For Intending bloggers who would like to use Blogspot, I guess you are not just jumping into blogging because a friend to you to or with the prime motives of making money (although money is necessary đ) but let it not be the major reason.
What Is Blogging?
A web log, often shortened to "blog," is a web page that contains dated posts, by one or multiple users, often pertaining to a particular topic. "Blogging" is the act of writing in a blog.
Originally, blogs could only be created by someone who already knew how to build a website. In recent years, however, many build-your-own-web-log tools have come on to the market, some of them free, and now, anyone with Internet access can create their own blog.
A Good Blogger must be able to make research
A Good Blogger must be able to write good contents
A Good Blogger must be passionate about his work
A Good Blogger must have patience
A Good Blogger must persevere
All these characters must be found in you in order to excel in building your blog to greatness. Initially, I used to think blogging was just as simple as copying and pasting but with time I grew to understand that to become successful in blogging, copying and pasting shouldn't come into consideration.
If you may know, I dumped a blog I started 5 years ago because I had almost all the contents in it copied and pasted maybe because I never understood the A to Z of blogging with blogger and it became very difficult and impossible for me to earn from such blog as far as AdSense and it's policy is concerned. So, I will not want you to make same mistakes I had made.
Whats Is Blogspot (Blogger)
Blogspot is a blogging platform powered by Google used to publish a free blogs under a subdomain(yourblogname.blogspot.com).
I really would not want to start a sermon so let's proceed to the major contents of the A to Z of Blogging With Blogspot.
Understanding Your Niche
First and foremost, having understood the introduction session, you need to discover and understand your Niche, A Niche in simple terms is the topic category. The Niche in some ways may aid you in choosing a perfect name for your blog.
What Is A Niche?
Niche blogging is the act of creating a blog with the intent of using it to market to a particular niche market. Niche blogs (also commonly referred to as "niche websites") may appeal to "geographic areas, a specialty industry, ethnic or age groups, or any other particular group of people." While it could be argued that every blog is, in some form, a niche blog, the term as it applies to marketing refers to a particular kind of blog.
A Niche if I may advice, should be choosed out of what you are passionate about, If you are passionate about Entertainment, and you know you won't probably get tired writing about entertainment, then go for entertainment blogging as your niche but there are whole lots of other niches you can go for. Some of them include:
Lifestyle Niche

The address undergoes an availability test by blogspot to check if the address you choose is available or has been used by some other person. Once this is done, you can proceed to choosing a theme.
Choose A Theme
A theme is a design that portrays the display on your blog, it defines the beauty in the blog and good themes contributes little to the growth of your blog.
As an amateur blogger, you may not be familiar with codings but blogspot offers lot of free themes to suite your taste and other loads of premium themes.
What is the difference between a free theme and a premium theme?
Free themes (Templates) are free and may not fit to your desired design but you would always find one that is close to your taste. Free themes would always give footer credits to the owner of the theme.
Premium themes could be purchased from designers and it is customized to your taste, The footer credit goes to you who purchased it. You can download free themes on colorlib.com
