The Emptiness Have Taken Over!
Holding my phone while staring into the ceiling, then looking back into an empty white screen of my phone has been repeatedly done in almost an hour. I thought I have already conditioned my mind before I started writing. I even drink a cup of coffee and organize the outlines of my supposed to be the article for today just in my thoughts while sipping my coffee. However, when I finished my coffee and positioned myself at the spot where I often write here at the house, it was like my thoughts have been erased in my mind in just a few minutes. That is how fast my mind did transition from being full of ideas into nothingness.
What to expect if this problem occurs for quite some time? You don't need to guess it, though. We all know what to do every time this kind of situation blocks us from writing what we are supposed to write. Well, yeah, another prompt or challenge to join, then. May it be a certain topic, experiences, roleplays, random words, or random questions. The most convenient style to use this time for me is to use random questions. I'm a bit in a hurry to finish writing this since I would only have four hours to go before publishing. Also, I plan to read more and more articles today. Much more than the average of 15 articles a day that I often read.
For these random questions, I come across @Kendy42's article 3 days ago. Gladly, I have saved it, or else I don't have any reference for my writings today. I don't also want to be absent from publishing an article because I aim to write an article a day for the whole month of March. Let's get enough of that chitchats then, and move forward to answering these random questions.
Who is your hero?
First is God, because He never ceased to bless me and provide for my needs. Second is my child, because if I didn't have her maybe I'm already been admitted to a mental hospital long ago. For those who still don't know any of my past, I'm a depressed and immature teenager back then. As I saw my child grow day by day, it takes my anxiety, loneliness, hatred, and any other negativity that I had in my body. I learn to embrace positivity and live with it every day.
If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
Somewhere quiet, safe, and a place that has a good internet signal. I'm still not sure where for now but I'm sure it wouldn't be in my hometown. Our place is a rural area that has slow progress. The markets, hospitals, malls, and schools are far from our house. We can't even get a good signal there. How can I work for a living without the internet? I don't want to say goodbye to read.cash, noise.cash, and cryptocurrencies yet, then farm for all my life.
What is your biggest fear?
My biggest fear isn't the death itself but what comes after that. In the afterlife, we will face our judgment from God. No matter how good we lived here on Earth and no matter how religious we are, did we truly have a great discernment over things that we can consider ourselves qualified to have eternal life in heaven? It's not that I'm also making you overthink there. Preachers say that what matters most is how strong our faith in the Lord and He will save us, but of course, we can't just rely on that and continue doing bad things. We also have to prove that we are worthy of that.
How many languages do you speak?
In our City, our dialect is Hiligaynon and that is my mother tongue. Then, the national language, Filipino, was taught in schools. I'm not fluent in speaking the international language which is English, but at least I can write it well and I can understand it. If I can find my determination and will to learn Mandarin Chinese again, maybe I can be fluent with it in no time, too. However, it's still missing as of the moment. Unfortunately, I can't include that in the list of languages that I can speak.
If you had to describe yourself as an animal, which one would it be?
Probably the dog at home. I'm not that fond of traveling and socializing with everyone. I just like to stay at home most of the time and guard the four corners of my room. Eat, sleep, and bark sometimes if my siblings aren't helping with the house chores.
Hi!!!
Do you also experience losing your thoughts after a few moments? Like you are confident that you have something to share but when you turned around and sit in a corner to start writing it, you suddenly pause, then stare into your phone, look up the ceiling, roam your eyes around the room, and just scratch your head in the end because you have forgotten it. Oh, brains! Don't leave me hanging in here. Kidding.
Well, anyway, that's all for today. Thanks for reading!

It's nice to know more of you through your answers to the questions :) Mandarin Chinese is one of the hardest languages for me. Hope you get the determination soon :)
