If you're tired of standard burgers, though I doubt they are if you're a carnivore. Of course, you can prepare chicken burgers when you want a little change, or if you want to avoid fattier meats, but not that sense of joy that a single burger can provide. 🙂
The burger is really very practical, with a few attachments and a bun you'll get the perfect meal. Even if we make that meal to serve us, by being rich in nutrients, we did the right thing. If you want a nutritionally rich meal then eat a salad with a burger, and if you opt for a bun prepare your own integral.
I rarely consume meat, but if I have to choose, it's the chicken. It tastes neutral, it doesn't bother my stomach because it's kind of easy to digest, it combines well and I can prepare it in a lot of ways. One way is chicken burgers, which are really simple.
You can experiment there a lot, or you can stick to proven recipes. I offer you a few below. 🙂
Basic recipe
Required ingredients:
500 grams of chicken white meat
1 egg
5 tablespoons too cold
2 cloves garlic
Salt, pepper, parsley, and fennel and to taste
Preparation process:
In a blender or shredding, or in a stick mixer, insert all the above ingredients and grind so that the mixture is compact. You should be able to easily format burgers from it.
If you don't have any of the above appliances, then use the grinding machine, then add the other ingredients (just finely chop the garlic) and stir well.
Fry the shaped burgers in cold-squeezed oil, butter, or grease, on both sides to finely blush. If you want to avoid extra fat, bake in the oven on baking paper at 180 degrees, also to blush nicely.
The burgers in the oven are, to my taste, a little drier than the ones in the pan, and if you fry on the right fat, there are no worries about excess calories. Sure, I often bake in the oven when I don't want to dirty the dishes, it's a lot cleaner this way.
Chicken patties with zucchini
Required ingredients:
1 smallish
200 grams of chicken white meat
1 egg
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons parsley
Salt, pepper, fennel, parsley, or spices to taste
Preparation process:
Peel the gourd and grate it on a large grated, salt a little, and leave to release the juice.
Mix the chicken white meat with other ingredients, that is, egg, onion, ice cream, and spices, then use a blender or shredder to make a compact mixture.
Now drain the zucchini from the excess water, then add them to the chicken mixture. Stir well with a spoon, then shape the burgers. Fry in a frying pan on the right fat, or bake in the oven. When they blush nicely, they're done.
Chicken burgers with mushrooms
Required ingredients:
400 grams of chicken white meat
200 grams of champignons
1 clove of onion
Salt, pepper, and spices to taste
Preparation process:
You also need to put all the ingredients in a blender and bleach so that a compact mixture is made, from which you can easily shape the burgers. It is not necessary to fry the mushrooms first, as it will later be fried along with the meat, don't worry.
So, fry the shaped burgers in a frying pan or bake in the oven. They're done when they blush nicely.
Stuffed chicken burgers
Required ingredients:
500 grams of chicken white meat
1 egg
5 tablespoons too cold
2 cloves garlic
Salt, pepper, parsley, and fennel and to taste
Cheese, hard or feta cheese, mozzarella, sucantomesnato, vegetables...
Preparation process:
We'll get a basic recipe, refill it, and that way we'll get a delicious meal.
So, do the burgers according to the procedure from the first recipe – all the ingredients in the blender, and shape. Or grind the meat on a machine gun and add the rest of the ingredients and stir well, to make a balanced mixture, from which you can easily make burgers.
As for the charging itself, you can really use whatever you like or have at hand. Typically, cheese or sufficing is used to enhance the flavor and make the filling feel. The cheese stretches nicely while the burger is warm.
I still like to fill feta or cream cheese, but also vegetables. Vegetables I usually choose some green – spinach, blitz, but also carrots, tomatoes...
Whatever you choose, place in the middle of the patty, then close nicely so the filling stays inside. Fry in a frying pan or bake in the oven to finely brown, and they're ready!
In fact i got tried of eating the same burger was very happy with your recipe
