Hey mushroom 🍄 lovers!
Let me share my thoughts 💭 about mushroom picking day.
I spend a few days around the Bulgarian forest side looking for Psilocybin mushroom 🍄
They grow in a few places around Bulgaria more in the mountain ⛰ regions.
But for a person who is not familiar with them it may be hard to recognize them, and pick some poison ☠️ one.
The ones that grow there in our country have a slow effect I can assume because as I’ve heard from people and reading in some blogs I understood that you have to eat between 30 and 50 to see the effect coming on you...
I did some picking of them, but after getting a second opinion from a person who knows them it comes out that I didn’t have picked any of the ones I was looking for, unfortunately.
And of course, I don’t want to eat like 30-50 poisoning mushrooms 🍄
Always get a second opinion if you are not familiar with what you doing, eating, practicing, or whatever you are doing in your life.
Better save than sorry!
Keep in mind that if you have eaten the right one you can have a good or a bad trip as many people tried them and shared experiences around the internet platforms.
But is not something that can kill you!
Everything that comes from nature has its benefits if prepared correctly, with a proper dosage.
We as human beings are the only living being on earth aT the moment, that doesn’t know what we can eat from nature around us!
There are maybe a thousand plants 🌱 that have very strong, healing benefits for us!
But we just don’t know them!

Better Trainer Than Never: Small Amounts Matter
In the first year as a software trainer, I was the second highest customer-rated trainer in the global organization. In the second year, I nosed into first position. In what is coming toward the end of my third year...
*I am average.*
Well, I don't even know if I will scrape into average status, as I haven't yet delivered any individual events since I had a stroke a few months back, but going on my performance in shared events as a facilitator, I don't hold my hopes very high. While this has many organizational and personal implications surrounding my job, it takes a heavy economic toll on my future within the company. After all, what are the chances of getting a payrise when *performance has dropped?*
It doesn't matter if the reason is through no fault of my own, the fact is that higher performance generally gets rewarded with higher income and while I am not exactly earning the "big bucks", I have managed to get bumps in salary based on my trainer feedback alone. Essentially I am salary capped, as being average doesn't inspire additional reward, which means that if that is my *new normal,* I can expect to no longer *qualify* for the additional yearly salary increase based on my performance, which while isn't much, does cover an additional grocery trip a month.
Long-term though, this can have profound effects on my future economic position, as I don't need another grocery trip each month, nor do I use it to increase my current living standards. This means that it is additional income that can be used to invest and over the space of the next decade and with the level of risk and reward I am willing to expose it to, that can be quite a significant amount. Small amounts mount up and they can have significant effects on our future possibilities and wellbeing.
A lot of people waste small amounts of investment potential because it isn't a significant amount, but often when talking to people about this, they compare it to the wrong reference point. For example, if the average monthly income is 3000 and a person invests 10% of that, they can do 300 a month. If the disposable income after all costs is actually 450 dollars and the 150 is spent on random whatever, it doesn't seem very significant as it is only 5% of the total income. However, it is *50%* of the investment potential and that can have massive effects on the outcome of the investments over the space of a couple decades.
Even if a person restricted their "disposable" income spending down to 100 and pushed 50 into the investments instead, they are still increasing their investment rate by 16% per month and that compounds with the investment capital for years on end to make a very large difference.
So, while the extra 50 can buy whatever over the space of a month, in 25 years (not thinking about inflation here) it would amount to 15,000 worth of 50 purchases. However, compounded into the investment (at 10%) it would be worth 52,000 more than that. While inflation plays a part here, payrises tend to follow suit too, which means that over the space of this time, it wouldn't be 350 monthly, it would be 11.6% of whatever the salary is (the 10% + the 1.6% on top of it). So, that way as the salary climbs, so does the investment amount in order to cover things like inflation.
That is part of the problem with these simple calculators, as they put it in terms of a set figure invested monthly, rather than a percentage. This means that many people focus on a static number of some sort and the end amount, without thinking too much about their own changing salary levels or how inflation is going to affect that final total that seems like so much, compared to the present moment costs. Most end up saving *less* relative to their increasing salary and the inflation rate.
For example, using the rule of 72, if the inflation rate averaged 3%, the cost of everything on average will double in 24 years. This means that the value of the 468K is actually worth less than 234K relative to today's prices. That is quite a difference. However, if income increases in line with inflation (it is generally below these days) and the investment percentage is used instead of a static amount, the future value of that 468K will be 468K in respect to todays prices. In reality though, the number will be closer to the million mark. But as you can see, even using simple calculations, it is possible to visualize what kind of affect *small amounts* can have on our future wealth positions.
Not getting for example, a 100 monthly increase every year, isn't losing just 1200 a year, it is losing 1200 the first year, 2400 the second, 3600 the third, 4800 the fourth and 6000 the fifth, for a 5 year total of 18,000 dollars. After 5 years, that would account for *six full months* of the starting 3000 salary. As an investment amount this is a huge volume to lose and over the space of 25 years (I can't do the math in my head) this is astronomical, especially once it is getting compounded with interest on top of it.
While a lot of people don't seem to think these small amounts really matter, they *really do matter* a great deal, which means that spending those small amounts now comes at a future premium cost. Also, these little trickles of income that people think are insignificant, for example Hive earnings, if used wisely, can make extreme differences to future wealth positions, but in order to do so requires thought and planning.
The formulas and details are available online to make accurate calculations, but that is not the problem that most people face in making the decisions on what to do with their income. It is the mindset that matters and that is driven by these simple stories that we can visualize, understand and *apply* to our daily routines.
Too often we see the extra we get as a way to increase our lifestyle, but we do not simultaneously increase the "static" saving percentage to account for it. Also, when we increase our lifestyle spending, we do not consider the value of what we buy each month, meaning it gets soaked up without even having the chance to generate anything extra and benefit from compounding. While it takes dedication and practice to build generative habits, I believe that in time, the initial investment of time and effort to learn and hone skills is paid back several times over, as our habits are affected by compounding too, in *both directions.*
So while I might be able to come to terms with being an average trainer and even be happy as one from a work satisfaction standpoint, economically it is going to likely have profound effects on my wealth potential, as it limits my ability to increase my positions percentage-wise. While money isn't everything, it does have profound effects on our lives and it also impacts on our relationships, so pretending like it doesn't matter is going to lead to a spectrum of suffering, no matter how we justify why we can't or didn't do differently with the resources we had available.
This helps me visualize my personal economy, hopefully it helps you too.

