Depression: Leading cause of suicide!

I was scrolling my facebook and got a news of suicide. Bollywood star Sushant singh Rajput committed suicide! He was only 34years old.

A very dashing and successful person! We dont know the actual cause of suicide! But everyone thinks It is due to depression.

Look at his smiling face,Can you think he is no more? At this age?

He got several awardsfor his outstanding performance! He has done so many successful films!

But the truth is that what you see is not true always! He had everything that a person wants from life...Money,success,career!

But depression is a thing that can destroy everything in a second!

Life is so beautiful,everybody is fighting right noe just for surviving! But can you imagine? How much pain and depression a person was tolerating that it compelled him to commit suicide!

Rest in peace

So never hide your pain,whenever you are depressed,just talk,just cry,just do some noise. May be it can help you to releif you mind! May be you can come out with a new way of living!

But giving up your life is not a solution!

We can not umderstand the pain someone is facing,but we can help that person to releif his pain. Please be there with your family,give them your time! Thats all we need!

We should take care of this thing that our loved ones are not suffering from this depression, try to understamd them! They are smiling,it doesnot mean that they are happy!

People try to hide their pain by their smile!

We dont want to lose another Sushant Singh Rajput. We dont want to lose our loved one,friends just for depression!

I read today in news about him that he committed suicide. I was shocked but you can never tell what is in a mans mind until they share.

Hmmmmmm that's very sad. What I will say is, if something is wrong with you just tell somebody about it you might get help from that person. We should not hide anything within us it might lead us to suicide.

I gave a comment to someone's article on suicide just two days ago or so, that to me I see someone committing suicide as immature and insane the way the person thinks. The writer replied that maturity has nothing to do with suicide. Look at that young and successful actor who committed suicide, what was his problems that he could not shared with people, for positive counsellings and solutions. Would you tell me he was matured and sane enough? Many people think maturity has to do with age....No.

Maturity does not come with age actually! I have seen a 15years old child to be matured enough to handle his family,where a 25years old person is still behaves with immaturity!

Rip to sushant. It is disheartening to see young folks died of suscides everyday. People need mental health lectures and symposium. The reason behind is suscides is questionable.
