Never Beg someone to be in your life. If you love and your emotions are getting ignored learn to walk away. You’re worth is more than what you think it is. Try to be with someone who is proud of you, someone who is there to support you and your goals. Someone who knows your worth, someone who will treasure your kindness, someone who admires you for being genuine. Someone who’s there through thick and thin with no regrets. Because that’s what you deserve. That’s what your heart desires. That’s what your life needs. Never forget who you are and Never forget your worth.

"Beginning today, I am responsible for my own happiness and I will do things that make me happy . . . admire the beautiful wonders of nature, listen to my favourite music, pet a kitten or a puppy, soak in a bubble bath . . . Pleasure can be found in the most simple of gestures. Beginning today, I will learn something new; I will try something different; I will savour all the various flavors life has to offer me. I will change what I can and the rest I will let go. I will strive to become the best me I can possibly be. Beginning today. And every day." 🧡

What are you thankful for? See, it even happens to me. The last couple of months have been a bit stressful because I have lost focus on the abundance in my life. Been dragged through some events that have occupied my mind way too much. Diverted most of my attention to lacking or crushed expectations. Then in a split moment I reminded myself of all the abundance that was in my life. Being back home with family that I have missed. Huge special surprises that absolutely made the highlight of my year by far. Sharing meals with loved ones. I am truly blessed. All of us get distracted from the abundance from time to time. And if we don’t catch ourselves and return to the acknowledgment of our own abundances, we can get trapped in a catabolic downward spiral. It all has to do with where your focus is. What quality of thoughts are you having. Are you acknowledging the abundance or the lacking? With today being a special day, my focus will be on thankfulness. Even if you don’t observe this holiday, take some time today and see the things in your life to be thankful for. Focus on them. Build the realization of abundance surrounding you all the time. There is always something to be thankful for. See how that focus and those thoughts begin to make you feel. I hope all the greatness and love of living finds it way into your thoughts today. Everyday. We all deserve to be happy. And that starts within you by being grateful for all you have. Be thankful. Be happy. #thankful #happiness #energy #thoughts #gratitude

Sometimes, all you have to do is to believe that one day, all the sadness in your heart will disappear. I want you to know that it's okay not to be a fighter sometimes. You don't have to be strong all the time. When nothing seems to give you reasons to be positive in life, you just have to go with the flow and stay alive. I don't know where you came from, and I don't know what you've been through in life. But I know you're one of those sad souls who wishes to be saved. It's okay, you don't always have to push yourself to be fine. I want you to know that it's okay to be sad. It's okay to be tired. It's okay to feel hopeless sometimes. But please don't give up on yourself especially when nobody’s there to save you. Promise yourself that no matter how hard it is, you'll always choose to live. Maybe it's hard to be okay right now, but I hope someday you find happiness and peace despite of all that you've been through. All the sadness and pain that you feel right now will be gone someday. Not because it is what most people say, but because you're a good person and you don't deserve it.

@Aalia

Focus on yourself, please. Don't let your wolrd revolve around someone else because people are temporary. Do your own things, have your own likes. Don't do things for them. Do things for you. Don't stick around waiting for them, don't give up your all for them because i guarantee you they will leave, please. Live for yourself. 🦋

