Im kinda having an issue with self discipline you know that depressed feeling when you wanna do things but even simple tasks are tough . If any one has tips about it please tell me .i would appreciate an article on this tbh

Alot of people suggested this thank you like also i should do the biggest task of the day first in the morning so like my biggest worry for the day is over
I hipe you feel better today. Maybe you need some time to make a pause for a while to refresh your mind.
I did that i feel its like a constant feeling like im loosing track of time
Hmm, maybe set a schedule of the task, and then reward yourself after doing all the task, hehe.
