The Reward for Hard work
There's one thing I've learnt from the ants, they all work when it's time to work. Most times, laziness robs us of so many rewards that should have been gotten with a little effort then, leaves us with regrets. I'll love to share a little experience of mine while I was at work. 3 months into my new work, I had several other colleagues that just resumed. They barely concentrate on work, it's either they are busy taking selfies showing off their new office or wasting time scrolling through timelines on Facebook. Maybe I couldn't approach them initially because I'm this quiet type of person who doesn't fancy laziness but I had to when they started pulling me back. Our duty was to register atleast 100 new subscribers to the telecommunication network daily, that's in total. So, we had to visit different suburbs to accomplish this goal and they had opportunities to be snapping in different nice locations. Those of us that were focused and had working met our targets and we rewarded with an extra data subscription for 3 months. Does Hardwork Actually Pay? The fruits of hard work are sweeter than the sweetest of nectars. After one had worked hard, he will be happy to enjoy the fruits of his labour. There is always reward for a job well done be it in the office, church, public or private. There is no person who will not like to be commended for a job well done. Hard work leads to success. Laziness is success' worst enemy while hard work is its best friend. The success may not be immediate, but at the long run it will manifest. The reward for hard work comes in different forms: it could be gifts, cash, plaque, letter of commendation, praise etc. Hard work put you at an advantage more than a lazy person. **What Rewards Does Hardwork Bring** There are lots of rewards to earn from hardworking, these rewards may be based on your field. For instance, A farmer will always get a greater crop yield if he cultivated on several farmlands, An office worker may get his salary increased or get a promotion, A student will get better results if he/she studied hard, ... I wouldn't say that nobody will ever want to associate with lazy people but majority will always go for the hardworking ones. Finally, I'll leave this for those that complain about low points, Work Harder!!.

I'm also a farmer, we always have a good harvest to our crops. it's all thanks to our hard work. We just enjoy what we are doing to keep our mind to our goal. That's why, whatever we face challenges in life, doing your best will pay you some rewards

When I entered college, I told myself that I'll be associating myself with amazing people, to help me keep motivated and determined to study hard. But, what's the use of associating yourself to smart and awesome people if you will just end up being too dependent on them? In my 2nd year in college it all taught me that hard work must come from with in. We really have to do our best because we want to do it. Aiming goals must be the first step and accepting that the process will never be easy must be inculcated to everyone. Surely hard work really pays off. Just keep fighting.