@Aalia

It's been so long since the last time I visited myself, my mind, my heart, and the dreams I built over the years. It's been a while since I said 'hello' to the person that I used to be. I keep forgetting about the smiles I loved to wear. I keep forgetting about the blue sky, how it looked during the summertime. I have accidentally thrown unto my unconscious the reasons why on May afternoons I had this desire to collect different kinds of flowers, why I loved writing on a petal. Perhaps, it wasn't accidental at all, I simply intended to forget. Because no matter how I question myself, I don't know the answer. I don't remember anything. I don't remember how I ended up in this state of despair. My mind could only create a vision of nameless memories. What is happiness, and why should I be happy? I don't understand a bit of myself. I try to collect reasons, but from time to time, I merely keep becoming a failure. Ah! I only remember one thing, the fear I've been hiding in my chest to keep myself sane. I have always believed that it's scary to go to places where it absolutely hurt. So, I don't go there at all. I'm fine with it. It's not that those things that I want to remember about my past are entirely awful, those are childhood experiences where I started knowing what happiness was. But I guess it's true that the most joyful moments are the most painful ones. I'd rather throw them away to spare 'me' from further damage. So, maybe, that's why. I have gotten used to ignoring the little joys of life. And you know what? It doesn't feel good to exist without a past. To wonder about things that you will never be able to give a name to anymore. What is this person that I have just become? Who is this? Who am I? Along with those good memories, the rest of my being is totally gone. I thought the dismissal of this inner child in me would finally save me from any chaos that this world has yet to offer. I thought it did free me from pain. That's such a big no. Because what about the bad memories? Several of them are so fatal that they wounded me, and left scars in every corner of my body, and these will forever haunt me. I'd say I don't remember what those are but the feelings of helplessness and the urge to die are so familiar and they suffocate me every time. But I haven't learned how to face my past. I only learned how to run away and make excuses. How will I heal if my past is blurry when people say the first big step to healing is having the courage to think of where I've been, to recognize the emotions that have grown within? How will I begin to acknowledge myself when I don't even know how to describe how I feel? That's why there seems no end to this inner struggle. I am afraid to talk about the pain, I let them go with me laughing at myself. So when people ask me how I am, I try to brush off my emotions. I'm fine. The next second, I get frustrated because, in reality, I am not. I just don't know how to translate them into a language that's easier to understand. On one hand, if I don't talk at all, that's because I have already overlooked the anguish and all I want is to chuckle at how miserable I have become. It feels empty inside. When I can't find anything there, I seem to act so skin-deep because it's awkward for me to show my sorrow for I haven't learned how to grieve. On the other hand, if I tell anyone every detail of my grief, that's because I have finally found the courage to go beyond it.

Why do some people always feel happy? The joy in life comes from how we feel about it. When we are grateful, we see and appreciate what we have in life, so we feel blissful even with the little we have. Most people are discontent with their lives because they always see what they lack. With this attitude, they feel inadequate and see inadequacy even in the people around them. Being grateful, we feel content with our lives and those around us. Be grateful for the life you have. Aim to improve, but don't disregard what life has given you. After all, joy does not come from having more but from appreciating more. #gratefull #thankyou #appreciate #happiness #joyful

"Whenever you find yourself doubting how far you can go, just remember how far you have come. Remember everything you have faced, all the battles you have won, and all the fears you have overcome." - N.R. Walker “The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own. No apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on, or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.” - Bob Moawad Your life is in your hands. It is in your power-FULL or power-LESS mindset. It is in your actions. It is in your ability to learn from mistakes and keep going no matter what anybody says about you and what you did or do. That's how "the impossible" dreams become reality. Believe in yourself. Is hard work required to achieve success? Working hard means you are willing to put effort into achieving your goals. You are willing to fulfil the roles and responsibilities that come along with it. One of the reasons why many people feel disappointed is that they want to see the results but are hesitant to put in the effort. They look for easy ways to achieve success. We need to remember that success comes with sincere effort. If the effort is not wholehearted, we cannot expect extraordinary results. Never be afraid of putting in the effort. No matter what you have achieved, if you want to achieve more, you need to work for it. After all, when we earn with honesty and hard work is always long-lasting. #success #effort #hardwork #tryharder

@Aalia

People may know what you've done, but only a few know what you've been through, they may know where you are, only a few know where you came from, they may see your smile, only a few know your pain, they may see your scars, only a few know what stories they tell. Everyone is going through something you know nothing of, it's easy to look at them and make quick judgments and give opinions on something you don't understand. If you can't make someone smile, at least don't make them cry, if you can't help them to be strong, at least don't be the reason they are weak, if you can't heal their pain, at least don't break their heart, everyone is going through something you know nothing of, if you can be anything, always be kind.

"Beginning today, I will take a moment to step off the beaten path and to revel in the mysteries I encounter. I will face challenges with courage and determination. I will overcome what barriers there may be which hinder my quest for growth and self-improvement. Beginning today, I will take life one day at a time, one step at a time. Discouragement will not be allowed to taint my positive self-image, my desire to succeed or my capacity to love."

