Mabuhay!!! Read.cash Family, howdy? It's raining cats and dogs here and it's freezing cold today, a perfect weather to sip a cup of coffee. And guess what? I am laying down in my bedroom while clutching my blanket under my chin and shivered. (Try to imagine lol).

Yesterday, the Youth Officers in our church organized a Valentines Day Special Program dedicated to our Eternal Father in Heaven. The main purpose of the said event is to acknowledge God's Ultimate and Unfathomable Love because without it we are nothing. His divine love and grace is the ultimate reason why we received the infinite promise and salvation through Christ Jesus. And it's clearly stated in the Bible found in the book of 1 John 4:19 " We love because he first loved us".

THEME: "SPECIAL MOMENT WITH OUR ETERNAL LOVER"

The program started at exactly 6:30 in the evening and our youth President posted an announcement in our group chat ahead of time that we must wear the well-known dress code or motif during love month which is "red", yet only few of us followed the dress code lol.

We offered songs of praises to our God that was lead by yours truly, followed by the sharing of God's word delivered by our Pastor Lorenel. After that, we formed a circle and held our hands while uttering a prayer to God.

We went back to our proper seats and the big moment is just about to begin. We were all bursting with excitement about what would be the next part of the event. The Master of Ceremony (FY President) called out our attention and told us to fasten our seatbelts because all of us must participate the game entitled "Find Your Other Half" ( a game wherein the girls and boys are separated, each of them will be given a heart that was cut into half and they must find it's perfect pair with a limited time only, the winners will be the first pair who found their other half).

We are given a chance to offer a song and dance number which is also the highlight of the program.

I almost ran out of breath and I can't help myself from tearing up due to extreme amusement that I felt in their performance. We were entertained by their unsynchronized but cute moves haha and their facial expressions are way more hilarious. Just so you know guys, nakatatlong take na sila kasi nga unang pasok palang ng music di na sila magkasabay bwahaha. What a night!

We also rendered a song to God entitled "Amazing Love". Even though we both have a cold feet on that moment we were able to deliver the song beautifully somehow.

After a long hour of having fun, we decided to fill our rumbling tummies and took a break in the meantime. Since we have a curfew due to the pandemic, we went straight to the palphet for picture taking as a whole and strike a pose. Pheww what an exhausting yet enjoyable night.
