Do you feel you are not motivated to do anything, feels empty, and tends to have no direction?

Feels so bad and mind so full but hard to decipher. You also experience confusion and don't understand how to get out of that uncomfortable zone.

Actually this is the problem of a million people. There are also many people around me who are or have experienced this situation. That is "lost spirit."

  5. Set a Deadline

    Your life is your rule. Only you can control everything. Force yourself to obey boundaries.

    Set a deadline for when you can still relax and also set at what time you have to move.

    Yes, you can set an alarm as a solution, or count down loudly and then move on. You can choose any method based on your convenience.

  6. Reward and Punishment

    Yup! This method will also take care of your spirit. Love yourself and treat yourself well. Reward when you succeed in overcoming negativity and punish when you break a target or commitment