What’s holding you back? It’s easy to just say “I hold myself back in life”. And usually that’s a good place to start. The responsibility of acknowledging you truly are the one that holds yourself back. But what is it about you that holds you back? The two major examples that I experience working with others is the same thing usually for me too. The inability to accept new ideas and information at times and to let go of the things that I have no influence over and weight me down. We have to be willing to accept new information to be able to grow. It’s nice to have habits or routines if they help us be successful. But the growth is limited if we always stay in the same place. But the biggest conflict in growth is the things we hold on to that absolutely stifle our advancement. We hold onto so much weight when we don’t necessarily have to. Especially those things that will never change or we have absolutely no influence on. Sometimes it is even just the catabolic energy from an experience we hold on to that literally drains us and restricts us from any real growth. Be willing to learn. To accept new ideas and information to allow the knowledge to grow within you. But just as importantly, acknowledge what unnecessary weights you are carrying. If you cannot change it, let it go. You don’t have to carry it no more. Don’t keep draining yourself. Choose the thrive in life. Learn and let go. It’s in your power.

BEGINNING TODAY "Beginning today, I will look in the mirror and I will see a person worthy of my respect and admiration. This capable person looking back at me is someone I enjoy spending time with and someone I would like to get to know better. Beginning today, I will cherish each moment of my life. I value this gift bestowed upon me in this world and I will unselfishly share this gift with others. I will use this gift to enhance the lives of others." *** I wish men will read this too and know however the image displays a woman, the message speaks clearly, lovingly to them too. To men and women of all ages

@Aalia

Your purpose in this life isn't tied to some goal you have for a future achievement....Maybe read that again! Try not to equate your purpose with a goal that you one day hope to achieve. Your purpose is in this moment. It's in how you love and care for others. It's in the quality time you spend with loved ones and on yourself. A goal for the future or a plan to learn something new so you can do something else is awesome, but don't forget the most important things are what you're doing or not doing right now.

@Aalia

We see in the world what we carry in our heart, we see it as WE ARE. What we choose to see, creates the world we see. "The world exists as YOU perceive it. It is not what you see, it is how YOU see it. It is not what you hear, but how YOU hear it. It is not what you feel, but how YOU feel it." -Rumi We can change our thoughts and it will change our experiences and our reality. We can allow ourselves to be and have anything we want. It is our birthright to have an abundant life. We all deserve that. “There is one grand lie - that we are limited. The only limits we have are the limits we believe.”- Wayne W. Dyer “We often settle for what’s available and what’s available isn’t always great. You are destined to achieve greatness!”- Farshad Asl How to follow your dreams in 5 simple steps 1. Decide what you want. Make sure your dream will also benefit others. 2. Find someone who already does what you want to do and talk to them. 3. Create large and small goals and track your progress to keep you motivated. 4. Celebrate each win, big or small. 5. Don't take no for an answer. Find ways to progress and keep going! Have a super powerful Evening! ❤

forgive yourself for those failures that cage the genuineness you once had. you shouldn't dwell yourself in things that shattered you—that sometimes, it makes you forget how to live with those lining wings as well as the desire to grow and heal, by the thought of you're wounded by yourself. let yourself teach you, how to step your footprints onward out of the line beneath those smallest fragments that cause you to bleed, as well as, may refuge be your pillow, at times you long for something to cry on. it is yourself who will comfort you through taming the bashing waves within you, to enhold it while lossing the things that makes you forbid about doing things you suppose to do. forgive it, you are not necessary to be mad in yourself, or to plant wrant inside your heart. you deserve the forgiveness, the peace that will make you realize, that it's way better to let things go. the love that you want to hold for, won't be yours if you'll forget how to forgive yourself. it's not your fault, to make some mistakes, whereas that error you commit is the only proof that you are trying and that makes you human. don't be ashamed, for committing failure, it's part of your life, and you shouldn't fill your heart with resentment and regrets. you deserve to be one of the clouds that someone will look up in the sky, so, free yourself through starting to forgive it and plant the fruit of happiness.

