Human rights - new community
What are the Human rights? **Human rights** are the fundamental rights of every person, acquired by birth, inalienable and indivisible, inherent in all human beings, regardless of nationality, residence, sex, national or ethnic origin, skin color, religion, language, or any other status. Human rights are the **basic rights** and **freedoms** that belong to every person in the world, from birth until death.
They apply regardless of where you are from, what you believe or how you choose to live your life. They can never be taken away, although they can sometimes be restricted – for example if a person breaks the law, or in the interests of national security. These basic rights are based on shared values like **dignity, fairness, equality, respect and independence.** **The Universal Declaration of Human Rights** These values of human rights are defined and protected by law. The **Universal Declaration of Human Rights** is a milestone document in the history of human rights. Drafted by representatives with different legal and cultural backgrounds from all regions of the world, the Declaration was proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly in Paris on 10 December 1948. as a common standard of achievements for all peoples and all nations. It sets out, for the first time, fundamental human rights to be universally protected. **Article 1** of Universal Declaration of Human Rights says: **All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.**
You can read more on official website of United Nations. **How do human rights help you?** Human rights are relevant to all of us, not just those who face repression or mistreatment. They protect you in many areas of your day-to-day life, including: your right to live your right to freedom your right to have and express your own opinions your right to an education your right to health care your right to a private and family life your right not to be mistreated or wrongly punished by the state or other person your right not to be victim of various crimes much more...
Although human rights are guaranteed by law, we often find many cases of human rights violations and disrespect. This happens in both developed and less developed countries. Everyone's basic human rights can be endangered, and the most common victims are women, children, ethnic and racial minorities, people of non-heterosexual orientation, the poor, people from poor countries. Disregard and violations of human rights is a huge injustice that happens both locally and globally. Human lives, human freedom, dignity, and equality are violated. This is an injustice and a crime that must not happen. That is why **I stand for equality and respect for every human being on planet earth.** **I am a human rights activist, educator and fighter**. In order to better inform and educate the entire community at @Read.Cash about human rights, I founded a **new community**: Human rights. https://read.cash/c/human-rights-94ca I invite you to **join** and **publish your articles** in this community. Great post! A wonderful idea for a community of which I will become a member immediately. The pleasure is mine! Everyone has the right to life, to work, to health, to love, to family. We are all just guests on this planet. Whether we agree or not, sooner or later we will understand the point of 'guest'.

Are there situations in which human rights violations are justified? There are! In situations where a person has committed a particular criminal offense, the court must decide how to punish that person. Punishment mostly involves a violation of a particular human right. For example, going to prison violates the human right to freedom of movement. However, even in these situations, other human rights are sought to be met, at least in some states.
If a person breaks the law, he will be punished by the low. For example, he goes to prison. In this way, he is deprived of his human right to freedom of movement. However, in prison he will have the right to food, water, health care, etc.
bravoooo za odličan članak.....ti bi mogla bit i novinarka ....meni se i ne da toliko razmišljat,nešto vidim na netu i malo pobrskam tamo vamo i nalepim post hahah....ja to na brzake.
Thanks for the compliment. I am not a journalist by profession, but I have little experience in writing texts. In a way, we are all journalists here and we write articles that make up an rc blog.
That's a great observation. Our rights end where the rights of another person begin. No one's rights can jeopardize the rights of others. No one should have the privilege.
Thank you for your support. Together we can improve the world. We need to educate all people about their rights and fight against people who want to hurt other people or their rights. Help me on this mission
Due to the resulting pandemic, a state of emergency was imposed. When a state of emergency is declared, the law says some human rights may be restricted. Almost the whole world had a lock down, which is a restriction of freedom of movement. However, in this case, the reason is justified.