বাংলাদেশের কিংবা বাঙালি রয়েছে নানা বৈচিত্রের বিভিন্ন ধরনের উৎসব।এগুলো বাঙালি তথা বাংলার সামাজিক উৎসব, প্রাণের উৎসব।বিশেষ উপলক্ষকে কেন্দ্র করে আনন্দময় কোন অনুষ্ঠান পালন করাকে মূলত উৎসব বলে।মানুষ সামাজিক জীব।সমাজবদ্ধ হয়ে বাস করবে এটাই নিয়ম। আর এই সমাজবদ্ধতায় মানুষের কর্বমব্যস্ততা তাদের জীবনকে কুক্ষিগত করে রাখে।তাই মানুষ কখনো কখনো সামাজিক উৎসবের আয়োজন করে।
**বিভিন্নতার ভিত্তিতে উৎসব কে কয়টি শ্রেণীতে ভাগ করা হয়।**
ব্যক্তিগত উৎসব
ব্যক্তিগত কেন্দ্রিক উৎসব ব্যক্তির নিজস্ব ব্যাপার হলেও ধরনের অনুষ্ঠান সমাজের ক্ষুদ্র একটি অংশ গ্রহণ থাকতে পারে। যেমনঃ জন্মদিন, বিবাহ বার্ষিকী ইত্যাদি
সামাজিক উৎসব
এই উৎসব মূলত সার্বজনীন। সমাজের সবাই এতে অংশগ্রহণ করে।
যেমনঃ বিয়ে, নবান্ন অনুষ্ঠান ও মেলা বই মেলা, বসন্ত উৎসব ইত্যাদি।
জাতীয় উৎসব
উৎসবে দেশের সর্বস্তরের জনগণ স্বতঃস্ফূর্তভাবে অংশগ্রহণ করে। জাতীয় জীবনে সংঘটিত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ঘটনা স্মরণ উৎসব পালন করা হয়।১৬ই ডিসেম্বর বিজয় দিবস,২৬শে মার্চ স্বাধীনতা দিবস।
ধর্মীয় উৎসব
ধর্মীয় উৎসবগুলো সাম্প্রদায়িক।বিশ্বে বিভিন্ন ধর্ম রয়েছে।তাই বিভিন্ন ধর্মাবলম্বীর বিভিন্ন অনুষ্ঠান রয়েছে যা তাদের রীতি নীতি অনুসারে পালন করা হয়। যেমনঃমুসলিম ধর্মাবলম্বীদের জন্য ঈদুল ফিতর, ঈদুল আযাহা, ঈদে মিলাদুন্নবী ইত্যাদি। হিন্দু সম্প্রদায়ের জন্য প্রধান উৎসব হচ্ছে দুর্গাপূজা কালীপূজা, লক্ষ্মীপূজা ইত্যাদি বৌদ্ধ সম্প্রদায়ের প্রধান উৎসব বুদ্ধ পূর্ণিমা।
**বাঙালির সামাজিক উৎসব**
প্রাচীনকাল থেকে বাঙালি আনন্দপ্রিয়।মনের দিক থেকে বাঙালির উৎসবপ্রিয়। অতীতে মানুষ সুখে শান্তিতে বাস করত আর্থিক স্বচ্ছলতা ছিল, ছিল গোলাভরা ধান,গোয়াল ভরা গরু,পুকুর ভরা মাছ।কিন্তু বাঙালির আর্থিক স্বচ্ছলতা এখন অনেকটাই স্তিমিত তবুও বাঙালির উৎসব এখনো চলমান।উৎসব মানে উৎসাহ, উৎসাহ মানেই উদ্দীপনা। বাঙালি সামাজিক উৎসবের মাঝে উদ্দীপনায় খুঁজে পাওয়া যায়।
বাংলা নববর্ষ বাঙালি সবচেয়ে বড় ও বৈচিত্র্যময় সামাজিক উৎসবের মধ্যে একটি।নববর্ষকে বরণ করে নিতে গোটা দেশের ধর্ম-বর্ণ-গোত্র নির্বিশেষে সবাই মিলিত হয়।এছাড়া এদিন শহরে পালিত হয় বর্ণাট্য মঙ্গল শোভাযাত্রা, সংগীতের অাসর, আলোচনা সভায ইত্যাদি।সব মিলিয়ে বাঙালি বৃহত্তম মিলন মেলা রচনা করে পহেলা বৈশাখ উৎসব।নববর্ষের হালখাতায় ব্যবসায়ীরা তাদের হিসাব-নিকাশ সম্পন্ন করে হিসাবের নুতন খাতা খুলেন। এই উপলক্ষে তাঁরা নুতন-পুরাতন খদ্দের ও শুভাকাংখীদের আমন্ত্রণ জানিয়ে মিষ্টি বিতরণ করতেন এবং নতুনভাবে তাদের সঙ্গে ব্যবসায়িক যোগসূত্র স্থাপন করতেন। চিরাচরিত পহেলা বৈশাখে হালখাতার এই অনুষ্ঠানটির মাধ্যমেই বাঙালির সম্পর্ক অটুট রাখার প্রয়াস। বছরের প্রথমদিন হালখাতার রেওয়াজ থাকলেও এটা প্রায় পুরো বৈশাখ মাস থেকে শুরু করে জ্যৈষ্ঠ মাস পর্যন্ত চলে।
গ্রামীণ ঐতিহ্যের ধারাবাহিকতায় নবান্ন উৎসব এখন শহরেও পালিত হয়ে থাকে বেশ ধুমধামে। তারই অংশ হিসেবে পহেলা অগ্রহায়ণে জাতীয় নবান্ন উদযাপন পরিষদ আয়োজন করে নবান্ন উৎসব। এবারো তার ব্যত্যয় ঘটেনি। ওই দিন সকাল সকাল রাজধানীর ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের চারুকলার সামনের বকুল তলায় জাতীয় নবান্ন উৎসব উদ্বোধনের মাধ্যমে তা মাসব্যাপী বিদ্যমান থাকে। আর সেটিকে অনুসরণ করেই সারাদেশের বিভিন্ন জেলা-উপজেলায় একইসঙ্গে শুরু হয়। সে সব উৎসবে সংগীত, নৃত্য, আবৃত্তি, নবান্ন শোভাযাত্রা, আদিবাসী পরিবেশনাসহ বিভিন্ন ঐতিহ্যবাহী পরিবেশনা সমেত ঢাক-ঢোলের বাদ্য আর বাহারি মুড়ি-মুড়কি-বাতাসা ও পিঠার আয়োজন। কিন্তু কোনো ধরনের প্রথাগত আনুষ্ঠানিকতা ছাড়াই আমাদের গ্রাম-বাংলায় গ্রামীণ মা-চাচি-দাদি, গৃহিণী, নববধূরা তাদের বাড়িতে এ নবান্ন উৎসব পালন করে থাকে। শহরের আয়োজনটি প্রতীকী হিসেবে এক-দুদিনের জন্য হলেও গ্রামেই চলতে থাকে মাসাবধি।
