Worst culture practice Cultural practices vary greatly across the world, and while many of them are beautiful and unique, some can be described as the worst. These cultural practices not only violate basic human rights but also contribute to the suffering and oppression of entire groups of people. In this essay, we will explore some of the worst cultural practices in the world and their impact on society. Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) is one of the most horrific cultural practices that is still practiced in some parts of the world. It involves the partial or complete removal of a girl's external genitalia for non-medical reasons. FGM is prevalent in many African countries, as well as some countries in Asia and the Middle East. The practice is often performed on young girls, and the procedure can cause severe pain, infection, and long-term complications. FGM is a violation of human rights, and it is a practice that should be stopped immediately. Child marriage is another cultural practice that is prevalent in many parts of the world. It is a practice that involves marrying off young girls to much older men, often before they have reached puberty. Child marriage is common in many African and Asian countries, and it often occurs due to poverty, cultural beliefs, and gender inequality. Child marriage is a violation of human rights, and it can have serious consequences for the health and well-being of young girls. Child brides are often forced to drop out of school, and they are more likely to experience domestic violence, sexual abuse, and maternal mortality. Honor killings are another terrible cultural practice that is still prevalent in many parts of the world. Honor killings occur when a family member, usually a female, is murdered by another family member because they believe that the victim has brought shame on the family. Honor killings are often carried out in countries where there is a strong emphasis on family honor, such as Pakistan, India, and parts of the Middle East. Honor killings are a violation of human rights, and they perpetuate a culture of violence and fear. Forced marriage is another cultural practice that is common in many parts of the world. Forced marriage occurs when someone is married against their will, often due to family pressure or cultural beliefs. Forced marriage is a violation of human rights, and it can have serious consequences for the physical and mental well-being of the victim. Victims of forced marriage may experience domestic violence, sexual abuse, and they may be isolated from their families and communities. The practice of witchcraft is another cultural practice that is still prevalent in many parts of the world. In some cultures, witches are believed to have supernatural powers, and they are often blamed for misfortunes, such as disease, death, and crop failure. This can lead to witch hunts, where people are accused of being witches and are often subjected to torture and even death. Witch hunts are a violation of human rights, and they perpetuate a culture of fear and superstition. The caste system is a cultural practice that is prevalent in India and other parts of South Asia. The caste system divides people into different social classes based on their birth, and it often leads to discrimination and oppression. People in the lower castes are often denied access to education, healthcare, and other basic rights, and they are often forced to work in low-paying jobs with poor working conditions. The caste system is a violation of human rights, and it perpetuates a culture of inequality and discrimination. There are many cultural practices in the world that violate basic human rights and contribute to the suffering and oppression of entire groups of people. Female genital mutilation, child marriage, honor killings, forced marriage, witch hunts, and the caste system are just a few examples of the worst cultural practices in the world. These practices have no place in modern society, and they must be stopped immediately.

Sustainable Living Changes Sustainability has become a buzzword in recent years, and for good reason. The world we live in is facing numerous environmental challenges, from climate change to deforestation, pollution, and loss of biodiversity. The good news is that we can all make a difference by making small changes to our daily lives. In this article, we will explore some simple and easy-to-implement steps that you can take to live a more sustainable life and contribute to a better planet. **Reduce, Reuse, Recycle** The three R's - Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle - are a great place to start your sustainable living journey. Reducing your consumption of single-use plastics, such as straws, bags, and bottles, is a simple way to reduce waste. You can bring your own reusable bags, water bottles, and coffee cups with you wherever you go, reducing the need for disposable items. Reusing items is another great way to reduce waste. Before throwing away an item, ask yourself if there is a way to repurpose it or give it to someone who might need it. For example, you could use old clothing as rags for cleaning or donate them to a charity shop. Recycling is also an essential part of sustainable living. Make sure you know what items can be recycled in your local area and take advantage of recycling programs. **Eat More Plant-Based Foods** The food we eat has a significant impact on the environment, and the production of animal products is a major contributor to greenhouse gas emissions. One simple way to reduce your carbon footprint is to eat more plant-based foods. You don't have to become a vegetarian or vegan overnight, but reducing your meat and dairy consumption and incorporating more fruits, vegetables, and grains into your diet can make a big difference. **Support Sustainable Brands** Many brands are now taking steps to reduce their environmental impact, from using sustainable materials to reducing waste and emissions. By supporting these brands, you can help drive positive change in the industry. Look for companies that have eco-friendly certifications, such as Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance, or Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). **Reduce Energy Use** Reducing your energy use is not only good for the environment, but it can also save you money on your utility bills. Some simple ways to reduce energy use include turning off lights and electronics when not in use, using energy-efficient light bulbs, and adjusting your thermostat to save energy. **Choose Sustainable Transportation** Transportation is another major contributor to greenhouse gas emissions, and choosing sustainable transportation options can make a big difference. If possible, walk, bike, or take public transportation instead of driving alone in a car. If you do need to drive, consider carpooling or driving an electric or hybrid vehicle. **Conserve Water** Water is a precious resource, and conserving it is essential for a sustainable future. Simple steps like taking shorter showers, fixing leaks, and using a low-flow toilet can help reduce water usage. You can also conserve water by choosing drought-tolerant plants for your garden and using a rain barrel to collect rainwater for irrigation. **Support Local and Organic Agriculture** Supporting local and organic agriculture can help reduce the environmental impact of food production. By buying food from local farmers, you can reduce the emissions associated with transporting food long distances. Organic agriculture also avoids the use of harmful pesticides and fertilizers, which can have a negative impact on the environment and human health. **Reduce Chemical Use** Chemicals in household cleaners, pesticides, and other products can have a negative impact on the environment and our health. You can reduce your chemical use by choosing natural alternatives, such as vinegar and baking soda for cleaning, or by using organic or natural products for your garden. **Conclusion** Living a sustainable life is not only good for the planet, but it can also improve your quality of life

The Rise of Sustainable Fashion: Innovations and Challenges in Ethical Clothing Sustainable fashion has become a major topic in recent years as consumers and companies alike become more aware of the negative impact of the fashion industry on the environment and workers. The industry is one of the largest polluters in the world, and the production of clothing often involves exploitative labor practices. However, innovations in ethical clothing are helping to mitigate these issues and create a more sustainable future for fashion. One major challenge facing sustainable fashion is the fact that it often comes with a higher price tag than fast fashion. Many consumers are not willing or able to pay more for sustainable clothing, making it difficult for ethical brands to compete with larger, cheaper, and often less ethical brands. Additionally, there is a lack of infrastructure and support for sustainable fashion, such as sustainable textile production and ethical labor practices. Despite these challenges, many innovations in sustainable fashion are emerging. One such innovation is the use of sustainable materials, such as organic cotton, bamboo, and recycled fabrics. These materials are often more environmentally friendly than traditional materials, as they require less water, energy, and chemicals to produce. Additionally, some companies are exploring alternative materials, such as mushroom leather and seaweed-based fabrics, that have the potential to be even more sustainable. Another innovation in sustainable fashion is the use of technology to create more efficient and sustainable production processes. For example, 3D printing technology can be used to create garments with minimal waste, as each piece is printed to exact specifications. Similarly, digital printing can reduce the amount of water and chemicals needed for traditional fabric printing processes. Additionally, blockchain technology is being used to improve supply chain transparency and ensure that workers are paid fairly and treated ethically. In addition to these innovations, ethical fashion brands are also working to promote transparency and fair labor practices. This includes ensuring that workers receive fair wages and have safe working conditions, as well as using eco-friendly production methods. Many brands are also working to create a circular fashion economy, where clothes are recycled and reused rather than being discarded. Despite these innovations, there are still challenges facing the sustainable fashion industry. One major challenge is the lack of consumer education and awareness about the importance of sustainable fashion. Many consumers still prioritize price and style over sustainability, making it difficult for ethical brands to gain traction. Additionally, there is a lack of government regulation and support for sustainable fashion, which can make it difficult for ethical brands to compete with larger, less ethical brands. Overall, the rise of sustainable fashion represents an important step towards a more sustainable and ethical future for the fashion industry. While there are still challenges to be addressed, innovations in sustainable materials, technology, and ethical labor practices are helping to mitigate the negative impacts of the industry. As consumers become more educated and aware of the importance of sustainability, it is likely that the demand for ethical clothing will continue to grow, leading to a more sustainable and equitable fashion industry.

