That is why not everyone has or does the same job. Buh in another sense, everyone can become a motivator. That's why we have one another's back every step of the way. My answer is no. Because, it's not a job, it comes from within. It's kinda a talent. In Every aspect of our lives, we are motivated. It can be done by anybody at all. So no the world won't be a great hell.