ঋতু ও ফসল পরিক্রমায় বাংলার কৃষিতে রয়েছে ব্যাপক বৈচিত্র্য। তারই অংশ হিসেবে আউশ, আমন, বোরোÑ এ তিনটি ধান। তারমধ্যে অন্যতম গুরুত্বপূণর্ হলো আমন ধান। আমন ধান কাটার সময়টা প্রাকৃতিকভাবে খুবই সুন্দর। হালকা শীত শীত ভাব। চারদিকে মেঘহীন সুন্দর দিগন্তজোড়া আকাশ। সারাদিন মিষ্টি রোদ। বাতাসে শুধু নতুন ফসলের গন্ধ। তা ছাড়া কৃষকের ঘরে একটু অভাব অনটনের পরে বহু আকাক্সিক্ষত এ আমন ফসলটি। কাজেই সে ফসলটি উঠানোর সময় তাদের মুখের হাসি যেন ফুরোতে চায় না। সেই মুখের হাসিকে কাযের্ক্ষত্রে রূপান্তরের একটি বহিঃপ্রকাশ হলো এ নবান্ন উৎসব। নবান্নের এ সময়টাতে গ্রামের এ বাড়িতে ও বাড়িতে পিঠা-পুলির সুগন্ধ যেন আকাশে-বাতাসে ভেসে বেড়ায়।
একুশে ফেব্রুয়ারির সংগ্রামী চেতনা কে স্মরণীয় করে রাখার জন্য পুরো ফেব্রুয়ারিজুড়ে পালন করা হয় একুশে বইমেলা। একুশে বইমেলায বই প্রেমী মানুষ,লেখক,কবি,প্রকাশককসহ বরেণ্য ব্যক্তিবর্গের মিলন মেলায় পরিণত হয়।যা আমাদের মাঝে সাহিত্য-সংস্কৃতিবোধ জাগ্রত করে।
এছাড়াও আরও পালিত হয় পৌষ মেলা, পিঠা উৎসব, কবিতা বা নাট্যোৎসব,শিল্পীদের শ্রদ্ধাজ্ঞাপন ইত্যাদি।
আধুনিক সময়ে মানুষের সামাজিক উৎসব এর ক্ষেত্রে পরিলক্ষিত হয় কিছু নেতিবাচক দিক।অপসংস্কৃতির প্রভাবে অনেক উৎসবেই হারিয়েছে তার চিরচেনা রং।
এক একটি উৎসব বাঙালি জাতিকে সহমর্মিতায় ঐক্যবদ্ধ করে, অতীতের ঐতিহ্যকে ধারণ করে, গর্বিত হতে শেখায়,স্বকীয় বৈশিষ্ট্যে অাত্মসচেতন করে তোলে।স্বাভাবিক আনন্দের অনুভূতি সৃষ্টি করে। বাংলার মানুষের ঐতিহ্য ও সংস্কৃতিকে যুগ যুগ ধরে ঠিকিয়ে রাখা ও চিত্তের বিকাশে এবং প্রসন্নতার জন্য মানুষের ব্যক্তিগত জীবনে ও জাতীয় জীবনে উৎসবের গুরুত্ব অত্যাবশ্যকীয়।
দুর্নীতি উন্নতির অন্তরায়
প্রকৃতপক্ষে নীতিহীনতায় দুর্নীতি।দুর্নীতির গতি,প্রকৃতি বহুমুখী এবং বিচিত্র। দুর্নীতি সমাজের প্রচলিত নীতি আদর্শ ও মূল্যবোধ এর পরিপন্থী মূলক আচরণ।প্রচলিত ধারণা অনুযায়ী সাধারণত ঘুষ,বল প্রয়োগ বা ভীতি প্রদর্শন,প্রভাব ও ব্যক্তি বিশেষ কে বিশেষ সুবিধা প্রদানের মাধ্যমে জনপ্রশাসনের ক্ষমতার অপব্যবহার দ্বারা ব্যক্তিগত সুবিধা নেওয়ার দুর্নীতি বলে।ট্রান্সপারেন্সি ইন্টারন্যাশনালের দুর্নীতির ধারণা সূচক অনুযায়ী- দুর্নীতি হচ্ছে ব্যক্তিগত লাভের জন্য সরকারি ক্ষমতার ব্যবহার,সরকারি কর্মকর্তা-কর্মচারীদের জন্য ঘুষ প্রদান,সরকারি ক্রয় বিক্রয়ের মাধ্যমে মুনা ফলা সরকারি সম্পত্তি আত্মসাৎ ইত্যাদি এর অন্তর্ভুক্ত প্রাণী দুর্নীতির সঙ্গে রাজনৈতিক দুর্নীতির কোনো পার্থক্য করা যায়না।
**দুর্নীতির কারণ**
সরকারি প্রশাসন যন্ত্রগুলোকে রাজনৈতিক দলীয় স্বার্থে ব্যবহার করা।
দুর্নীতি দমন কমিশনসহ জাতীয় প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলো অকার্যকারিতা।
দুর্নীতিবাজদের দৃষ্টান্তমূলক শাস্তি না হওয়া।
ক্রমবর্ধমান ভোগবাদী প্রবণতা।
নৈতিক মূল্যবোধের অবক্ষয়।
স্বচ্ছতা ও জবাবদিহিতার অভাব।
দুর্নীতি বিষয়ক জার্মানির বার্লিন ভিত্তিক আন্তর্জাতিক পর্যবেক্ষক সংস্থা ট্রান্সপারেন্সি ইন্টারন্যাশনাল প্রকাশিত দুর্নীতির ধারণা সূচকে বাংলাদেশ পাঁচবার পরপর শীর্ষ দুর্নীতিগ্রস্ত দেশ হিসেবে চিহ্নিত হয়েছে।
**দুর্নীতির ধরনঃ**
দুর্নীতির প্রধান কয়েকটি ধরন হল ঘুষ,অবৈধ কাজের সুবিধা লাভ, চাঁদাবাজি,সরকারি কোষাগার থেকে চুরি ডাকাতি,অবৈধ পৃষ্ঠপোষকতা,স্বজনপ্রীতি, অবৈধভাবে চাকরি প্রধান, অর্থ আত্মসাৎ,কাউকে সুবিধা দেওয়ার বিনিময়ে অর্থ গ্রহণ ইত্যাদি।