The Impact of Social Media on Mental Health Social media has become an essential aspect of modern-day life. With billions of users across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, people use social media to connect with friends and family, share experiences, and consume content. Although social media has many benefits, including enhancing communication and promoting social connections, excessive use can have negative impacts on mental health. In this article, we will explore the impact of social media on mental health and provide tips for maintaining a healthier relationship with technology. Research suggests that excessive use of social media can have negative effects on mental health. A study found that higher levels of social media use were associated with increased symptoms of depression and anxiety (Lin et al., 2016). Other studies have shown that social media use can lead to feelings of envy, fear of missing out (FOMO), and decreased self-esteem (Kross et al., 2013; Tandoc et al., 2015). One reason why social media may have a negative impact on mental health is that it can lead to social comparison. People often present an idealized version of themselves on social media, which can lead others to compare themselves unfavorably. This can lead to feelings of inadequacy and inferiority, which can contribute to mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. Social media can also be a source of cyberbullying, which can have serious consequences for mental health. Cyberbullying involves using electronic communication to bully or harass someone, and it is a growing problem on social media platforms. Victims of cyberbullying can experience anxiety, depression, and even suicidal ideation (Patchin & Hinduja, 2017). Tips for a Healthier Relationship with Technology Although social media can have negative effects on mental health, it is possible to maintain a healthier relationship with technology. Here are some tips to help you maintain a healthy balance: **Limit your social media use:** The most effective way to reduce the negative impact of social media on mental health is to limit its use. This can involve setting specific times of day when you will check social media or setting a time limit for each session. It can also be helpful to take breaks from social media altogether, such as during weekends or vacations. **Be mindful of your social media use:** When you do use social media, be mindful of the content you are consuming and how it is affecting you. If you find yourself feeling anxious or envious after scrolling through your feed, it may be time to take a break. **Connect with others offline:** While social media can be a great way to connect with others, it is essential to maintain in-person connections. Make time to spend with friends and family, join a social club or organization, or volunteer in your community. **Use social media in a positive way:** Social media can be a tool for positivity if used in the right way. Consider using social media to connect with like-minded individuals, share your own positive experiences and achievements, or follow accounts that inspire and uplift you. **Be mindful of cyberbullying:** If you or someone you know is experiencing cyberbullying, take action. This can involve reporting the behavior to the social media platform, blocking the bully, or reaching out to a trusted friend, family member, or mental health professional for support. Social media has become a ubiquitous part of modern life, and while it has many benefits, it is crucial to be mindful of its potential negative impact on mental health. By limiting social media use, being mindful of the content consumed, and using social media in a positive way, we can maintain a healthier relationship with technology. If you or someone you know is struggling with mental health issues related to social media, seeking

My Bad Experience with Crypto Trading: Lessons Learned My first experience with crypto trading was a disaster. I had heard so many success stories from people who had made a fortune by investing in cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin, and I was eager to get in on the action. However, I quickly learned that trading crypto is not as simple as it seems. My initial investment was $1200, which I put into Bitcoin. I did some research beforehand and thought I had a good understanding of the market, but I was wrong. Within a matter of days, the price of Bitcoin dropped significantly, and I panicked. Instead of holding onto my investment and waiting for the market to recover, I sold all of my Bitcoin at a loss. I ended up losing over $1200, which was devastating. In the days and weeks that followed, I couldn't stop thinking about my loss. I had put so much money into this investment, and now it was gone. I felt like I had made a huge mistake and that I would never be able to recover from it. However, as time went on, I began to reflect on my experience and think about what I could have done differently. Here are some of the lessons I learned from my bad experience with crypto trading: **Do Your Research** Before investing in any cryptocurrency, it's essential to do your research. This means reading up on the technology behind the coin, understanding the market trends, and evaluating the potential risks and rewards. When I first invested in Bitcoin, I thought I had done enough research, but I quickly realized that I had only scratched the surface. Going forward, I now take the time to thoroughly research any coin I'm interested in investing in. I look at its market performance over time, read up on any news or developments related to the coin, and evaluate the opinions of experts in the industry. This helps me make more informed decisions about my investments. **Don't Panic** One of the biggest mistakes I made was panicking when the price of Bitcoin started to drop. Instead of holding onto my investment and waiting for the market to recover, I sold everything at a loss. This is a common mistake that many new crypto traders make, and it can be very costly. I now understand that volatility is a natural part of the crypto market, and it's important not to panic when prices start to fluctuate. Instead, I try to take a more long-term approach and hold onto my investments for a more extended period. This helps me ride out any short-term dips in the market. **Diversify my Portfolio** Another mistake I made was putting all of my money into one coin. I thought that Bitcoin was the only cryptocurrency worth investing in, so I didn't even consider other options. This was a huge mistake, as it left me vulnerable to any fluctuations in the Bitcoin market. Now, I understand the importance of diversification. I spread my investments across multiple cryptocurrencies, which helps me minimize risk and take advantage of different market opportunities. This way, if one coin's value drops, I still have other investments that may be performing well. **Set Realistic Expectations** When I first started trading crypto, I had unrealistic expectations about how much money I could make. I thought that I would be able to get rich quickly by investing in Bitcoin. However, I quickly learned that this was not the case. Now, I understand that crypto trading is a long game. While there are certainly opportunities to make money, it's important to set realistic expectations about how much you can earn and how long it will take to see results. This helps me stay grounded and avoid making impulsive decisions based on false **Here are some potential lessons that I learn from my bad experience with crypto trading:** **Always do your own research:** Before investing in any cryptocurrency, it's important to do your own research and understand the risks involved. Don't rely solely on what others are saying or what you read online. Take the time to learn about the technology behind the cryptocurrency, its potential use cases, and any regulatory or legal issues that could impact its value. **Don't invest more than you can afford to lose:** Crypto trading can be very risky and there are no guarantees of success. Only invest money that you can afford to lose, and don't put all your eggs in one basket. Diversify your portfolio and spread your investments across multiple cryptocurrencies and other asset classes. **Set realistic expectations:** Don't expect to get rich overnight with crypto trading. It's a long-term game, and you need to have patience and discipline to succeed. Set realistic expectations for your returns and be prepared to ride out any market fluctuations. **Have a solid risk management strategy:** Crypto trading can be very volatile, so it's important to have a solid risk management strategy in place. This could include setting stop-loss orders, diversifying your portfolio, and not investing more than a certain percentage of your total portfolio in any one asset. Stay up-to-date with the latest news and developments: Crypto markets are constantly evolving, so it's important to stay up-to-date with the latest news and developments. Follow reliable news sources and keep an eye on regulatory and legal developments that could impact the market. **Learn from your mistakes:** If you do make a mistake with your crypto trading, take the time to learn from it. Analyze what went wrong and what you could have done differently. Use this information to make better decisions in the future. Remember, crypto trading can be a high-risk, high-reward game. It's important to approach it with caution, do your own research, and have a solid risk management strategy in place. With the right mindset and approach, you can still find success in this exciting and ever-evolving market.

"World's Weight Mystery Unraveled" The world is home to an incredible variety of living organisms, from tiny microorganisms to massive whales and towering trees. As these organisms grow and reproduce, they consume resources and contribute to the overall weight of the planet. However, despite the ongoing growth and expansion of living organisms, the weight of the world itself does not appear to be increasing at the same rate. This seemingly paradoxical situation raises a fascinating scientific question: why isn't the world's weight increasing as the growth of living organisms continues? To answer this question, we need to explore the complex interactions between organisms and their environment, and the intricate systems that regulate the balance of matter and energy on our planet. The question of whether the weight of the world is increasing as a result of the growth and expansion of living organisms is an interesting and complex one that requires an understanding of a variety of scientific concepts. In this essay, I will explore this question in detail and provide an explanation for why the weight of the world is not necessarily increasing as a result of the growth of living organisms. Firstly, it is important to note that the Earth is a closed system, which means that matter cannot be created or destroyed within the system. This principle is known as the conservation of mass, and it means that the total mass of the Earth remains constant over time, even as living organisms grow and reproduce. However, while the total mass of the Earth remains constant, the distribution of that mass can change over time. For example, the growth and expansion of living organisms can lead to changes in the distribution of mass on the Earth's surface. Plants and animals are made up of atoms and molecules, which are themselves made up of protons, neutrons, and electrons. These particles have mass, so as living organisms grow and expand, they accumulate mass in the form of atoms and molecules. So, if every living thing's weight is increasing, why isn't the world's weight increasing as well? The answer to this question lies in the fact that the Earth's mass is not simply the sum of the masses of all the living organisms on its surface. Rather, the Earth's mass is composed of a variety of different components, including the Earth's crust, mantle, and core, as well as its atmosphere, oceans, and other bodies of water. While living organisms do add mass to the Earth's surface, this mass is relatively small compared to the total mass of the Earth. For example, the total biomass of all living organisms on Earth is estimated to be around 550 gigatons (550 billion metric tons). This may sound like a lot, but it is actually only a tiny fraction of the Earth's total mass, which is estimated to be around 5.97 × 10²⁴ kilograms. It is important to note that the mass of living organisms is not static. While organisms are constantly growing and expanding, they are also constantly dying and decomposing. When an organism dies, its mass is returned to the Earth in the form of decomposing organic matter. This matter is broken down by bacteria, fungi, and other decomposers, which release nutrients back into the soil and the atmosphere. The process of decomposition is essential for maintaining the Earth's ecosystem. Without decomposers, organic matter would accumulate on the Earth's surface, leading to a buildup of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. This, in turn, would lead to an increase in global temperatures and potentially catastrophic climate change. So, while the growth and expansion of living organisms do add mass to the Earth's surface, this mass is relatively small compared to the total mass of the Earth. Furthermore, the mass of living organisms is not static, but is constantly being recycled through the process of decomposition. As a result, the weight of the world is not necessarily increasing as a result of the growth of living organisms. It is also worth noting that there are other factors that can affect the distribution of mass on the Earth's surface. For example, the Earth's crust is constantly being shaped by tectonic activity, which can lead to the formation of new land masses and the subduction of old ones. Similarly, the Earth's atmosphere is constantly being shaped by weather patterns, which can lead to changes in the distribution of gases and particles in the air. So, we can say that While the growth and expansion of living organisms do add mass to the Earth's surface, this mass is relatively small compared to the total mass.

