My Sleeping Habits
Hye, my dear virtual friends!
I was not able to upload an article yesterday. The weather is changing, winters are on the way. I am feeling unwell since Monday morning. I am suffering from a fever and intense body pain. I am taking medicine and I hope I will get better soon in Sha Allah.
This condition doesn't allow me to focus on writing. So today I am going with some questions related to sleeping habits.
Thank you @GelayyLumiere for being my savior for today. I don't want to delay publishing on this platform.
So Here I go!
Light on or off
I sleep in the intense darkness. even a single dot of light irritates me. My sister with whom I share my room doesn't like too much dark in the room. But she loves me a lot so she switched off the light for comforting me.
Light sleeper or heavy sleeper
I am a heavy sleeper. Once I sleep it is very difficult for me to wake up hahaha. My mom literally used to beat me while waking me up for school. I missed my university bus fo many times because I am bad at waking up from a deep sleep
Fan on or off
Only in extreme summers, I like to sleep under the fan. Otherwise, I don't sleep. I am physically very weak. My hands and feet remain cold even in extremely hot weather and I couldn't bear cold. During winters my hands turn blue.
One or several pillows
I only sleep with one pillow. By the way I never thought about the idea of having more than 1 pillow. No no! I shouldn't go with several pillows it can hurt my neck and make me uncomfortable while sleeping.
Early in bed or late sleeper
Nowadays I am an early sleeper because I go to my job early in the morning. That's why I go to bed early at night. However, on weekends I sleep late at night because I watch all the pending dramas and serials on weekends.
Thick or thin blankets
It depends on weather conditions. During summers I use thin blankets whereas in winter I use a big warm quilt and 1 thick blanket hehe
PJ or comfy clothes
I can't sleep without my PJs. even at home, I spend my whole day in PJs. I feel so comfortable wearing them.
Drink milk or water
I don't like the taste of milk. I avoid drinking it as much as I can. On the other hand, I consume water a lot. Especially during winters, I love waking up from deep sleep just to drink a cold glass full of water.
Closing Thoughts!
Sleep is a big gift from God. It doesn't matter how you sleep and what you wear while sleeping. Always be grateful to God. There are so many people who take medicine for it.

Light off, late sleeper, light sleeper, AC/fan on but switch it of at midnight when the weather becomes colder (perhaps to save some energy - electricity is expensive), comfy clothes, and water. These are mine.