ন্যায় বিচার প্রতিষ্ঠার স্বার্থে প্রভাব মুক্ত স্বাধীন দুর্নীতি দমন কমিশন গঠন জরুরি।বাংলাদেশে দুর্নীতি দমন একটি বিরাট চ্যালেঞ্জ।

দুর্নীতি একটি আন্তর্জাতিক সমস্যা। বর্তমানে বিশ্বায়নের যুগে এর প্রভাব ছড়িয়ে পড়েছে বিভিন্ন দেশে। ২০০৩ সালের ৩ অক্টোবর সঙ্গে সাধারণ পরিষদে দুর্নীতিবিরোধী সনদ প্রণয়ন করা হয়। ২০০৩ সালের ৯ ডিসেম্বর মেক্সিকোতে সাক্ষ্যগ্রহণের জন্য উন্মুক্ত করা হয়।এই কারনে ৯ই ডিসেম্বরকে আন্তর্জাতিক দুর্নীতি বিরোধী দিবস হিসেবে ঘোষণা করা হয়। এ সনদে প্রায় ১১০ টি দেশ স্বাক্ষর করেছে।বাংলাদেশ সরকার কর্তৃক এ সনদ অনুস্বাক্ষরের ফলে ২০০৭ সালের ২৭ফেব্রুয়ারি থেকে বাংলাদেশে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ জাতিসংঘ সনদের অংশীদার হিসেবে অন্তর্ভুক্ত হয়েছে।
অন্যদিকে দেশেকে দুর্নীতি থেকে রক্ষা করার জন্য প্রয়োজন নাগরিকের সদিচ্ছা ও সততা। দুর্নীতি রোধে নাগরিকদের সঠিক সময়ে বিশেষ করে তরুণদের সক্রিয় ভূমিকা পালন করতে হবে।
দুর্নীতি প্রতিরোধে মানুষকে নৈতিক জীবন-যাপনে উদ্বুদ্ধ করতে হবে। সততা দ্বারা প্রভাবিত আচরণগত উৎকর্ষ যেন সে অনুসরণ করে চলে- তার যেন সমাজের কালোত্তীর্ণ মানদণ্ড, নীতি ও প্রথার প্রতি আনুগত্য থাকে। দুর্নীতি প্রতিরোধে ব্যক্তি-পর্যায়ে কর্তব্যনিষ্ঠা ও সততা, তথা চরিত্রনিষ্ঠা খুবই দরকার। এজন্য বিদ্যমান আইনকানুন, নিয়মনীতির সঙ্গে দুর্নীতি দমনকে একটি আন্দোলন হিসেবে গড়ে তোলার অঙ্গীকার করতে হবে।
সুশিক্ষা ও মূল্যবোধ
কোনো ব্যক্তি বা জাতির অগ্রগতির মূলমন্ত্র হলো শিক্ষা। শিক্ষা বিষয়টি একটি সার্বজনীন ও ব্যাপক বিস্তৃত প্রসঙ্গ।সাধারণত শিক্ষা বলতে বোঝায় জ্ঞানের রাজ্যে বিচরণ করা।মন ও মননের উৎকর্ষ সাধনের মাধ্যমে ব্যক্তিগত সামাজিক ক্ষেত্রে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ও নৈতিক অবদান রাখার নামই হলো শিক্ষা।শিক্ষা মানুষের মধ্যে মানসিক শক্তির বিকাশ ঘটিয়ে থাকে
মূল্যবোধ হচ্ছে ইতিবাচক ও কল্যাণকর মানবিক গুণাবলীর সমষ্টি।এটি মানুষের প্রাত্যহিক জীবন যাত্রায় আচরিত এমন কিছু অনুসরনযোগ্য বিষয়।মূল্যবোধের চর্চা মানুষকে প্রবল ও দৃঢ় এক ইতিবাচক শক্তিতে বলিয়ান করে,দলে দলে মানুষ যাবতীয় অনৈতিকতাকে না বলতে শেখায়।শিক্ষা ও মূল্যবোধ সম্পন্ন মানুষের আলোকিত মানুষ।মূল্যবোধের চর্চা ও মানবিকতার উদ্ভব শিক্ষার প্রধান সহায়ক ভুমিকা রাখতে পারে।মূল্যবোধের অবক্ষয় রোধে অন্যতম প্রধান উপায় হতে পারে নৈতিক শিক্ষার প্রসার ঘটানো।শিক্ষার প্রসারে ব্যক্তি,সমাজ,রাষ্ট্র ও জাতীয় জীবনের সুস্থ মানসিকতা ও মূল্যবোধের চর্চার ধারা ফিরে আসতে বাধ্য।
শিক্ষাকে হতে হবে অমূল্য সেই বস্তু যা সকল অনিয়ম, অকল্যাণ, অসুন্দর থেকে আমাদের মুক্ত রাখে এবং নিয়মে,কল্যাণে,সুন্দরে আমাদের জীবনকে ভরে তোলে।শিক্ষা সবার সঙ্গে সবার বন্ধ রচনা করে। প্রকৃত শিক্ষা অর্জনের মাধ্যমে সবার সঙ্গে যুক্ত হওয়ার যথাযথ প্রয়োগের মাধ্যমে মূল্যবোধের ভিত্তিতে গড়ে ওঠে।