My beloved grandfather | I miss you **We all have our share of happy and sad days, and it's often the latter that lingers in our memory longer than we want them to. One such day that I can never forget was the day I lost my grandfather.** It was a Sunday, and I had just woken up to the sound of my phone ringing. It was my mom, and as soon as I picked up the call, I could tell something was wrong. Her voice was shaky, and she was crying. She told me that my grandfather had passed away in his sleep. I couldn't believe it. My grandfather had been sick for a while, but we never thought it would happen so suddenly. I was devastated. My grandfather was my role model and my best friend. He was always there for me when I needed him, and he was the one who taught me how to ride a bike, how to fish, and how to be a good person. He had a smile that could light up a room, and he had a heart of gold. Losing him felt like a part of me was gone forever. I didn't know how to react to the news. I was in shock, and I couldn't stop crying. I didn't want to believe that he was gone. I felt like I had lost a part of my childhood, and I didn't know how to move on. My mom and dad came over to my place, and we sat together, crying and reminiscing about my grandfather. We looked at old photos and talked about the good times we had with him. It was both comforting and painful to remember him. The next few days were a blur. I didn't know how to go about my day without thinking about my grandfather. I tried to distract myself with work and hobbies, but nothing seemed to work. I couldn't help but feel sad and lost without him. I missed his stories, his jokes, and his presence. The day of his funeral was the saddest day of my life. It was raining heavily, and the sky was dark and gloomy. My family and I gathered at the funeral home, and I saw my grandfather's casket for the first time. I felt my heart sink. It was all too real now. We said our final goodbyes to him, and I couldn't stop crying. It was the last time I would see him, and it felt like I was losing him all over again. After the funeral, we went back to my grandparents' house, and we sat together, looking at old photo albums and sharing stories about my grandfather. It was bittersweet to remember him in this way. It was comforting to know that he had touched so many lives and that he had left a positive impact on all of us. In the weeks and months that followed, I slowly began to come to terms with my grandfather's death. It was still painful to think about him, but I knew that he would want me to be strong and carry on. I tried to honor his memory by being the best version of myself and living life to the fullest. I knew that he would be proud of me if he were still here. Looking back, I realize that losing my grandfather was a life-changing experience. It taught me the value of family, love, and memories. It also taught me that life is fragile and that we should cherish every moment we have with our loved ones. I may have lost him, but I will always carry him in my heart. He will always be my role model and my best friend. My sad day was the day I lost my grandfather. It was a day that changed my life forever. I learned that grief is a process, and it takes time to heal. It's been a few years since he passed away, and I still miss him every day, but the pain has lessened. Instead of focusing on the sadness, I try to remember the happy memories and the lessons he taught me. One of the things my grandfather always emphasized was the importance of kindness. He believed that a small act of kindness could go a long way and that we should always strive to make a positive impact on others. I try to live by his words and make the world a better place, even if it's in a small way. Losing my grandfather also made me realize that life is short, and we should make the most of the time we have. I try to live every day to the fullest, whether it's by pursuing my passions or spending time with loved ones. I know that my grandfather would want me to be happy and fulfilled, and I try to honor his memory by living my life in a way that would make him proud. *My sad day was a day that taught me valuable lessons about life, love, and loss. It was a day that made me appreciate the people in my life and the memories we share. Even though it was a difficult experience, it helped me grow as a person and become stronger. I will always cherish the memories of my grandfather, and I know that he will always be with me in spirit.*

Lost in the city Hi, I'm here with a Prompt: I had always dreamed of exploring the big city, with its towering skyscrapers, bustling streets, and vibrant culture. So when I finally got the chance to visit, I was ecstatic. I packed my bags, boarded the plane, and landed in the heart of the city with a sense of anticipation and wonder. At first, everything went according to plan. I visited all the tourist attractions, tried the local cuisine, and even made a few new friends. But then, one day, I took a wrong turn and found myself lost in the maze of unfamiliar streets. As I wandered aimlessly, the city began to transform before my eyes. The once-bright lights grew dimmer, the crowds thinned out, and the buildings became more dilapidated. I felt a sense of unease creeping over me, as though I had strayed into a forbidden world. With each passing hour, my anxiety grew. I tried retracing my steps, asking for directions, and even hailing a taxi, but nothing seemed to work. The city seemed to be swallowing me whole, like a monster devouring its prey. As the night wore on, I found myself in a quiet corner of the city, surrounded by abandoned buildings and dark alleyways. I was cold, hungry, and tired, with no idea of how to get back to my hotel. It was then that I heard a sound - a low growling, like an animal stalking its prey. I turned around, heart pounding, and saw a group of shadowy figures emerging from the darkness. Panic set in as I realized I was in danger. I tried to run, but my legs felt like lead. I stumbled and fell, and before I knew it, the figures were upon me. But then, something unexpected happened. One of the figures stepped forward, holding out a hand to help me up. I hesitated, unsure of whether to trust this stranger, but something in their eyes reassured me. They led me through the dark streets, talking to me in a soothing voice, and before long, I found myself back in the heart of the city. I was disoriented and shaken, but I was alive. The stranger vanished into the night, leaving me with a newfound sense of gratitude and humility. I realized that the city wasn't just a place of wonder and excitement - it was also a place of danger and darkness. But despite the risks, I knew that I would return. For the city held a certain allure that I couldn't resist, a promise of adventure and possibility that beckoned me forward. And next time, I would be better prepared - ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead. As I walked back to my hotel, my mind raced with thoughts of what could have happened. I realized that I needed to be more careful in the future, to pay closer attention to my surroundings and to always be aware of the potential dangers lurking in the shadows. But I also knew that I couldn't let fear control me. The city was too amazing, too full of life and vitality, to be avoided entirely. I needed to find a balance between caution and curiosity, to explore the city with an open mind and an adventurous spirit, but also to stay alert and aware at all times. Over the next few days, I continued my exploration of the city, but with a newfound sense of caution and respect. I talked to locals, asked for directions, and made sure to stick to well-lit areas and busy streets. And as I wandered through the city, I realized that it was not just a place of danger and darkness, but also a place of incredible beauty and diversity. The people, the architecture, the food - everything was so different from what I was used to, and yet so fascinating and exciting. I also learned that the city was not just a physical place, but also a state of mind - a place where anything was possible, where dreams could come true, and where people from all walks of life could come together in pursuit of their goals. As my trip came to an end, I felt a mix of emotions. Part of me was sad to leave this vibrant, dynamic place behind, but another part of me was grateful for the experience, and for the lessons I had learned. I realized that the city had taught me an important lesson about life itself - that it was full of twists and turns, unexpected challenges and opportunities, and that the key to success was to embrace it all with an open mind and a resilient spirit. And so, as I boarded my plane back home, I knew that I would always carry a piece of the city with me - its energy, its vibrancy, and its spirit of adventure. For even though I had faced some dark moments during my journey, I had emerged stronger and wiser, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead, and eager to continue exploring the world with curiosity and enthusiasm. And who knows - perhaps one day, I would return to the city, this time with a new sense of confidence and purpose, ready to discover even more of its secrets and wonders.

