Good morning everyone.. I'm here again..
Just want to share some tips how to have a GREAT, HEALTHY LOOKING HAIR..
Tip no.1- Just the tips.
Frequent trims can improve ypur hair health. Timming gets rid of split ends.
Tip no.2- Keep your roots clear
Infrequent hair washing leads to product and oil build-up.
Maintain a healthy scalp environment with gentle yet effective shampoos that allow better hair growth and nutrient absorption from tropicals.
Regularly using the correct conditioner for your hair type will go a long way in boosting your hair health.
Tip no.3
Most of us think about hair from the external point of view only. The truth is that your hair is rooted in the skin.
The hair root derives nourishment from inside your body. Therefore, putting the right nutrients inside your body will lead to visible results on the outside.
Tip no.3b- Kick the habit
Quit smoking. If lung cancer isn't reason enough to kick the habit, maybe having better- looking hair will be.
Tip no.4- Turn down the heat to turn up the volume
One of the greatest adversaries to health hair is heat.
Whether from hot showers, curling irons, blow dryers, saunas, or the sun's rays; heat can ruin your hair.
Tip no.5- In your sleep
Cotton sheets are all the rage, but cotton is harsher on your hair.
A silk pillowcase is gentler and won't break or tug at your hair while sleeping.
Silk pillowcases also won't absorb away the natural oils that keep your hair healthy as much as cotton ones do.
Tip no.6- Take care, brush your hair
Don't brush soaking wet hair because it has expanded by up to 30% making it more susceptible to knots and damage.
Only brush your hair when it's mostly dry and start from the ends, working your way up to the root.
Tip no.7- Beam me up
Tip no.8- Get your head examined
If you're not pleased with your hair, the only way you can conclude with certainty which solution will work for you is to have an expert inspect what's happening on the follicular level.
Tip no.9- Hang loose
Tight hairstyles can harm your hair, or worse.
Tip no.10- Rub me the right way
Use a Hydrating Shampoo Twice a Week (But Not a Combined Shampoo-Conditioner) ... Use a Standalone Conditioner Daily.