মূল্যবোধ গঠনের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় সুশিক্ষা ও নৈতিক শিক্ষার অভাবে বর্তমান সময়ে সবচেয়ে বেশি অন্যায় অবিচার চলছে।যদিও দেশের কিছু রাজনৈতিকমহলের দাবি, অর্থনৈতিক, সামাজিক, সাংস্কৃতিক, ধর্মীয়সহ বিভিন্ন দিক দিয়ে সমাজ অনেকটা আগ বেড়েছে তবুও অপরাধের পাহাড় এতো মাত্রাতিরিক্ত বেড়েছে, যা হিমালয় পর্বতকেও বুঝি হার মানাবে। এর চেয়েও আশ্চর্যের বিষয় হলো, এসব অপরাধের আটান্ন শতাংশ আঠারো থেকে পঁচিশ বছর বয়সি যুবকদের দ্বারাই সংঘটিত হয়। আর প্রতিবছর এ সমস্ত অপরাধের হার পাঁচ শতাংশের বেশি হারে বাড়ছে, যা ভাবতে অবাক লাগে। সমাজ বিকাশের পরিক্রমায় মানুষ ধাপে-ধাপে অনেক যুগ অতিক্রম করে এসেছে। কৃষি থেকে বাণিজ্যে, বাণিজ্য থেকে শিল্পে, শিল্প থেকে বিজ্ঞান ও প্রযুক্তিবিদ্যার হাত ধরে আজ একবিংশ শতাব্দীতে পদার্পণ করেছে। একটা উন্নয়নশীল রাষ্ট্রের সমাজ ও শিক্ষাব্যবস্থার বেড়াজালে মনুষ্যরূপী দেহ খাঁচায় আজ অমনুষ্যরূপী আত্মা বন্দী। তাই একথা বললে ভুল হবে না যে, দেশের এই অবস্থার পেছনে বহুলাংশে দায়ী ভোগবাদী মতাদর্শে পরিচালিত শিক্ষাব্যবস্থা।
মূল্যবোধের অভাবে শিক্ষা গ্রহণ করেও নানা অপকর্মে জড়িয়ে পড়ছে ছোট-বড় সবাই।সারা বিশ্বে অাজ ভোগবাদী মানসিকতা লক্ষ্য করা যাচ্ছে।
চারদিকে কেবল ঠকানোর প্রতিযোগিতা।অন্যায় করে কে কত বড় রেকর্ড করতে পারে সে প্রতিযোগিতা উন্মাদ হয়ে উঠেছে সবাই। নৈতিক মূল্যবোধের অবক্ষয় সংক্রামক ভাইরাস এর মত সমাজজীবনের সর্বত্র বিস্তৃত হয়ে পড়েছে।শিক্ষাঙ্গন, চিকিৎসা ও বিচার ব্যবস্থায় সর্বোচ্চ মূল্যবোধের অবক্ষয় লক্ষণীয়।
মূল্যবোধের চর্চা মানবচরিত্রের করে তোলে সুষমামণ্ডিত। সুশিক্ষায় শিক্ষিত হয়ে সভ্যতার পথে থেকে অপরের কল্যাণে নিজেকে উৎসর্গ করার মাধ্যমে মানুষের জীবনে মূল্যবোধের প্রকৃত প্রকাশ ঘটে।শিক্ষিত মূল্যবোধ সম্পন্ন মানুষ সমাজে যত বাড়ে, ততো সমাজজীবন হয়ে উঠে বাসযোগ্য।
অনাগত ভবিষ্যৎ কে সফল ও সুন্দর করে তুলতে মূল্যবোধেের চর্চা করা ছাড়া গত্যন্তর নেই। কেবল শিক্ষাই পারে,মূল্যবোধ সম্পন্ন মানুষ তৈরি করতে।
পরিবারের উচিত শিশুদেরকে ধর্মীয় শিক্ষা দেওয়া। কারণ ধর্ম নৈতিকতা শেখায়, মূল্যবোধ শেখায়। আমাদের বিদ্যমান শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থা এবং ধর্মীয় শিক্ষাব্যবস্থায় পাঠ্যসূচীতে নৈতিকতা ও মূল্যবোধ শিক্ষার উপযোগী বিষয়বস্তু থাকতে হবে। অন্যের সংস্কৃতি অন্ধভাবে অনুকরণের যে চেষ্টা তা সচেতনভাবে পরিহার করতে হবে। গণমাধ্যম থেকে আমরা অনেক কিছু শিখে থাকি। তাই গণমাধ্যমগুলোতে এমন বিষয় প্রচার করা উচিত যেগুলো থেকে মানুষ নৈতিক শিক্ষা পাবে এবং মূল্যবোধ সম্পর্কে জানবে।
শিক্ষার সাহায্যে মূল্যবোধের ভিত্তিতে সুদৃঢ় করার মধ্য দিয়ে ব্যক্তিদের সমাজের কল্যাণ সাধন সম্ভব। ফলে আমাদের শিক্ষা গ্রহণ করতে হবে। শিক্ষার মূল্যবোধ এর সাহায্যে মানবিকতার উদ্ভাবন ঘটিয়ে নিষ্কলুষ বিশ্ব নির্মাণের পথে অগ্রসর হতে হবে।

The UNISDR defines diseaster as,"A serious disruption of functioning of a community or a society involving widespread human,material, economic or environmental losses & impacts,which exceed the ability of the affected community or society to cope using its own resources"
Diseaster impacts may include loss of life,injuries,disease & other negative effects on human physical,mental and social well being,together with demage property,destruction of assets, loss of services,social and economic disruption & environmental degredation
Emergencies and diseaters do not only affect health and well being of people,frequently large number of people displaced,killed or injured or subjected to greater risk of epidemics.Considerable economic harm to the exciting infrastructure & threaten the future of sustainable development.
Diseasters are not confined to a particular part of the world,they can occur any where at any time.
**Types of Diseasters**
**1.Natural Hazards**
a)Geophysical:Earthquake,volcano,Tsunami
b)Hydrological:Flood,Landslide, wave
c)Meteorological:Cyclone,strom,surge,Tornado,high wind,extratropical strom,cold wave,extremely temperatur, heavy rain,Lightenin, snow,ice strom etc

b)Ascertaining the risk by Periodically and enlisting the support of various social groups

Reconstruction and Rehabilitation are time consuming.
Statistical information on the following points is required-
Before the planning for reconstruction number of affected person,geographical distribution, damage to water supply
Health centre number and standard of house destroyed available manpower material equipment and financial sources
The authorities responsible for rehabilitation should establish priorities reconstruct road and public building execute programs for replacing destroyed housing.
We should alert in the moment of diseaster.We should help each other how much we can during the moment of crisis.Local authorities & our government should be taken necessary steps to reduce the damage.