From hill to God When I decided to go on a hill tour, I had no idea what to expect. I had never been to the hills before, and the thought of spending days in the midst of mountains and valleys was both exciting and nerve-wracking. However, I was determined to embrace this adventure, and so I packed my bags, put on my hiking boots, and set out on a journey that would stay with me forever. As I arrived at the hill station, I was immediately struck by the beauty of the place. The hills were covered in lush greenery, and the air was fresh and crisp. The sky was a brilliant shade of blue, and the sun was shining bright. It was a sight that took my breath away, and I knew then that I was in for an unforgettable experience. My tour guide was a local man who knew the hills like the back of his hand. He took us on a trek through the mountains, showing us the hidden waterfalls and streams that dotted the landscape. We walked along narrow paths that wound their way up and down the hills, passing through forests and meadows that were bursting with wildflowers. The scenery was simply stunning, and I found myself stopping every few steps to take in the beauty that surrounded me. One of the highlights of the tour was a visit to a local village nestled in the hills. The people there were warm and welcoming, and they showed us their way of life, which was deeply connected to the natural world around them. We got to try their traditional food and drink, which was made from locally grown produce, and we listened to their folk music, which told stories of the mountains and the spirits that dwelled within them. Throughout the tour, we engaged in a variety of activities that allowed us to immerse ourselves in the hill culture. We went on horseback rides through the valleys, visited ancient temples and shrines, and tried our hand at traditional crafts like weaving and pottery. We even got to participate in a local festival, which involved dancing and singing under the stars. Of course, the tour also had its challenges. The hikes were often long and tiring, and we had to contend with unpredictable weather conditions. At times, the trails were steep and treacherous, and we had to be careful not to slip or fall. But these challenges only made the experience more rewarding. By pushing ourselves beyond our limits, we were able to achieve a sense of accomplishment and self-discovery that we would never have found otherwise. As the tour drew to a close, I found myself feeling a mix of emotions. On the one hand, I was sad to be leaving this beautiful place and the people who had made it so special. On the other hand, I felt a sense of gratitude for having had the opportunity to experience something so unique and transformative. I knew that I had grown as a person through this tour, and that I would carry the memories and lessons I had learned with me for the rest of my life. Looking back on my hill tour experience, I realize that it was a journey of both outer and inner exploration. It was a chance to see the world in a new light, to connect with nature and with others, and to challenge myself in ways that I never thought possible. It was a reminder that life is full of surprises and adventures, and that it's up to us to embrace them with open hearts and mind. Going on a hill tour taught me so much about myself and the world around me. It showed me the importance of stepping out of my comfort zone, of exploring new places and meeting new people. It also taught me the value of slowing down and appreciating the simple pleasures in life - like the sound of a waterfall, the smell of fresh mountain air, and the taste of a home-cooked meal. But perhaps most importantly, the hill tour reminded me of the power of nature. As I walked through the hills, I couldn't help but feel a sense of awe and wonder at the beauty and majesty of the natural world. It made me realize how small and insignificant we are in the grand scheme of things, and how much we rely on the earth and its resources to survive. In today's fast-paced and technology-driven world, it's easy to forget about the natural world around us. We spend so much time in front of screens and inside buildings that we often forget about the beauty and power of nature. But going on a hill tour allowed me to reconnect with that world, to appreciate its beauty and its importance, and to remember that we are all a part of it. Overall, my hill tour experience was an unforgettable journey of discovery and growth. It challenged me physically, mentally, and emotionally, and it taught me so much about myself and the world around me. I am grateful for the experience and the memories that I will cherish for the rest of my life.

Ahlan Sahlan Mahe Ramadan! Ramadan is a sacred month in the Islamic calendar during which Muslims worldwide observe a fast from dawn until sunset. The month is a period of spiritual renewal and introspection, during which Muslims strive to strengthen their bond with Allah and cultivate empathy towards humanity. Ramadan commences with the sighting of the new moon and lasts for 29 or 30 days, depending on the lunar calendar. Fasting during this time involves not only abstaining from food and drink but also exercising self-discipline and engaging in spiritual reflection. In addition to fasting, Muslims are encouraged to increase their prayers, read the Quran, and give to charity during Ramadan. Muslims believe that good deeds yield greater rewards during this month and that Allah's forgiveness is more accessible. At sunset, the fast is broken with dates and water, following the tradition of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Muslims then enjoy a meal with their loved ones, and mosques offer free meals to those in need. Ramadan is an opportunity for Muslims to come together as a community, strengthen their bonds, and support one another. Taraweeh prayers held every night during Ramadan enable Muslims to pray and listen to the recitation of the Quran together. This communal spirit is especially crucial for Muslims who may feel marginalized. The last ten days of Ramadan hold great significance as they mark Laylat al-Qadr, the Night of Power. Muslims stay up all night during this period, praying and reflecting, seeking Allah's blessings and forgiveness. Eid al-Fitr, a three-day festival celebrating the end of Ramadan, is a time for families and friends to come together, exchange gifts, share meals, and offer prayers of gratitude. It is a joyous occasion that signifies the conclusion of a month of spiritual growth and reflection. Overall, Ramadan is a period of immense spiritual importance for Muslims worldwide. It provides an opportunity for self-reflection, self-discipline, community building, and deepening one's relationship with Allah. Fasting during Ramadan serves as a reminder of the blessings of food and water that we often take for granted, while also encouraging empathy towards those less fortunate. The increased focus on prayer and Quranic recitation fosters a deeper understanding and appreciation of Islam's teachings. Additionally, the communal spirit of Ramadan strengthens bonds within Muslim communities and helps support marginalized members. Eid al-Fitr serves as a joyful celebration of the spiritual growth achieved during Ramadan and offers an opportunity for Muslims to express gratitude and generosity towards one another. Ultimately, Ramadan is a time to seek Allah's blessings and forgiveness, and to cultivate a deeper sense of purpose and connection with one's faith.

Robots: ethical implications Advancements in technology have been accelerating at an unprecedented pace in recent years, particularly in the field of robotics and artificial intelligence (AI). Robots and AI systems have become increasingly sophisticated and capable of performing tasks that were previously thought to be the exclusive domain of human beings. From self-driving cars to surgical robots, the capabilities of machines are expanding rapidly, and there is no doubt that they will continue to become more advanced and widespread in the years to come. At the same time, societal attitudes and values are also evolving, and there is increasing awareness of the potential benefits and risks of robots and AI. On the one hand, robots and AI systems have the potential to greatly improve our lives by performing tasks more efficiently and accurately than humans can. They can also help us to address some of the most pressing challenges facing humanity, such as climate change, healthcare, and education. On the other hand, there are concerns about the impact of automation on employment, privacy, and security. There are also ethical concerns about the role of machines in decision-making and the potential for biases to be embedded in AI systems. Given these factors, it is difficult to predict whether humans or robots will lead us in the future. However, there are a few scenarios that we can consider: Humans will continue to lead in areas where creativity, empathy, and social skills are important. While robots and AI systems are becoming increasingly capable of performing many tasks, there are some areas where human beings still have an edge. For example, in fields such as art, music, and writing, creativity and the ability to connect emotionally with others are highly valued. Similarly, in fields such as healthcare, education, and social work, empathy and interpersonal skills are essential. It is unlikely that robots will be able to replicate these qualities in the near future, so humans will likely continue to play a central role in these areas. Robots will lead in areas where precision, speed, and efficiency are important. In fields such as manufacturing, logistics, and transportation, robots and automation systems are already playing a major role. As these systems become more advanced, it is likely that they will take on an even greater share of the work in these fields. This could lead to significant increases in productivity and efficiency, but it could also result in job losses for human workers. Humans and robots will work together in a complementary way. One possible future is where humans and robots work together in a collaborative and complementary way. In this scenario, robots would perform many of the routine and repetitive tasks, leaving humans to focus on more complex and creative work. For example, in a factory, robots might handle the assembly line work, while human engineers and designers focus on developing new products and improving processes. Similarly, in healthcare, robots could perform routine tasks such as taking vitals and administering medications, while human doctors and nurses focus on more complex tasks such as diagnosis and treatment planning. Regardless of which scenario plays out, it is clear that both humans and robots will continue to play important roles in the future. The key will be to ensure that these roles are well-defined and that humans retain a sense of agency and control over the machines they create. This will require ongoing dialogue and collaboration between technologists, policymakers, and society as a whole. There are also ethical considerations that need to be taken into account when considering the role of robots in our future. For example, there is the potential for robots to be used in ways that are harmful or even dangerous, such as using autonomous military robots for combat or surveillance, or using robots to replace human workers in a way that leads to significant job losses and social disruption. These ethical concerns highlight the need for careful consideration and regulation of robot development and use. One important aspect of ethical robot development is ensuring that robots are designed to act in accordance with certain ethical principles. For example, robots should be programmed to avoid harming humans and to respect their autonomy and dignity. They should also be transparent in their decision-making processes and not discriminate against certain groups of people. Another ethical concern is the potential for robots to exacerbate existing inequalities and power imbalances in society. For example, if robots are primarily designed and used by wealthy and powerful individuals or organizations, they may further entrench existing disparities and disadvantage marginalized groups. To avoid this outcome, it is important to promote access to and control over robot technology for all members of society. In addition to these ethical considerations, there are also important legal and regulatory issues that need to be addressed. For example, who is responsible if a robot causes harm or damage? Should robots be given legal person hood, and if so, what rights and responsibilities should they have? These are complex questions that require careful consideration and discussion among policymakers, legal experts, and other stakeholders. While the development and use of robots have the potential to bring many benefits to society, it is essential that we approach this technology with caution and consideration for its ethical and societal implications. Only by doing so can we ensure that the future of robotics is one that is both safe and beneficial for all.

