My experience in a "toxic environment". Greetings to all, hope everyone is doing healthy and fine. Today I want to write about my favourite topic that I want to write about for so long, and I hate this kind of environment. Your health matters when you are living whether it's physical health or mental health. But I think mental health is more important if a person wants to live a happy and healthy life. We live in an environment where the news gets spread fast. there is no way of stopping those words from spreading when you say them. We are living n a modern era where social media is everyone's first hand. is it a good thing or a bad thing? I think it has both effects but in my point of view, it plays most of the negative role in spreading false rumours. Whether you are a student or a working woman/man you have to face the negativity. Negative environment Negative environment or you could say that the people you are living with become negative and make your peaceful environment into an awful one. Let's say I have experience with it. When you are living with your parents and they have a fight the atmosphere of the house becomes toxic. I am not saying that it's general but I think quarrelling is in everyone's household and it gives a huge negative impact on children. Last week I was in my class and my lecture madam said parents behaviour don't have to affect on student study. But I oppose her idea of thinking because I think if there is a fight in your home whether it is your parent's siblings or any other person or you care about that person. It affects you. Everything and everyone is giving black vibes and there is some kind of awful atmosphere. _____________**_________________** **Nagging** and be disciplined in your own home. Dominant aura of man in a negative way I tentpole it will destroy the happy moment of home and it turns into the depressing and terrifying cell where you cannot do what you want to do you can't speak on own will. Constant strict behaviour and to order the children in front of you do this why you can't do this and this it os irritating. I think all this behaviour converts into a toxic environment... A toxic environment plays a major role in a person's life. If you cannot study properly you can't think properly you will be gone into some kind of pressurized state. It will give you a headache. People say that the environment doesn't play important role in someone else's carrier. If someone is emitting negative energy you will have to face uncomfortably bad behaviour. Some people can't survive in this behaviour because they are sensitive to this environment and they become easily sad.

Because when we spend our time on the productive things it gives us a lot of courage and motivation to spend time doing something productive. Why we are not progressing? Nowadays many people are progressing and doing things that they love and in return they are successful and they are satisfied and happy with their life. See around yourself what people are doing. Why they are on above. There are many reasons why we are standing in the same spot as last year. Many people have accomplished their aims or desires they want to achieve then why we are not moving why we are standing still? It's not that we are not trying. We are trying we are working hard but why it's not fruitful. Now the world is progressing, and teenagers are working on their passion and proving themselves what they are capable of. The main reason we are standing still We think that if we study and complete our graduation or master's degree and find a job then we are settled till then we have to study hard and find a suitable job. If you are a student the main focus is your study but in your free time what are you doing?? In their free time in our country, most of the students are using their mobile phones and waste their time. What are they doing on mobile phones? They are using social platforms and liking others' successes. They are following unnecessary people and discuss on others people's life. They are telling others, a success story as they are doing a speech. Instead of wasting your time and money on such people, you will have to get motivation and inspiration from such people. It's okay if you get amazed by their start and their progress but you will have to use this as an example and motivate yourself to find your passion and work hard on it. Do not waste your time, again and again, seeing their post just by liking their achievements. Work on your achievements and when you fulfil your target and then post it. Remember, not all the things on social media is true. If you find something or someone amazing learn from them and work on yourself. Give yourself time, it's necessary. I am not saying you have to do all things once. Start by minimum. Use your mind. When you start using your brain it will give you productive ideas. Think creatively and change your lifestyle. Key points There are some clues based on everyone's way of living and how can change their lifestyle into a productive one. Start working when others are playing. Don't waste your time playing/sitting idle. Organize your daily schedule. Write what you want to do in this short span of life. Be an early riser. Get enough sleep. Be disciplined. Manage your daily task. Stop wasting time on social media. Find your passion. Do things you like. It will always give you satisfaction. Be healthy. Also, play sports. Sports will give you a healthy mind and body. Notice your progress chart. Find your inspiration. Having inspiration is remarkable it will give you the all-time motivation that you need. Be a silent worker don't go around telling others your plans. Show them what you are capable of. Invest your time and money in something profitable. Your time is precious you have one life to do all the things you need to do. (I think nowadays BTS boy and is very famous and everyone knows about them. you will think why I am suddenly talking about them. One of their songs is **"Jump" V's lyrics are very fabulous that song)** In this song, there is motivation about doing something you love which "V" is is is very wonderfully sang ***"No matters who tries to stop me*** ***I will go on my way*** ***you only live once....."