Hello..Everyone....??! How are you? I am @Arif.12 come to you with a special and traditional reciepe from Bangladesh. Do you know?? Hilsha is the national fish of Bangladesh. And this is the only one fish which is found in river and sea too.
Now guys lets see...how can curry special hilsha fish....
INGREDIENTS OF HILSA CURRY
500 grams washed & dried,sliced iilish fish
teaspoon powdered turmeric1
teaspoon black cumin seeds4
green chilli2
pinches salt2
cup boiled water
1/2 cup mustard oil
HOW TO MAKE HILSA CURRY
Step 1
To make this delicious curry, wash the fish and slice it into pieces.
Step 2
Once done, marinate the pieces using salt and turmeric. Keep it aside for some time.
Step 3
Then, heat some oil in the pan and shallow fry the marinated fish pieces until they turn golden.
Step 4
In another pan, heat the remaining oil, and add the cumin seeds. Silt the green chilies and add to the oil. Keep stirring.
Step 5
Add the fried fish pieces to the oil, then pour in the boiled water. Now, add the salt and turmeric powder as per your taste. Bring it to a boil and let it cook for a few minutes.
Step 6
Serve hot with steamed rice.