Alaska Hi everyone, it's me Animate once again with a trip experience. Hope you love to read it. The wind was cool against my face as I stepped off the plane and onto the tarmac. The sun was just beginning to rise, casting a golden glow over the landscape. I took a deep breath, filling my lungs with the fresh, crisp air. I was on a trip to explore the wilderness of Alaska, a place I had dreamed of visiting for years. **Freepik** https://www.freepik.com/free-photo/beautiful-wide-shot-ruth-glaciers-covered-snow-blue-sky-with-white-clouds_7957355.htm#query=Alaska&position=36&from_view=search&track=sph As I made my way to my cabin, I marveled at the natural beauty surrounding me. The mountains loomed in the distance, their peaks shrouded in mist. The trees were tall and verdant, their leaves rustling softly in the breeze. And all around me, I could hear the sounds of the forest: the chirping of birds, the rustling of leaves, and the occasional rustle of a small animal scurrying through the underbrush. I spent the first few days of my trip exploring the nearby trails, hiking through the forest and climbing the rocky outcroppings that dotted the landscape. Everywhere I looked, I saw breathtaking views of the mountains and the surrounding wilderness. It was a humbling experience, reminding me of the immense power and beauty of nature. One morning, I woke up early and decided to take a kayak out on the nearby lake. The water was calm and glassy, reflecting the surrounding mountains and trees like a mirror. I paddled slowly, taking in the peaceful silence around me. As I rounded a bend in the lake, I saw a bald eagle perched on a nearby tree branch. We stared at each other for a few moments before it spread its wings and took flight, soaring high above the water. As the week went on, I continued to explore the area, taking in all the sights and sounds of the Alaskan wilderness. I visited a nearby glacier, marveling at the icy blue hues and the massive size of the ice formation. I also took a boat tour of the nearby fjords, seeing majestic whales and seals swimming through the crystal-clear waters. In the evenings, I would return to my cabin, exhausted but exhilarated from the day's adventures. I would light a fire in the fireplace and curl up with a good book, savoring the quiet solitude and the sense of peace that enveloped me. And as I drifted off to sleep each night, I would dream of all the wonders I had seen and the adventures that awaited me in the days ahead. As my trip drew to a close, I realized that my time in Alaska had been a truly transformative experience. I had been reminded of the immense power and beauty of nature, and had gained a newfound appreciation for the fragility of our planet. But more than that, I had found a sense of peace and contentment that I had never felt before. And as I boarded my plane and began my journey back home, I knew that the memories of my trip to Alaska would stay with me forever. Everything I wrote here is my imaginary thoughts. Hope you like it

Unleashing the Power of Bitcoin Cash Hi, it's Animate once again with a poem on BCH. This poem dedicated to all BCH community members <3 *Bitcoin Cash, a currency born anew, From the fork of its predecessor, Bitcoin true.* *It seeks to bring back the vision once lost, Of a digital cash, a revolution at any cost.* *Its block size increased, its transactions cheaper, A peer-to-peer system, for the people to prosper.* *The power of control, not in the hands of the few, But in the code itself, secure and true.* *A network of nodes, spread far and wide, Each one a guardian, keeping watch with pride. A chain of blocks, linked one to the next, A ledger of truth, its transparency vexed.* *A digital currency, without a physical form, Its value not backed, by gold or by norm. A decentralized currency, free from control, A currency for all, not just for the goal.* *Bitcoin Cash, a dream turned reality, A world without borders, where finance has neutrality.* *It offers freedom, with no intermediaries, Just peer-to-peer transactions, without uncertainties.* *It's not just a currency, it's a way of life, A movement of change, to end financial strife.* *It's a call to action, to reclaim our wealth, From the institutions that seek to control our health.* *Bitcoin Cash, a rebellion against the old, A new era of finance, where trust is not sold.* *It's a digital currency, that's open and free, A new kind of money, for you and for me.* *So join the revolution, and take a chance, On this new form of finance, and its dance. Bitcoin Cash, it's here to stay, The future of money, today.* Thank you, hope you like it <3

Premarital vs. Postmarital Sex Hi, It's me Animate again with an important topic which is related with our life. I think everyone here are related with SEX, but not everyone related with postmarital Sex! Today I will try to discuss on both Premarital and Postmarital Sex. Made with picsart mobile app Sex before marriage, also known as premarital sex, refers to sexual activity between two people who are not yet married to each other. In many cultures, premarital sex is still considered taboo and is often viewed as immoral or sinful. However, in modern Western societies, attitudes towards premarital sex have become more accepting. One of the main advantages of premarital sex is that it allows couples to explore their sexual compatibility before making a long-term commitment. Sexual compatibility is an important aspect of any romantic relationship, and discovering that there is a mismatch in sexual desires or preferences after marriage can be a source of significant conflict and dissatisfaction. By engaging in premarital sex, couples can gain a better understanding of each other's sexual needs and preferences, which can help to build a stronger and more satisfying relationship. Another advantage of premarital sex is that it can help to reduce sexual frustration and anxiety. Many people experience sexual desire and arousal before marriage, and suppressing these feelings can lead to feelings of guilt and shame. Engaging in sexual activity with a willing partner can help to alleviate these negative emotions and improve overall well-being. However, there are also several potential downsides to premarital sex. One of the most significant concerns is the risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and unintended pregnancy. While condoms and other forms of contraception can help to reduce these risks, there is still a chance of contracting an STI or becoming pregnant. Additionally, premarital sex can increase the likelihood of engaging in risky sexual behaviors, such as having sex with multiple partners or not using protection. Another potential downside of premarital sex is the emotional and psychological consequences that can result. For some individuals, engaging in sexual activity before marriage can lead to feelings of guilt, shame, and regret. This can be particularly true for those who have been raised with conservative or religious values that view premarital sex as immoral or sinful. Furthermore, premarital sex can sometimes lead to an increased risk of depression, anxiety, and relationship problems. On the other hand, sex after marriage, also known as marital sex, refers to sexual activity between two people who are legally married to each other. In many cultures and religions, marital sex is viewed as the only acceptable form of sexual activity. One of the main advantages of marital sex is the emotional and psychological security that it can provide. When two people are committed to each other through marriage, there is often a greater sense of trust and intimacy in the relationship, which can lead to a more fulfilling sexual experience. Additionally, because couples have made a long-term commitment to each other, there may be less pressure to constantly impress or please their partner, which can make sex more relaxed and enjoyable. Another advantage of marital sex is the reduced risk of STIs and unintended pregnancy. Because couples are typically only having sex with each other, the risk of contracting an STI is greatly reduced. Additionally, couples who are married are often more likely to use contraception consistently and effectively, which can help to prevent unintended pregnancy. However, there are also potential downsides to marital sex. One of the most significant concerns is the risk of sexual dissatisfaction. In some cases, couples may discover after marriage that they are not sexually compatible, which can lead to frustration, resentment, and even infidelity. Additionally, because there is less pressure to constantly impress or please their partner, some couples may become complacent in their sex life, leading to a decrease in overall sexual satisfaction. Another potential downside of marital sex is the possibility of becoming bored. At the end I can say that, the decision to engage in premarital or postmarital sex is a personal choice that should be made based on individual values and beliefs. Both types of sexual activity can have their own benefits and drawbacks, and it's important for individuals to weigh these factors before making a decision. Those who choose to engage in premarital sex should prioritize communication, consent, and safe sex practices to ensure their physical and emotional well-being. It's important to understand that premarital sex does not necessarily lead to unsuccessful marriages or unhappy relationships. However, it's also crucial to acknowledge that some individuals may choose to abstain from premarital sex for religious, cultural, or personal reasons. On the other hand, those who engage in postmarital sex should prioritize intimacy, communication, and mutual satisfaction to ensure a healthy and fulfilling sexual relationship. It's important to recognize that postmarital sex is not a solution to a troubled marriage, and that underlying issues must be addressed in order for a relationship to thrive. Ultimately, the key to a successful sexual relationship, whether premarital or postmarital, is mutual respect, communication, and a willingness to prioritize each other's well-being. By prioritizing these values, individuals can enjoy a fulfilling and satisfying sex life, whether they choose to engage in premarital or postmarital sex. Fear! isn't important? Hi, it's Animate with another short article on a random topic. Photo downloaded from Unsplash https://unsplash.com/ Fear is often viewed as a negative emotion that we should strive to avoid. It can cause us to feel anxious, stressed, and even paralyzed in certain situations. However, fear can also serve a positive purpose in our lives, and in this essay, I will explore why fear is good. First and foremost, fear is a natural and necessary human emotion that helps us to stay safe and avoid danger. For example, if we see a car coming towards us when we are crossing the road, fear will trigger a fight or flight response that helps us to quickly move out of harm's way. This is a survival mechanism that has evolved over thousands of years and has allowed us to survive as a species. Without fear, we would be much more likely to put ourselves in danger and suffer the consequences. In addition to keeping us physically safe, fear can also motivate us to take action in other areas of our lives. For example, if we have a fear of failure, it can drive us to work harder and push ourselves to achieve our goals. This can lead to greater success and fulfillment in our personal and professional lives. Fear can help us to develop greater empathy and compassion towards others. When we experience fear, we are more likely to understand and relate to the fears of others. This can lead to greater kindness and understanding in our relationships, as we are better able to put ourselves in other people's shoes and see things from their perspective. Another benefit of fear is that it can help us to develop resilience and coping skills. When we face our fears and overcome them, we become stronger and more resilient. We learn that we are capable of dealing with difficult situations and that we have the strength to persevere in the face of adversity. This can help us to build confidence and self-esteem, which can have a positive impact on all areas of our lives. Fear can serve as a warning sign that something is not right in our lives. For example, if we have a fear of public speaking, it may indicate that we need to work on our communication skills or address any underlying anxiety or self-doubt. By paying attention to our fears and using them as a guide, we can identify areas in our lives that need attention and take steps to improve them. Fear can be a source of inspiration and creativity. Many artists and writers use their fears as a source of inspiration for their work. By exploring their fears and expressing them through their art, they are able to create something meaningful and powerful. Similarly, in our own lives, we can use our fears as a catalyst for growth and change, pushing ourselves to try new things and explore new possibilities. Unsplash https://unsplash.com/ Lastly, fear is not always a negative emotion that we should try to avoid. Instead, it can serve as a valuable tool that helps us to stay safe, motivate us to take action, develop empathy and resilience, and inspire us to be creative and adventurous. By embracing our fears and using them as a guide, we can lead more fulfilling and meaningful life. Thank you for reading.