Today i will share an article that's about Charms of city life.
City life is furnished with modern facilities and also lots of better opportunities.City provides a fast & dynamic life,better earning scopes,improved medical facilitie, advanced mode of transport & communicatio, better educatio, good sanitation and other service, recreational & cultural varietes.
“God made the country and man made the town”. Therefore, the towns-man is a product of his own inventions, discoveries, and innovations. He nurtures himself by keeping himself aloof from the touch of Nature. He makes an integrated system of material, social, psychological, and ecological elements and then gives himself up in the direct control of that system. Thus he grows up in a a controlled manner, nearly completely different from the country-man who is directly nurtured by Nature herself.
City has good road networks and rapid mode of transport and communication system. So city dwellers can move easily and quickly and can keep peace with the rest of the world automobiles and private cars, buses, trucks,trains and airlines telephones and internet all faster means of communication and transport have made city life faster easier and more comfortable so city life is racy and pacy. They have save both time and money of the city dwellers and reduced their troubles and hazards.
It has many good educational institutions.So city dewellers get better scope of education here.Almost all the good schools, colleges,Universities and other Specialists Institutions are situated in cities.Besides a city has good educational resources and environment.Educational institutes in a city are better is staffed,well-equipped and better administrated.Also there are libraries all galleries,museums,literacy and intellectual societies and organisations that contribute to widening learners knowledge his skill and experience.Outlook and faculty power.
As it provides good medical facilities. High skilled and experienced doctors are available in cities.Good hospitals and clinics,diagonistic centres and other medical facilities are also available in cities.
Cities are hub of trade and commercial activities.There are mills and factories, shopping,malls and supermarkets banks and government and non government offices.So a City offers good job opportunities and business facilities.In fact city provide opportunities for economic and commercial growth.
Generally cities are furnished with parks, clubs,zoo, museums theatres and cinema halls and different types of attractive places.City dwellers visit these place and spend their free time to get enjoyment and pleasure.Besides different cultural organisation arrange varities of programs all the year round.These are a good source of joy and recreation for city dwellers.
Citylife offers better living conditions.The roads and streets are clean.It has good sanitation and garbage management system.It has also supply of drinking water.in the electricity gas to defend and other Urban and modern facility provided by city authority or other service providers
Cities life is full of Hustle and bustle noise and activity but it is also full of excitement and variety.Of course,City life has certain drawbacks.But the opportunities and amenities,charms & attractions invite us to live in a city.
City life is a particularly appealing to young people because it of them through running and spending sources.
City life has more advantage than disadvantage also that's why city life is always charming.

Child labour & Child Exploitatin

Today i will share an article that's about child labour.
A sizeable number of growing children of poor socio economic class especially in rural areas are known to be inducted as child labour.Studies have shown that level at very young ages can have dire consequences on the child development both physical and mental.Child labourers always had lower growth and healthy status compared to their non-working counterparts,besides exposure to occupational hazard at a very young stage in their life.in 1973 the ILO passed a convention establishing 15 is the meaning of work age for most sectors while permitting light work from age 13 provided that such work is unlikely to harm child's health morals and safety or prejudice his school attendance.
They have to grind bricks and stones. They work as street hawkers. Sometimes they become pickpockets . They also work as bus conductors or labourers in small factories and polish boots. They sell nuts and chanachur. Sometimes they work in houses as male/female servants. In most cases, the masters and house wives are very harsh to them. They do not regard them human being.They suffer from malnutrition as they lack in proper food. It is the failure of the government and the society.
According to the statistic in absolute terms almost half of child labour 72.1 million in Africa,62.1 million in Asia and 10.7 million in the America 1.2 million in the arrested 5.5 million in Europe and Central Asia.In term of prevalence one in five children in Africa are in child labour,whilst prevalence in other region is between 3% and 7%, 2.9% in the Arab States 1 in 35 children,4.1% in Europe and Central Asia 1 in 25,5.3% in the America's 1 in 19 and 7.4 % in asia-pacific region 1 in 14.
Hazardous child labour is most prevalent among the 15 to 17 years old.Nevertheless up to fourth of all ages child labour (19 million) is done by children less than 12 years old.
Children in domestic service are the most invisible child labourers, their work is performed within individual homes remove from public scrutiny and their condition of live and Labour are entirely dependent on the homes of their employer the number of children involved in domestic service around the world is unquantifiable because of the head and nature of the work but it's certainly runs into million into the fourth child labour is present in all vision x of economic for the most part there is neither official data on the incidence of forced labour not a wide spread awareness among society and a large that force liver is a problem.

**Causes of child labour**
There are several causes of child Labour and they are more complex and context specific. However, more important reasons may be in identified as under, generally, poverty and vulnerability sometimes necessitate children earring income, low-quality education, Social and cultural traditions, children’s own desire.
Child exploited in domestic services generally paid little or nothing over and above food and lodging.In addition children in domestic services specialist are susceptible to physical and psychological harm.Many are forced to undertake class that are completely inappropriate for their age and physical strength so it affects on their my mental health also.
**Statistics of Bangladesh**
Several surveys have also made attempts to assess the extent of child labour inBangladesh. According to ILO, 30% of Bangladesh’s children are economically active,suggesting a figure of 11-12 million working children out of its 38.5 million children. Butaccording to the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association(BGMEA), there are about 31.7 million children between the ages 5 and 14 in Bangladesh,of whom about 13.7 million receive education . The remaining 18 million do not go to school.