*** I am not writing further but these lines are my favourite ones I find electricity in me just how the amazing on is all the song has motivation in themselves. you have to find out what gives you the sudden charge of work on yourself. Sometimes songs are not just for fun sometimes they will give you motivation. Bitcoin cash. Similarly, we have one platform as we all know read cash or bitcoin cash allows the small writer to write and share their thoughts. It's also an amazing forum where you can work and find your interest. Just like me now I like writing when having spare time instead of wasting my time watching tv. Bitcoin cash is also a motivation. you will get excited when you make new friends and you have an audience. It's like you are talking to them. it is a good feeling. Life is very hard and complicated.... is full of hardships and we have to struggle the achieve our goals or aims. Life is not as easy as it seems, everyone has their difficulties in life. We have to endure it to become strong human beings. We can achieve our dreams when we give our best on the right path. We can also dream in broad daylight but we should also know how we can accomplish our struggle and become the shining star in your universe. Never chase others' dreams or their path. Make your path and become a leader. Follow your inspiration and become the example of the best leader. It will give you strength and encourage you to achieve your dreams. ________________________________________________ Life is not a bed of roses Life is not a bed of roses neither it is full of hurdles. Life is full of efforts but there are a lot of difficulties and challenges confronted by people in everyday life. Happiness in every field of life never reaches you on its own. You have to fight hard to get to it. A reasonable criterion is that of a sports person. A boxer can only win a match based on the amount of accomplishment and hard work. People faced several problems and challenges, and it is only when such barriers are undertaken will a person can be victorious. Achievement can never be received by staying empty and this indicates that it is significant to put an effort to boost the chances of evolving successful in life. Life is full of struggles and hardships, and if we want to achieve our goal we should always keep our trust in Allah Almighty and also in ourselves. Positivity in life and the way of our thinking have the most significant effect on our struggle and in attaining a goal. Achievement or disappointment, Happiness or despair, times are a fraction of life and change from person to person, if you have not encountered the periods of failure, you cannot understand the price of prosperity or success. I do not accept these, we just keep a strong notion in Allah. Allah knows what is generously for us because Allah is the only and outstanding creator of the whole cosmos and the one who can provide treatments to our dilemmas. Occasionally people think that there is no confidence in achievement and finds darkness everywhere. “For every dusk, there’s a brighter dawn.” Confronting complications will make you reasonable to the challenges of life and if you ratify the challenges, prosperity will pursue you. Concealing from the challenges will give a severe obstacle in the form of a looser in the competitive contest of life. Hardship and crisis are a tremendous part of life that direct to a victorious fortune. Difficulty provokes you with a powerful and sufficient capability to survive the full disaster of a life. One should never forfeit the heart but should face his downfalls boldly. We should never lose the expectation as we say: “Tomorrow never dies” What it takes as we know, is a tough pilgrimage but when the fume will vacate, we shall arise as conquerors and survivors. We have to walk forward in our pursuit of an uprising. No matter what. We have to scan more and strive difficult to overcome suspicion in ourselves. Life is hard. Greetings to all, Hope everyone is don healthy and fine. Birthdays are special occasions for people. new people came into life and have their roles in their lives. When we take Birth in society, The child has a great impact on it. parents become happy. grandparents have already decided the name of the child and the relatives start thinking about what he/she looks like. If the child is with their maternal grandparents look wise or at their paternal grandparents. Well everyone has their own charisma and charm. Every child has their own capabilities and they are unique and different from others n their own way. Life is cruel and unfair What I learn every year is that life is cruel and unfair. Life is hard, especially for girls. When girls want to do anything they have to think about at least 100 times if this is better for them or not. If they can have the permission of going out. When they want to achieve something in their life they will have to pass through several hurdles and they have to give explanations as to why they wanted to do a specific job. It's cruel is not it, there is no one that will help them to get over their emotions and continuous taunting and there is no space for them to ease their mind. There is no one with whom they can share their personal opinions. Every time They get told that stop giving your opinion. We should change this setup. Life is like a prison I learned that life is like a prison and you are the prisoner. If you did anything wrong or not You should live like a prisoner Because if we have little freedom to pour children they might be out of control. The Most Important and critical sentence or thought most parents do is they wanted to control their children's lives until the end for little things to do the bigger things they must take permission to follow their favorite personality. Their favorite characters and to Go somewhere with friends to enjoy. Liking the one f we like someone or something want to buy then we have to give reasons why do we want it? Why do you like him/ her? you are not allowed to do such things or whatever. if we want to tell something related to our biasness we get told to stop talking and don't think about it.