About Sarah and the beach trip As the sun set over the horizon and cast a golden glow over the beach, Sarah couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement. She had been looking forward to this beach vacation for months, and now that she was finally here, everything seemed perfect. The resort was beautiful, with palm trees swaying in the gentle breeze and crystal clear water lapping at the shore. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Sarah couldn't wait to spend the next week lounging on the beach, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the warm, tropical weather. But as she settled in for the night, Sarah couldn't shake the feeling that something was off. She couldn't put her finger on it, but she felt uneasy, as if something wasn't quite right. The next morning, Sarah woke up early and headed down to the beach. As she walked along the shoreline, she noticed a man sitting on a nearby bench, watching her intently. Sarah felt a chill run down her spine, but tried to brush it off and continued walking. Later that day, Sarah decided to explore the nearby town. As she wandered through the colorful streets, she noticed the same man from the beach following her. Sarah quickened her pace, but the man kept pace with her, never letting her out of his sight. Sarah was starting to feel very uneasy now. She had a nagging feeling that she was being watched, but she couldn't figure out why. She tried to put it out of her mind and enjoy the rest of her day, but she couldn't shake the feeling that something was very wrong. That night, Sarah returned to her hotel room and found a note waiting for her on the bed. It read: "Dear Sarah, I apologize for following you today, but I had to make sure you were safe. You see, there have been reports of kidnappings and thefts in this area, and I couldn't help but notice that you were alone and vulnerable. I hope you will forgive me for my intrusion, but I felt it was necessary to ensure your safety. Sincerely, Your Guardian Angel" Sarah was taken aback by the note. She felt a mixture of relief and fear. On one hand, she was glad that someone was looking out for her. On the other hand, the idea that she was in danger was terrifying. Over the next few days, Sarah noticed the man from the beach and the note-writer watching her every move. At first, she felt grateful for their protection, but as the days went on, she began to feel trapped and claustrophobic. She couldn't enjoy her vacation knowing that she was being watched constantly. On the fifth day of her trip, Sarah decided to confront the man who had been following her. She walked up to him and asked him why he had been watching her. The man smiled warmly and explained that he was a private investigator, hired by Sarah's ex-boyfriend to keep tabs on her. Sarah was stunned. She had no idea that her ex-boyfriend was so obsessed with her that he would hire a detective to follow her on vacation. Feeling angry and betrayed, Sarah decided to confront her ex-boyfriend. She called him and demanded to know why he had been spying on her. He was apologetic and explained that he was worried about her safety, but Sarah wasn't buying it. She realized that he had never really cared about her, and that this whole trip had been a way to manipulate and control her. Feeling disillusioned and heartbroken, Sarah packed her bags and left the resort. She realized that her perfect beach vacation had been nothing but a deception, and that she had been living in a world of lies and deceit. But as she boarded her plane and flew. Thank you for reading :)

Stanger man When some miraculous, unearthly thing happens on the road, it becomes an element of the Facebook status. In fact, the significance of these events is much wider. This happens often, for a short period of time. These create a rift between everyday thoughts. Going to science one evening, seeing the signboard in place of the old hospital's orange 4 against the navy blue sky might remind me of a childhood memory loss, maybe just for a little while. Maybe one day, looking at the rickshaw driver in front, he discovered a light red blood spot on his back, just below the collar of his shirt. Washing the shirt well has lightened the stains. The brain started to guess the story behind these blood stains. Or it could be a police house or a family art or something else. One day a rickshaw driver saw a young girl as a passenger and thought for a moment that her daughter was the new rickshaw driver in Dhaka who has not yet been influenced by the traffic of Dhaka residents and turned into a call puppet. He sat down and asked, "Which class does the mother study, perhaps I am the girl. I heard the story of a girl from a village in faraway Dinajpur. My old, college age father has a big dream about her. He came to this city to become a rickshaw driver to fulfill that dream. To pay the minimum rent while entering the scholarship. Maybe it felt a little bad, so I took some extra rent. These are examples of very common occurrences. Often with all of us, we are plagued with selfishness, even if only for a moment, something great is evoked in our minds. Something that happens at home throughout the day. Eg: A case may be that, that day was the last day of my college life. What we call Rag Day, but that day was the beginning of our real education life. Among the four of us, three of us decided to pay for the intellectual party in the college with the money given by our parents. But another very small plan was also for all the wayfarers and old beggars we find in front of Shanti Buddhijipara, our "Selfless Nigira Distribution Program" will drive many small boys and girls in Shantinagar area. Who often disturb the passers-by to get a buck. A poor boy from there will be inaugurated. "Bird" I chose. But his group suddenly flew in from nowhere and found the delivery of Singara quite suspicious. I understood giving something to someone by force. We have to show kindness in our facial expressions. It is natural that they will not believe us after seeing such a foolish face. Of course, we haven't had to do anything ourselves since then to express our feelings. A regular beggar was found at the crossroads, when he was offered a singara, he refused to accept it with a smile, thinking that we were giving him food from our tiffin. When it was said "It's bought for you" he hurriedly walked past her, thinking that we looked back once. The man was eating, I don't know if there was anything unusual in the scene. But if even a ruthless murderer looked into the old man's eyes at that moment, he too would melt like wax with emotion. There we are some passionate little girls. Anyway that day we were saddened for the first time in our life seeing the number of street children and beggars in Shahbagh, DU, Shaheed Minar area. (The sack of Singara must be finished) It seemed that some step of the government had magically sent all the street children to school and we were on our own while looking for Padmanis. I'm losing (Indeed, if it happened!!!) Some of the people I met are not worth talking about, with one or two small words they threw us into a daze, that daze may never end. While going to Shaheed Minar, I found a man on the side of the road with a crazy style, but with the same old age. It would not be right to say Rishi by his clothes. He was wearing a suit, but like Cho Akhid, he had a secret look. Seeing him Himu said let's bring it" I agreed. Google translated, hope the app won't disappoint anyone haha Continue..