Child Abuse

I shared lots of photography based articles in this platform but Today i will try to discuss about Child abuse.
**May be you know that,in Bangladesh, Samiul islam Razon,a 13 years old boy was mercilessly beaten to death on 8th July this year.Some people hit the helpless boy with iron stick in the head,hands,feet, shoulders.This incident took place in Kumargaon,Sylhet.Someone videoded this brutality & shared in social media.**
A large number of children are deprived of their basic human rights due to unacceptable health, nutrition and education as well as social conditions. Apart from this, children are suffering physical and mental violence at homes, educational institutions, work places and even at public places. The nature and level of violence against children is increasing little by little.
According to defination of WHO Child abuse & child maltreatment means-''All forms of physical or emotional ill-treatment,neglect or negligent treatment or commercial or other exploitation resulting in actual or potential harm to the child health,survival,development or dignity in the context of a relationship of responsibility, trust or power''
These health problems include all the types of abuse & neglect under the age of eighteen years by a parent,caretaker or any other person in a custodial role (such as teacher or coach) that result in harm to the children.
Rates of child abuses are 5 times higher for children in families with low socio-economic status.Children living in poverty experience more abuse & neglect.
Poor families sent their children to work at a very young age as domestic workers, factory workers or beggars. Children of poor socio economic status, unemployed parents, young single parents and children having parental conflicts are usually at risk of being the victims of abuse and neglect. If one child in the family is being abused, it is likely that other children are also being treated the same way. In most cases parents and other care givers such as relatives, babysitters and foster parents are often the perpetrators. They either physically abuse their children or severely neglect them in providing their basic needs of food, safe shelter, education and also love, affection and compassion.
The early experience of child abuse can trigger changes in child’s behavior including discipline problems, insomnia, nightmares, anxiety, depression etc. This also causes problem with mental development of a child which interrupt his feelings, empathy, sympathy, reasoning, rational thinking and benevolence.
**Four types of child abuse and neglect**:
1.**Physical abuse**:It’s the intentional use of physical force that can result in physical harm.Example: Hitting,Kicking,shaking,Burning.
2.**Emotional abuse**- It refers to behaviours that harm a child's self worth or emotional well being.Example: Shaming,Threatenin, withholding love etc.
3.**Neglect**- it’s failure to meet a child basic physical & emotional needs(housing,clothing, education & medical access)
4.**Sexual abuse** - It involves forcing a child to engage in a sexual act.
Child abuse & neglect are common.At least 1 in 7 children have experienced child abuse or neglect past year, according to a study.The consequences of physical battering - stunning of growth,emotional retardation,mental retardation, blindness, death.
Some contributory factors of child abuse are-
Poverty,alcohol & other drugs abuse,loneliness,immaturity,family related problem etc.
Although poverty & rapid urbanization are major contributing factors to the problem many claim that physical or mental abuse were the reason to leave their homes.
**Adverse effects of child abus**e
-Adverse childhood experience
-Mental retardation
-Social,emotional impairment
-Adoption of health risk behaviours
-Disease, Disabilities
-Early death
**How can we prevent the child abuse from our society-**
1.We can ensure economical support to their family by organizing any funds.
2.To provide proper quality care.
3.To provide all the fundamental rights.
4.Enhance parenting skills to promote healthy child development
5.Child protection
6.Change social norms to support parents & positive parenting.
In Bangladesh, juvenile offenders are frequently mistreated while in custody. What’s more, there are juvenile courts, but often children are sentenced by an ordinary court. Likewise, detention centers for juvenile offenders have been developed, but children are usually imprisoned with adults.
The police are also known for their use of force, even towards juvenile offenders.
In Bangladesh, corporal punishment and degrading treatments are the norm because they are allowed by law and society.In fact, some children less than 15 years old have been sentenced to life in prison and others, less than 18, have been sentenced to death.
The committee of the Rights of the Child is very concerned about these sentences and recommends that the State forbid the death penalty or life in prison for youth, that it raise the age of criminal liability to 12.
Hope,one day we can prevent this cruelty from our society.

It’s the time when sun goes down & night goes to begin.During this sunset times,nature assumes bright,more gorgeous or colorful & charming.The sun seems to be a disk of gold or sometimes you can see different variations of color in the sky.
That's why,whenever the sky looks so colorful or gorgeous,i don't wait to capture the wondetful sceneries.I really enjoy sunset views.How beautiful it is!

In my Country(Bangladesh),it’s called "White Flower".Its scientific name is Tabernaemontana.It is a genus of flowering plants in the family Apocynaceae. It has a pan-tropical distribution.It generally native in Asia, Africa, Australia, North America, South America, and a wide assortment of oceanic islands.These plants are evergreen shrubs.Small plants growing to 10 to 15mm tall.Leaves are opposite. The flowers are less fragrance & white.It’s really so beautiful.
I like flowers photography.Flowers are the symbol of beauty.If we could see the miracle of a single flower clearly our whole life would change. Flowers are a proud assertion that a ray of beauty out values all the utilities in the world.The beauty & sweet smell of flowers make me joily.

Today i will share some of my photography about a Kingfisher.
How will you deny the beauty of nature? Birds,flowers,mountain, waterfall etc are wonderful creation of God.Birds are vertebrate animals.Many can also run, jump, swim, and dive.There are many kinds of birds.They are different in color & different in sizes.
Common kingfisher is the most colorful birds.It has beautiful brilliant plumage.Though it has extraordinary colors, sometimes it is difficult to see when it is in dappled shade.It's colors are also not very obvious in flight. Furthermore, its shy nature means that it is not often seen. Its upperparts are bright blue and its underparts a rich chestnut-red.In my country(Bangladesh),It's called '*Machranga*'.They are found in the tropical regions of Africa, Asia, and Oceania. Their family contains 114 species.They have have large heads, long, sharp, pointed bills, short legs, and stubby tails.While kingfishers are usually thought to live near rivers and eat fish, many species live away from water and eat small invertebrates.They are different in color & sizes.
I don’t have any good camera or macro lece to do wildlife photograph.But i like wildlife photography that's why i try to do it by my camera.However guys, let's take a look.

Love is like a beautiful flowers which i may not touch but whose fragnance make the garden a place of delight just the same - **Helen Keller**
Scientific name of Sandhyamalati is *Mirabilis jalapa*.In English,it's called (Mervel of peru,four o'clock).Perhaps,this flower spread from peru to other countries.It’s the medicine herb of the genus Mirabilis of the family Nyctaginaceae.The flowers usually open from late afternoon or at dusk (namely between 4 and 8 o'clock), giving rise to one of its common names. Flowers then produce a strong, sweet-smelling fragrance throughout the night, then close for good in the morning.
In Bangladesh, it’s also known as Sandhyamoni,krishnakoli.It's used for home decors.They are different in color.The flowers are used for food colouring.In herbal medicine,It may be used as Diuretic,purgative & wound healing.Leaves are used to reduce inflamation.

A cloudy day or a little sunshine always is blessing for us.How beautiful the nature is! Sometimes sun shine behind the clouds.I really enjoy the beauty of nature.If you feel bore, go outside,sit down under the cloudy sky & see how does cloud fly. I am sure,you really enjoy it.
You can't make a cloudy day a sunny day, but can embrace it and decide it's going to be a good day after all.

