!