Everyone has the gift of time, but only a few really utilize it. Our time is our life. “Until you value yourself, you won't value your time. Until you value your time, you will not do anything with it.” - M. Scott Peck "Understand the value of time. Life ends up being really short, no matter how long you live. You can recover money, you can rebuild houses, you can re-buy glassware — but you can’t get back time." - Nick Crocker Sometimes we have to accept the truth about our circumstances and stop waiting, and wasting our time on the wrong people, or wrong jobs. We have to stop doubting ourselves and start believing in our abilities, we have to start behaving AS IF it is possible for us to get what we want and eventually it becomes true. “Time is free, but it's priceless. You can't own it, but you can use it. You can't keep it, but you can spend it. Once you've lost it you can never get it back.”- Harvey MacKay Always make time for the people and things that make you feel alive and happy! Be with people who value your time. #timeisprecious #time #timeislife #selflove #selfrespect #youdeservethebest #worthy #youareworthyofyourdreams

Whether you are aspiring for greatness or settling for mediocrity, you will inevitably face challenges in life, you will encounter problems, there will always be some kind of mountains to climb, obstacles to overcome, battles to fight. When greatness is your goal, and you have the burning desire to live the life of your dreams, you start to see what confronts you from a superior perspective. When you look closely, you will see inherent in the stumbling blocks are stepping stones, in the tests lies strength, within the obstacles lies your reward. Rather than cry, complain, or feel discouraged, confront whatever confronts you with a positive attitude and the belief in your capabilities, because you truly have the ability to overcome whatever stands in the way of your dreams. Their presence doesn't define you, your presence defines them, you can always make the most of your struggles and pain to advance your life. Challenges are the breakfast of champions, and God created you a conqueror, you were born an overcomer, you are a winner, that's why you are here. Don't limit your challenges, challenge your limits, don't run from your obstacles, go through them and come out stronger. Life is a journey and it comes with sharp bends, rough roads, twists and turns, everyone will always have to travel this path. What happens to you doesn't matter, what matters is what you do with what happens and you have within you the power to make the most of them.

“Do not allow others to diminish your light due to their own fears and insecurities. Instead, let your light shine so brightly, that you illuminate a pathway for others to find their way out of the darkness!” - Dr. Stacey A. Maxwell, Peace Love Wings “The more light you allow within you, the brighter the world you live in will be.” - Shakti Gawain “Just be yourself. Let people see the real, imperfect, flawed, quirky, weird, beautiful, magical person that you are.” - Mandy Hale "And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” - Nelson Mandela You are a star! Keep shining and keep smiling! Have a magically powerful day! ❤

People always say that life isn't a race or a competition. That we shouldn't be comparing our progress with others' because we all have different privileges, goals, timelines. And while I know it's true, a part of me is guilty—the part that usually keeps me awake at night. I guess I'd like to believe that it's fair to long for the good things, too. For the rewards and the comfort after a long day. I think it's perfectly reasonable to expect that after braving up and trying so hard to catch up with the world, you at least get to have something that will make your heart peaceful. Sometimes, it makes me a little sad when I find myself comparing. If the things I long for really aren't meant for me, I hope to find my calm.

@Aalia

And some days when things get too hard, when people are breaking my heart over phone calls and texts, when my Mother says the same things she has apologised for before, when the best friend I have known has turned into a stranger, when the boy I loved has become a ghost of the past— on those days, I take the remaining piece of my heart and go outside. I throw my phone on my bed, I tell no soul the agony I am carrying. I put my boots on— the one I bought in a sale— and start walking. The twists and turns I make take me to a part of the city I am not truly familiar with. I walk until I don't know the streets like every corner of my home. Because sometimes, when I am going through the same things all over again, I lose sight of stuff that is important to me. Likewise, as I am walking in an unknown place, I find myself scanning every building, every street, every flower planted on the divider. For some reason, I can find the streets much livelier, much homely. The sky looks so orange; I don't remember the last time I had seen this hue. Maybe it's always been there but I was too busy, sitting in the bus, forgetting to see what's outside. The sparrows and pigeons eating the flour some bakery has sprinkled out for them, the children singing songs and walking hand in hand, the old couple who give each other support as they walk and are laughing talking about something, a boy like me walking the streets admiring everything — all of that is beautiful. I wonder if he is thinking the same things as I do; I am sure he is. Will he find some sort of lesson? Will this melting sunset teach him something that I am unaware of? I don't think so. Maybe sometimes, it's important to just exist. It's okay to just be. I don't remember when was the last time I just existed, just let myself be the person I was. I have been looking for some golden flowers hidden in the rainbows when there's garden of roses blooming in my neighbour's garden. I don't want to overthink. When I go back home, I will have to answer people I don't want to. I will have to overexplain things while holding my tears in. But at this moment, I can just be who I am and I can be happy. At this moment, the sky is full of hope and my heart isn't aching so much. The world is whole right now, and I am standing right inside it.