Mother's letter from old age home
Oh my son,take love & care.Are you fine?What’s about your wife & children?I can still remember your face but i don't see you for long time.I am in so much trouble here.My chest broke in pain.I don't know how you feel for me.But as a child you understood nothing but me.
If i had ever been out of your sight,you would have cried out for me.You don't go to anyone’s lap except your mother.You wouldn't sleep if i didn’t put my hand on your head at night.You scared at night sometimes.Did you scare now? When you cried,my hand erase your tears.
I smiled a lot when you smiled.I don't know, now who care about you like me?
Oh,my children,can you remember the night?When you were suffering severe fever,your father took you to the general hospital by walking about 2 miles.
Your father was a poor farmer & worked hard for running the family.He wanted you would be an educative person.
At the age of 9,you fell from a tree & got pain in your knee.He sold the oxen & treated you.You could not stay without seeing him.
He died 2 years ago.May be you don't know that.Oh,dear son,i have one whim to you.My grave will just side your father's grave.
I am proud of you my son.You fulfiled your father's dream.You are educative person now.You have lots of money & friends.May be you forget these days & your mother.Oh,dear i can't forget you.
I talked a lot may be you are upsetting now.I have no complaints against you.I will have what is written on my forehead.Make my grandchildren more educative & wise than you.
I pray that you don't have to be like me.I am eagerly waiting to see your moon face.

You know that,Bangladesh is a riverine country.There are many rivers such as Padma,Meghna,Jamuna,Karnaphuli etc.Karnaphuli river has strongest flow of water.Today i will share some of my photography about Karnaphuli River.
Karnaphuli is a 667-metre (2,188 ft) wide, and the largest and most important river in Chittagong and the Chittagong Hill Tracts. Comes from the Saitah village of Mamit district in Mizoram, India. Chittagong is situated on the banks of the Karnaphuli River between the Chittagong Hill Tracts and the Bay of Bengal.

Today i will share some of my photography about Magpie.
**Magpie-robin**, any of eight species of chat-thrushes found in southern Asia.It belongs to the family Muscicapidae in the order passiriformes. Some authorities place these birds in the family Turdidae. They are 18 to 28 cm (7 to 11 inches) long, with pied plumage and tails—small replicas of magpies. The uptilted tail is frequently lowered and fanned. Magpie-robins hunt insects on the ground and are exceptionally fine singers.
It's called "**Doyel**" in Bangladesh.It’s our national Bird.There are many species of Magpies in different countries.I like Taiwan Blue Magpie most.
I don’t have valuable camera or any macro lens to do wildlife photography.But i tried to capture bird sometimes by my camera.However,guys let's take a look.

In art, people often use sunrises and sunsets to depict life and death. As the sun slowly creeps up the horizon, we are reminded of new life sprouting out of fresh ground. Sure, the sun is actually right there. It only seems like it appears in the morning and goes away at night because of how the world rotates on its axis.
Whenever the sky looks beautiful or gorgeous i don't wait to take photos.All these photos were captured in front of my house.I am quite lucky,i can see surise & sunset everyday when i wake up & when i return to my home.However guyz,let's take a look.

Hello guyz,i am fine.Hope you are also fine in this pandemic situation by the grace of Almighty.
Today i will share some of my photography about Hoppers.
Hopper belongs to the genus ***Epiprocata***, which belongs to the genus ***Odonata***, more precisely an insect of the infraorder anisoptera. The hopper is characterized by large compound eyes, two pairs of strong and transparent wings and elongated body. When sitting, their wings are horizontal and at right angles to the body. Although they have six legs like grasshoppers, they cannot walk, their legs are thorny and suitable for sitting on stalks. The hopper's head is small and can be rotated at will.
The small hopper has a very ancient history.Hoppers have been flying in the sky long before the dinosaurs walked on the earth. Hoppers have lived on Earth for over 300 million years.Going back to the Carboniferous era, it can be seen that the ancestors of hoppers were the largest insects.They are different in color.

***Clerodendrum thomsoniae*** is a species of Flowering plant in the genus Clerodendrum of the family **Lamiacecae** It's native for tropical west Africa from Cameroon west to Senegal. It grows to 4 m (13 ft) tall.The plant was named at the request of Rev. **William Cooper Thomson** a missionary and physician in Nigeria, in honor of his late first wife.
It's also known as glorybower or tropical bleeding heart, Clerodendrum bleeding heart (Clerodendrum thomsoniae) is a sub-tropical vine that wraps its tendrils around a trellis or other support. Gardeners appreciate the plant for its shiny green foliage and dazzling crimson and white blooms.They are different in color.They look really beautiful.

Today i will share some of the photography about Insects (Butterflies)
Butterflies, along with the moths and the skippers, make up the insect order **Lepidoptera**. Butterfly (superfamily Papilionoidea), any of numerous species of insects belonging to multiple families. Butterflies are nearly worldwide in their distribution.
They are different in colour. The wings, bodies, and legs, like those of moths, are covered with dustlike scalea that come off when the animal is handled. Unlike moths butterflies are active during the day and are usually brightly coloured or strikingly patterned. Perhaps the most distinctive physical features of the butterfly are its club-tipped antennae and its habit of holding the wings vertically over the back when at rest

Today i will share some of my photography about a Woodpecker .
How will you deny the beauty of nature? Birds,flowers,mountain, waterfall etc are wonderful creation of God.
Birds are vertebrate animals adapted for flight.Many can also run, jump, swim, and dive. Some, like penguins, have lost the ability to fly but retained their wings. Birds are found worldwide and in all habitats. The largest is the nine-foot-tall ostrich. The smallest is the two-inch-long bee hummingbird.
**Woodpecker**, any of about 180 species of birds that constitute the subfamily **Picinae** (true woodpeckers) of the family **Picidae**.It's noted for probing for insects in tree bark and for chiseling nest holes in deadwood. Woodpeckers occur nearly worldwide, except in the region of Australia,South America and New Guinea. Most woodpeckers are resident, but a few temperate-zone species, such as the North American Yellow-bellied Sapsucker (***Sphyrapicus varius***) and the flicker (**genus** ***Colaptes***), are migratory.
Today, i see a woodpecker around my house.It's looking so beautiful.It was so far from my camera but i try to capture it. So guys,let's take a look.
