November 1 is All Saint's Day and for us Christians, it is the day to honor and remember the saints, not mga horror! And I remembered, few days ago, a friend on FB shared a message from Catholics@Works. And is also the reminder of church again and again that "Halloween is about the saints and their holiness and not about the devil, its ugliness, and darkness." So, to all Christian parents out there, "stop dressing your kids like they are the children of Satan. Remember that "your sons and daughters are children of God, not devil, little demon, or a monster." True, right? And that is what I also keep on telling others since before. Why do we need to scare and be scared, to look ugly, yucky, and bloody? When we can pray, dress the kids like holy saints, and just enjoy the foods, the treats with family and friends? Happy All Saint's Day!
