Do you know that someone can look responsible but his actions are otherwise? In my opinion, being responsible should not be defined through appearance, neglecting Attitude.

A book should not be judged by it's cover. A rich cool looking dad may not take care of his child of family properly and that's why rick kids are more involved in crime stuffs. Where as a can be more responsible and work hard to send his kid to a good school. It his in peoples genes. Not in face. So I think it shouldn't be judged by appearance☺☺
only your actions can tell me whether you`re responsible or not, period.
Being responsible have nothing to do with someone's looks.