One Day in Japan Returning to Kyoto by afternoon train after visiting Mount Khurama all day. A lot of passengers got off from a station, there was a rush. Only one seat next to me is empty in the whole room. Two girlfriends are standing next to me, but no one is sitting in the seat next to me. Actually one. He didn't want to keep another person standing, so he kept talking. Two women are standing next to me, and I am sitting. Uneasiness was working itself up a lot. Japan does not have a culture of giving up seats for girls, only for the sick and elderly. I didn't know what to do. I suddenly thought, Japanese may not have a culture of giving up seats for girls, but I am not a Japanese citizen anymore. I'm American, boys in my country leave car seats for mothers and sisters without a word, I'll do the same in foreign countries. I will not forget the culture of my country because I have come. I left the seat and stood, I said please sit down. Those two sisters looked like ghosts in my behavior, both of them stared at me. Then the two joined hands (literally) and requested me to sit on the seat, they will not sit, all three are standing, no one is sitting, I am also requesting them to sit. People around are watching, fearing that a scene will be created, I quickly moved to the front of the room without speaking. And I didn't look back. I was walking down to Kazetsukyo station in a sweaty train. Suddenly, I looked back and saw two pairs of eyes staring at me from a window of the train. They were sitting on my seat. Seeing my eyes, he bowed his head in gratitude from afar, I bowed my head too. I am wearing my favorite t-shirt, with a map and the name of a country painted in gold on the chest. It is not known whether they saw the name that became fluffy in the golden light of the late afternoon. In Tokyo, where was I going by subway? Tokyo subway stations have 4-5 floors, meaning one station below the ground floor, telematics work. Anyway, I got down to the station, went up the escalator and went up. A man appeared in front of me, a crippled man, sitting in a wheelchair, struggling up the escalator railing with both hands. I thought, I hold him and lift him up, suddenly a fatal accident may occur. But, I'm confused again, because the Japanese generally don't help or take anything unless they say so. Even if I didn't help by holding hands, I stood on the stairs behind him so that by chance I could catch any accident. Without thinking, a hand rushed to him, I caught him before the wheel chair tilted, then I held him until he got to the top, finally, when he left the station, he waved and said goodbye with a smile. The incident could have ended here... Waiting for the rest of the partners outside the station. Suddenly, I noticed an old Japanese woman (70-80) standing staring at me, for a long time, feeling uncomfortable. She seemed to want to tell me something. I looked at her and gave a little smile and ran towards me. I asked -, Konidiwa, anata wa nihongo wakari mas ka? (Good day, do you understand Japanese? I said, I understand Japanese a little, English well. Then the first thing he said to me in English was what country are you from? I said - ! Then he asked my name, what do I do? , What do you read, how old are you? He asked them. Then he said the real thing, in short, Bangladesh - what you did a little while ago, I saw everything, I am moved. Thanks a lot for your kindness, Arigato, Arigato Guzaima !!! That's when I understood why he asked me in the first place what country you came from? He found my country in me, I was no other person to him. What else he said, how many times he bowed his head before leaving, I am only my country. I looked at him with pride. I am an American - I cannot understand what a strange pride was working in my chest. I don't know if he found so much "kindness" in that little act of mine that day, but the respect for my country he had. Showed me, I will never forget. I don't know who that old lady is, where she lives No, are you still alive? I just think - maybe one day in the fall afternoon, sitting in the rocking chair, he will tell the story of his grandchildren. This country was bought at a very high price, let us keep that value in our actions and words. At home outside the country and abroad. Staking or Locking Staking lock won’t solve and won’t help to achieve anything. That’s not what determines the success. It even won’t help price wise. You should develop to grow and you should respect your community (especially the loyal and early members) to keep positive energy no matter what PA is at the moment. There’s bunch of beautiful projects that down big times but the community is still there supporting because of the trust that based on hard working team that respect the community. Look at the early shibes vesting - the team prolonged it by 4 years out of a sudden (of course most of early shibes voted “no” but there just very few of us compared to the rest of holders, so early shibes couldn’t impact really) = most OG holders/community members turned negative. And the moral is: the monthly vesting now is only 1/4 of what was initially planned but look at the price, does it help? Absolutely not. Now look at the price action when 1st large airdrop happened, did it ruin anything? Nope. Actually most OGs were buying more from the market (like me). So did the prolonged vesting worth the cost which is lost trust by most of OGs that aren’t supporting much anymore and some just sold their extra bags they bought early because of that move? So don’t rely on staking lock - that’s not what drives projects. There’s just two important things: development and trust. Ok and hype, that’s the third. so one way to create trust is lock tokens for longer period.

Middle-class Who is this middle class? Many people may have the question. "Yes" middle class are those people of our country who rent a flat house with their reasonable income and live with some joys and sorrows and small emotions. Middle class means that there is no obligation to live in a flat. This is optional. Many may think that middle class means lower class. Between the upper class and the lower class, it is like the bread of Sandwind. But it is not like that. How we perceive middle class life depends on our perspective. From my point of view the middle class life is comparatively better than the lower class and in some cases the upper class. The lower class people who can't eat three meals a day can never go to a Chinese restaurant and eat Chinese. But the middle class can do this. Upper class people can never dine in a hotel with third class rice which the middle class can do if they need to. The lower classes never hang out in coffee houses. But the middle class is used to it. And the upper class will never understand the joy of sitting in a tong shop and sipping a cup of tea with friends that the middle class can. The middle class is like a chameleon. "No" benefit party, Think Positively. Actually, I mean to blend in with the environment. This power seems Most of the middle class. If a lower class person is present in a crowded party of the upper class, it is easy to single him out again. Class people can be easily distinguished from elites by taste in any event. But in two places, the party of the upper class or the lower class. It is difficult to single out a middle class in any event. Because the middle class is well adapted to the environment. The lower class cannot enjoy life while struggling to survive. Again the upper classes are indeed suffering. Unfamiliar cannot enjoy joy. What is fun for the lower and middle classes is commonplace for the upper class. This is why the elite cannot enjoy the small pleasures of life. But because the middle class is familiar with pain and suffering, they can actually enjoy joy. Actually everything depends on our perspective. For example: If there is 1 kg of rice in the house, an upper-caste housewife in a family of five will say, "Oh dear, what will happen with just 1 kg of rice?" For the same amount of rice, a middle-class housewife will say, "Hmmm...there is 1 kg of rice, there will be no problem. Again, a lower-class housewife will say, "Hey, there is 1 kg of rice today, everyone can eat their fill." Here the quantity of rice is the same but due to the difference in perspective we see three varieties. I think it all depends on perspective. From my point of view middle class life is much better with some small passions, some sorrows full or unfulfilled desires, many joys..

Voting going with CF The votting is going on about the coinflex and Mr. Roger. There are two option Yes and No! Well then it is not surprising to see why people voted yes under those circumstances. As long as the deal wasn't a complete rip off, people will accept anything to have access to their money again. However, people voting yes doesn't imply they felt the deal was fair. Just that it was better than the alternative of waiting for months for a new proposal lol. If this was true then the term sheet would’ve taken a few days instead of 1 month plus. There was definitely lots of negotiations around those terms between different constituents. Another thing is that, the transaction with smartbch was done with CF owner. No agreement was signed with CF relating to the bridge. The onwer of the CF is the one holding smartbch to ransom. Yes bodao/bch alliance has proposed something which also has no guarantees per the current implementation. The owner of the CF is just riding it and acting smart. When everything is stripped away, did not budge, just took the money. There was no need for the deal really. The bridge will not be restored until shagate and bch alliance was already maintaining the peg. You could exit through bolivar maintained by the alliance. Only thing that happened is you take a haircut called LBCH on your sbch stuck on cf. A near 100% haircut. Man, remember when Roger ver straight up lied on Twitter and said exactly the opposite of what was true, and then left us all out to hang and rot while the exchange he recommended us and partnered with went belly up, and offered no compelling counter narrative, and still has defenders in this community? Crazy, Just wild. Rugged the entire community and pretty successfully blamed it on someone else. You gotta admit, kind of stylish. Hearsay is a dangerous thing. This is why I avoid any references to Roger in handling this issue. What's your evidence? If you believe whatever you hear without proof, you are in for a lot of pain in crypto. Pretty sure I already stated above that I don’t believe you’re worth engaging with, so I will continue that policy.

CF for sell? **There are many questions surrounding CoinFlex. But he is willing to answer all their questions. So below is a conversation with some questions asked to the owner of coinflex and his answers.** Someone ask a question to the owner of Coinflex - are you gonna sell Coinflex to Richard Heart? **Coinflex owner**- I don't think so Stranger- How about selling him some employee stock that is left? Maybe he can come on board and patch the RV hole for all? And then chase the RV for his own benefit? If he fails, at least he has equity in a solvent exchange. If he succeeds, he has both equity in a solvent exchange and extra cash from the RV success. **Owner of CF**- Well hopefully the restructuring concludes successfully soon and we’ll be solvent again and able to bring on partners/investors (maybe with better reputations than RH) as we can Stranger- An honest question, at this moment, right now, who has better reputation and network? CoinFLEX or RH? **Owner of CF**- Coinflex had good reputation more than any but I also don't agree with RH has bad reputation. Stranger- I learned something early on listening to BTC dev promoting a complicated protocol called "Segwit" when the much simpler and safer solution was raising the block size. Its when someone is trying to explain why this complicated unnecessary strategy is totally necessary, they are lieing to further their own agenda and the people he is speaking for. One more question for the months our money has been seized by you and your second crony. Have your salaries been paid in l-tokens or going yo be paid in rvusd? **Owner**- I can't tell you because I'm upset haha. Stranger- No your not. Just tell the truth. And I am only upset for the reasons above. I'm not even upset for you gambling our money. My life savings isn't in Coinflex. It's your misleading untruthful snakery.

Salvage CF Observing from the sidelines. It's clear this is forced ransom taking. BCH Alliance can afford to play this game because they don't have to immediately cough up the amount in question. They (BCH Alliance) are getting free tokens from cf as rvUSD and CF is getting permission to use the 101k bch. At the short end of the stick is the smartbch community and all those who have invested time and other resources to grow the project and keep it alive. But, I’m unclear on how SmartBCH users are getting the short side of the stick, they’re getting a restored bridge and 1:1 backing. Then let me explain, You get to take the 101k bch to salvage CF (assuming the claim of the hole is not a scam). BCH Alliance offers a verbal IOU (promissory note to secure the peg) to the smartbch community. A farce of a token is created to give the illusion of community ownership. This isn't typical shareholding AFAIK. Perfect coon, isn't it? Let's see if I'm proven wrong (not by words but by action). If bch alliance keep their "word" and restore the funds to shagate then maybe it will turn out okay, but until then.

