We all know these past few days we all experience stress and/or anxiety because of the pandemic, Covid19 and the lockdown. No social gatherings, no meeting with friends or family, even going outside is not allowed due to the Covid19.
Some people gets stress, anxious and depressed due to limited activities. We can determine if we're stress, and anxious but in depression we have a lot of things and talk before we diagnose ourselves as a depressed person.

Its better how we know to relieve the stress in our body to prevent some diseases. Stress can make our body feel fatigue, it can lead to stroke, and some breakdowns.
I hope you guys are doing well. Dont stress yourselves like me π I can handle mine but I sometimes I cant π but I always try to handle it to prevent something.
