The Phobias I badly want to get rid of
Heyaa there read.cash fellas! I'm a bit lonely lately because my boyfriend was out for their men's outing. I'm curious what he's doing right now. I think he's doing something crazy. You know, men are always men. I'm pretty sure too, there'll be a lot of sexy and pretty girls out there since it's a swimming pool resort.
Enough with that nonsense and paranoid thoughts. 😑
Honestly, what makes me really worried about is their traveling distance. Just so you know guys, Paquibato district is a far place and it's raining so heavily from morning till this evening. He's a clumsy and a risky guy when he drives. One time I rode with him the last outing at the kidapawan-Davao loop our motorcycle went on a deep hole, thank goodness he was able to control it, and most importantly we arrived home safe and sound at 90kph speed.
No more of peep talks, and anyways he has nothing to do with our main topic for tonight.
Let's talk about Phobia
Well, I believe that each of us had our phobias. And we can't deny the fact that we forcibly act brave and tough when we're facing one of our extreme fears. So here are the lists of phobias that makes me rattle and triggers my fear and anxiety.
But before that,
What is a phobia?
-A phobia is a type of anxiety disorder defined by a persistent and excessive fear of an object or situation. Phobias typically result in a rapid onset of fear and are present for more than six months. Those affected will go to great lengths to avoid the situation or object, to a degree greater than the actual danger posed. If the object or situation cannot be avoided, they experience significant distress. Other symptoms can include fainting, which may occur in blood or injury phobia, and panic attacks, which are often found in agoraphobia. Around 75% of those with phobias have multiple phobias.

How does it feel to have Ranidaphobia?
This is how it goes,
Ever since I was a kid I hated frogs. However it didn't cause me intense anxiety until one day I tried to grab a cane toad, and it jumped and scaped on my hands. My mom told me that if I kept on playing those leaping creatures it will cause a loud thunderstorm at night. A week after that moment, I noticed that my index finger has a tiny skin tag. I immediately showed it to my mom and asked her why am I having this, and she concluded that, the frogs that I played and messed up with took their revenge on me that is why I have gotten that tiny lump on my fingers. I cried all night and took a blade and candle just to get rid of that disgusting tag.
Their appearance creeps me out
Since then my fear of frogs has worsen a lot, and it became the greatest phobia of mine. I feel that every time I saw one of them my body starts to tremble and move on it's own. Their appearance are extremely creepy, and their body texture looked so horrible and disgusting. They look like an alien. There's one moment my boyfriend scolded me for being so coward and rude of those amphibians, and he even told me that they're not harmful. But, it's easier said than done.
I got nightmares everytime I accidentally touch or stepped unto them
This might be so weird and too hard to believe. But believe me or not, I got nightmares every time It touches my skin or stepped unto them accidentally. One night, I had a bad dream and I found myself swimming in a swamp filled with huge and slimy toads coming towards me. Huhu
2. Acrophobia
Acrophobia is a mental health condition in which the individual experiences an intense fear of heights. It's a type of anxiety disorder. A person with acrophobia experiences intense fear and anxiety when they think of tall heights or are positioned at a significant height.

Why I am so damn scared of heights?
The majority of people are scared of heights and it's quite common though. But for me? I literally feel nauseated, and sometimes my whole body starts to shake due to fear as if I am going to fall even if it's just my imagination. That is why everytime I am in an elevated place I always put a coin on my shoes because they said that it will vanishes away all those fear and anxiety, but I guess it is just a hoax belief. It's not effective at all lol.
