The growing bodies of Yong boys and girls

Need exercise in order to develop properly , Exercise keep our body in good condition,it's improve our body function such as blood circulation

Breathing digestion and metabolism the process by which the body transformation food into energy . Exercise make you not only physically but mentally also

If you take a right kind of exercise for proper duration of time you will develop firm muscle, have a good posture and fresh looking skin

Do you know exercise has become even more important to day ?Why because this is the "machine age" so many task perform by hands and now taken our by machine

With a result that the humman body is not getting the exercise which keep the body well tuned exercise make the body healthy and strong 💪
