How to enjoy your youthful days full of vibe

Youthful days are days we still have the strength to run around,we can do alot of things,go out to the beach, go to work,go to school,do alot of challenges because when we grow old we won't be able to do all those things again,there won't be strength for it.

These are some of the ways you can enjoy life more as you age;

Go for an exercise.

When you wake up in the morning,try to do some exercise that will build your strength,let it be in your everyday routine,you can try jogging,plank exercise,yoga, cycling for those who have bicycle,these are some of exercise that help you ease stress,you can also try swimming for those that can swim.

Incorporate vegetables into your daily meals

Vegetables is a good source of vitamins,it is very good for the body like we all know,it aids digestion,makes the body system works well, make vegetables and fruits your Friend.

Try and read your Bible whenever you wake up.

When I was staying with my pastor's wife in Lagos,she always live home by 6 but before then she would have been awake by 4am to study the word of God,it will energize you each time you read,and by doing so you know you are set for the day,the power resides in you so you have nothing to fear.

Drink more water.

Doctors always say at least drink up to 2litters of water per day,water is life,you can't do without it,it refreshes you and rehydrate you,even when you are not eating anything,take some water,water is good for the body, don't feel dehydrated before taking water, always take a bottle of water with you whenever you are going out,you will surely need it.

Read books.

On this note some people are so lazy,they can't just read any book,rather they enjoy watching films,it's good to watch films too because I do watch films,I love watching movie but once in a week you can just pick up a book and start reading chapter by chapter,one day at a time,thank God we have PDF files too,so there books in PDF format that will be very easy for us to read,try reading a book today, readers are leaders.

Do some tidying up.

I know we might not hear this often but hey! Why will you leave your room unkept,no no no,that's not good enough, always tidy up your home, don't let strangers or friends come in and complain,make it a duty,it has to be clean, don't throw boxers,undies,cloths on the floor or bed,wash the ones that needs to be washed and fold or hang the neat ones inside the wardrobe,be neat.

Hang out with friends.

There is no better days ahead to do this but now,hang out with friends,yeah I know you are an introvert but you can still be with friends once In a while,you are not old, enjoy your youth with Friends when you still have the strength to do it,go to different places, recreation center,travel, enjoy life.

Try out some random act of kindness.

Be kind to the people around,you can decide to buy some things and take it to the motherless babies home,you can give out clothes,foods and even money,you can decide to help an elderly person who is too old to do some house chores,there are alot of things you can do even if you don't have the money.