@Aalia

I have no intention of giving up. But I hope, this won't sound selfish If I'll tell the world today, "I just need one day." One day without pain and fear of what's going to happen if I pursue my dreams. One day without failures and expectations. One day without the pang of my past that still haunts me. One day without fake smiles and only pure happiness. One day without shooting stars and only millions of gleaming chances. I want that. I am deeply longing for that. Just one day of peace inside my heart. Because I think, we all deserve to feel a little lighter. Even if it is just for one day.

At age 17, she was rejected from college. At age 25, her mother died from disease. At age 26, she suffered a miscarriage. At age 27, she got married. Her husband abused her. Despite this, her daughter was born. At age 28, she got divorced and was diagnosed with severe depression. At age 29, she was a single mother living on welfare. At age 30, she didn't want to be on this earth. But, she directed all her passion into doing the one thing she could do better than anyone else. And that was writing. At age 31, she finally published her first book. At age 35, she had released 4 books, and was named Author of the Year. At age 42, she sold 11 million copies of her new book, on the first day of release. This woman is J.K. Rowling. Remember how she considered suicide at age 30? Today, Harry Potter is a global brand worth more than $15 billion dollars. Never give up. Believe in yourself. Be passionate. Work hard. It’s never too late.

@Aalia

Why is it important to heal emotional wounds? Every wound hurts, but some emotional wounds leave a scar that hurts too. Sometimes, we experience heartbreak, loss or a traumatic event that leaves us emotionally wounded. When we allow ourselves to heal, we are able to move on without being dragged back into old memories. But when we move on unhealed, carrying deep pain inside us, we feel wounded every time we think about it. If you have ever experienced a deep emotional wound, don’t let it draw you down. Forgive if someone hurt you, speak to your loved ones, open your heart, connect with yourself and pray. Once you create inner strength, you will not feel hurt by your scars.

@Aalia

What do you understand? It is funny how so many live their lives searching for that acceptance from others. Just wanting to be understood. But what if we finally acknowledge that no one really truly understand us? What if, right? What I mean is people only understand us to a point because of their own experiences. Their own perceptions. Their own understanding. You can’t make someone completely understand you if they don’t really know the life long experiences you have had to make you become who you are today. There is only one person that can completely understand you and that is YOU. But unfortunately most don’t try to look within with understanding. Most spend all their energy trying to make others understand them and receive some kind of acceptance from them. All the while never truly understanding themselves. We have to learn to accept ourselves before we can truly understand what acceptance is. And even then it is not complete acceptance from others just because they will never understand us completely. For no one thinks the same, therefore no one is the same. Different lives, different experiences, different perceptions. There is some understanding between individuals but not complete understanding. Not like what you can achieve with yourself. To completely understand yourself is definitely a type of unconditional love we desire. To know we are not perfect and have flaws and to accept them. For our flaws are what makes us unique and special. Try to understand yourself before trying to understand others. Learning that type of acceptance only helps you accept others and be ok on whether you are accepted by others. This is true understanding.

@Aalia

How do we keep ourselves motivated when our goal is far? Motivation is the driving force to achieve every goal in life. To consistently have the same level of motivation, we need to open our perception to see possibilities in life. When the goal is far, sometimes we may if it is even worth continuing. We need to remember that reaching our goal is not about achieving one thing in life but creating more possibilities when you reach your goal and even along the way. Look at the different opportunities and possibilities you can create with what you can do; once you feel your effort will be worthwhile, you will never lose motivation.

@Aalia

You’ve been through a thousand things in your life people don’t even know about. You’ve experienced things that shook you, changed you, broke you, built you and taught you to be stronger than you ever thought you had the ability to be. And you are who you are for all of it. So the next time someone judges you based on a small part of what they see and how they interpret that, remember who you are, remember how much you’ve overcome and smile and keep walking because you don’t have a single thing to prove to anyone else. You’ve already proved so much to yourself who muddled through storms that people didn’t see because of how well you carried yourself . Keep Smiling Keep Walking Keep Shining ..❤

@Aalia

There's more to life than suffering of the past. Don't let anything that happened make you feel insecure. Show yourself unconditional love and allow your mistakes to add to your wisdom. Life is a journey with ups and downs. Hold space for yourself through all the lows. It will get better.
