I have been trying for over a month to create a community. I try only once per week. I still cannot create a community. It says I'm creating communities too quickly, but I've never even been able to create one. I'm told its been broken since October 2020, but on the stats page I see communities have been created as late as last month. There has been high demand for me to create a community for my prompt articles. Can someone pretty please help me with this?

Well I have never tried before, so I thought I would test it, and create one for readers of the book I am publishing here.... And so I tried and got that same message, so I am guessing it is still a work in progress.
Oh, that is why.. It has to be some problems about the site, when you try to create one.. Maybe @heartbeat1515 could help.. they are admins of various communities along with @wakeupkitty. I am not sure if they could see my mention though..