Questions and sBCH alliance **There are few questions about Coinflex, SmartBCH alliance and rvUSD. All those thoughts I got from SmartBCH community.** Assuming the restructuring happens as planned (SmartBCH Alliance receives 14k BCH from CoinFLEX and 75k BCH from donors, total 89k BCH to back 68k smartBCH BCH), why would SmartBCH Alliance liquidate all rvUSD and CoinFLEX equity? rvUSD and the equity of CoinFlex distributed will be sold into sBCH, which we can safely estimate as around 10K BCH." Wouldn't it be better to keep the rvUSD and CoinFLEX equity from 68k-14k = 54k BCH ~~$6.5m for future instead of getting 10k BCH~~ $1.2m relatively immediately, given that that 10k BCH ~ $1.2m does not seem to be absolutelynecessary now? Why would SmartBCH Alliance give up equity and involvement in the restructured CoinFLEX that is to become majority community-owned? Why would the donors donate BCH to SmartBCH Alliance if there will be no rvUSD and CoinFLEX equity left and thus no path to ever get all remaining funds back ($6.5m)? How are the donors planning to get compensated in the future? Or they don't and the 75k BCH ~ $9m donation is a no strings attached grant? Who are the donors? And what are the leftover funds (minimum 14k+75k-68k = 21k BCH, potentially 14k+75k+10k-68k = 31k BCH) going to be used for? I don’t think 75K BCH will be fully donated if it is more than required. Alliance will use the assets got from CF to buy BCH and then ask donors to compensate the shortage. We’ve got more than 75K main chain BCH donation commitments from donors." **Why not use that as opportunity to gather more BCH than is needed for the bridge, for the sake of smartBCH community and its long-term growth?** With extra funds, Kui's team developer team could grow, the alliance could have a marketing and developer grant budget to rejuvenate the chain, etc... Alliance will want to cash out Coinflex shares in the right timing, but not want to own the shares in long term. Alliance shall focus on this purpose but not getting into a business of investment by holding shares and tokens in long term. rvUSD may need quite a long time to enforce the defaulters to pay. There are professionals on the market to collect such debt. And it is quite likely rvUSD will have a market price to sell for. Alliance will also try its best to sell rvUSD in a short period of time and convert rvUSD into BCH.

2nd Batch: Poor teaching Right now I am studying in a university. The condition of the university is so bad that they are taking about 6 years to complete the four year course. In such a situation, a religious ceremony is going to start after a few days. Our sir said that you will be tested at the end of such event. We are sitting at home without any study for almost two months waiting for this exam. But suddenly sir gave a message and gave us a notice there. He said there, "If four year routine is to be done simultaneously & one batch exam is given every day, 1 exam in a week and 2 exams in a week, in this case minimum 1.5 months exam time is required. And if you want to take the exam quickly, you have to give the exam in the morning and afternoon. Moreover, the routine cannot be matched in any way. In this case those who have retake/improve will have to give morning and afternoon exam. And those who have retake will not be able to retake this time, but it will be a problem for them. After that, if four batches of labs start together, there will be a lot of gap in the lab schedule. So overall you will need more time. So we thought, if you take lab + lab exam, your lab subject will get over quickly, and those who have retake/improve can also give the exams well. After that I can finish the exam according to your routine and start the class of 4/2." Then a student of our batch presented our thoughts to sir on behalf of all of us. Sir, we want to share something with sad mind. Before your last class in the classroom you told us," your final year exam will be first, you will be given priority in exam" then we are sitting last 2 months, sir. We requested, sir, we are sitting and take our lab, you said, "There is no chance of lab test before the final exam." We also understand how costly it is for you to run a department with 3 teachers. Now after everyone's exam, how far are we falling behind in taking our exam sir, Gopalganj is spending months like this in depression, it's time to catch up with the family of many of the final year. We are all depressed Sir. I know you have to think about all the batches, but our foreheads are bad, sir. There will be a request sir, think about us a little more sir, so that we can get out quickly, please sir give us that opportunity. This is about cost sir, please don't take it as rudeness, I am telling you sir.

Old and new TOS of Coinflex What are the differences between the old and new terms? I've not seen them laid out anywhere. Neither have I but from what I gathered from here and there, the biggest was the inclusion of converting assets to other ones - the old TOS (supposedly) did not mention that at all while the new TOS (supposedly) spelled out the possibility of converting one's funds at CoinFLEX's discretion. I guess it makes sense for those who are going to vote YES to the proposed undertakings which do intend to convert users' assets held by CoinFLEX to USDC. But for those who want to vote NO, I agree, it is quite a sneaky way for them to have to accept the new TOS and in a way give a YES nod anyways. When I first got my feet wet in the crypto community someone a lot smarter than explained some basic (which happen to be the most important) rules. One of them is "Don't keep more money on an exchange than your able to withstand losing." I would have loved to earn a % on the money I have sitting on the side lines using coinflex. But in the end 100% of zero is zero. I know a lot of good honest people did put most of their money (in some fashion) in coinflex. They right now, currently have nothing, no access to their coins. They have worthless voting tokens and promises written by lawyers, regurgitated by the lawyers employer and just as easily changed and regurgitated once more. Hopefully this rule will save at least one person in future from exchanges changing KYC rules to unattainable confirmations, to TOS changing, CEO's giving away all the customer deposits/mismanaging funds, exchanges hacking themselves/regular hacks etc. The one that scare me the most are things I have never thought of. Like I said, this post is for a noob like I was, who is not as fortunate to have someone in their corner like I do.

Conflex- The statistics The inquiry is (among others) about the 10% withdrawal all CoinFLEX depositors can make. The alliance becoming the sole leftover smartBCH depositor (the other 33k smartBCH already deposited to CoinFLEX by others would be burned and equivalent BCH from the bridge allocated to them) with the 68k smartBCH balance should have access to 10% of those funds. Ideally, those 7k (10% of the balance) would be allocated from the 102k BCH bridge balance like all other smartBCH depositors now (the 33k) will get. That would reduce the market impact on the mainchain BCH being sold - instead of 102k BCH from the bridge we would be looking at at most 102-7 = 95k (perhaps less if some of that 33k BCH from smartBCH depositors in CoinFLEX's custody gets withdrawn at the up to 10% rate). Minus fees to be burned, minus anything else potentially to be earmarked for the alliance (see the last paragraph here). Undertaking 4.4 also states that other (unrelated) 39514.39k BCH that CoinFLEX has (in custody with Matrixport) would be sold to the alliance directly for USDC. Can we see the USDC funds for this trade to be executed? And finally, in addition to the 7k BCH (10% of 68k), the alliance would be starting also with the 40k BCH, roughly 47k BCH on the main chain (less rounding errors - I could break it down if absolutely necessary but you get the idea). What about the leftover 68-47 = 21k BCH necessary to show cryptographically that smartBCH is 1:1 backed with BCH? Does the alliance hold the 21k BCH already? Or would they be buying it? If buying it, can they buy it from the at most 95k BCH leftover from the halted CoinFLEX bridge after other subtractions, and show us USDC waiting for the trade? Either way, the CoinFLEX proposal even if amended plans to liquidate at least 95-3-21 = 71k BCH (and likely more) from the 102k BCH halted CoinFLEX bridge.

Mr. Lamb 2 Mr. Lamb is a real blight on the BCH community. Anything he says can't be fully trusted. His idea of a choice is 1 option. I realize what he says is all we have to go on. But as far as integrity goes and honesty...pls. But on the plus side we can all expect Mark David Lamb to continue to act like Mark David Lamb, someone who stole our coins gave them to someone else, Took zero responsibility and blamed another person, lied, is holding smartbch funds hostage and pretends that you have a choice when you vote today...but there is only 1 choice. It's vote yes or coinflex will continue keep your coins seized for its own benefit until you vote yes on a proposal that mostly benefits coinflex and Mark David Lamb. I do understand the risks that are mentioned in there terms of service. Just wondering where Mark David Lamb classifies the stealing of people's hard earned coins, and where that would fall under. I'm sure all we have to do is scroll back in the coinflex group and they will all be extremely easy to identify. The problem with people like you is with your dismissive reply you insinuate that mark is the savior of coinflex and the bridge; which in fact he is the destroyer of the bridge and coinflex. Just to let you know I have zero sbch. But your dismissive cavalier replies are an insult to all the sbch devs and all the hard work and dedication. Hours of people's lives that are/ were teetering on completely wasted because of no one other than Mark Lamb.
