Why I rejected BCH Games Sponsorship
Since joining this site I have been intrigued by the idea of sponsorships, and so far I have gotten a few, which I am very happy with. However, recently BCH.Games has been giving out a ton of sponsorships, and I found myself in a surprising situation when they offered me one. I found myself questioning whether I should accept it or not. The amount of money was very small, but I've accepted less money without a second thought. So what was different? About a year ago I started gambling, and I lost a small, but not insignificant, amount of money. I wouldn't say I ever got fully addicted, but I started to go to online gambling sites when I should have been doing other things. Eventually I realized I needed to stop before it got any worse. Due to this experience I have decided that I really do not want to promote gambling to others. To be clear, I know their site provides a faucet, in fact I used it, but it is clearly essentially the same as gambling. I *do not* object to them doing this. I believe in personal choice, and I am not saying they are bad people for setting up this site. However, I am personally not comfortable promoting it, having used it. I also see their sponsorship all over the site. It's smart marketing, but I feel like it is getting annoying to people.

Nice to read your articles but some points are confusing me ...I also get some upvotes from @BCH.games that develops interest in me and then I’m going to try this one but i like it..Some times promotions are beneficial for us and sometimes these are seem to be annoying..By the way thanks for sharing such an interesting article and also for your opinion
I'm glad you found it interesting! I found their project interesting, and a unique way to use BCH, but it just didn't seem like a good idea to advertise it...

Thats the best advice one can give to anyone. You just get small portion what people can loose. Gambling is addictive and if we dont manage to control our emotions and work for such advertisers, users subscribed to our content can really get addicted to gambling..

A very good perspective to avoid addiction especially in gambling, yeah gambling is a chance but for me gambling is just a pass time not a business if you are a player of those gambling. You are right because gambling makes people addicted and can lose all of his money and properties. For me, the business of gambling gains more money than the players. By the way I am not against gambling I enjoy it as a passtime but not a chance to make rich.
Nice article.. Gambling is a matter of choice... I think those very rich people that can't think anymore of how they will spend their money is just fine with them. I don't gamble or have tried even a single one. But we can still make money with this online gaming like online casino by not participating of playing. I completely understand your position. Being one of the lucky who have no attraction to gambling, I cant relate myself. But I've seen several people lives being affected or ruined because of gambling. Online gambling just made gambling better but worse at the same time for vulnerable people. Its an important point not often stated Id say. I'm glad I've read this and will think in the future about what I support and share. Thanks for sharing!
I agree, and for those who want to gamble I don't judge them on a personal level. That is their choice. However, based on my experience I just don't want to personally support it. I'm glad you found the article interesting!
Well I also got a sponsorship from bch games but I didn't know that I have to promote their site in exchange for the sponsorship 😅
It is true that you don't have to write anything positive about them, look at the sponsorship window that shows up at the bottom of your posts. If you click on their logo it takes you to their site. So with their sponsorship every sponsorship box on your articles links to their page for anyone who clicks on their logo.
Oh really,. I nrver knew of this ..... I just accepted it yesterday....i dont really know i was given but i accepted... Am not in suppoet if gambling too.... Had it been i know i wouldn't have accepted...

I don't like bch.games one bit. I deposited some bch with them and played their games and lost all my deposit quite unfortunately. But I also discovered that their games are not provably fair; their algorithm is skewed against players to make sure they lose everytime.
How do I remove sponsorships? Instead of playing with it, I better donate to this site. Btw, I seem to have seen you on the Minds social site or maybe i wrong person

I understand your sentiments. I never knew that those who are sponsored by them have to advertise the site. I mean I've also used the site one time but stopped since I don't like gambling. Let's just respect other users' point of view in this.

There is nothing bad promoting gambling, but for moral and religious reasons some people feel uncomfortable with it. However, gamblers are not forced it is choice; so I don't see any reason why BCH.games shouldn't be promoted as it will have direct positive impact on BCH's popularity. Thanks.

Indeed gambling is misleading, getting sponsorship from gambling is tantamount to getting paid for that person's losing money feels bad.
