Spammers another way of spamming is through copying someone else comment and translate it to different language so that it won't look obvious. What can you say about this?

Because of those spammers I think that's the reason why I received a penalty notification.
I noticed that on an article. I guess someone who understood the language, downvoted it. So I was curious, as to why. I used a translator and waala... It is similar to another comment.
There was another case, this one a comment on my article. A user copy-pasted a content enough to be an article, and entirely unrelated to the content. Someone also downvoted that. Guess we have community watch and they are active.
We can also downvote suspicious things like that, just funny how they use another language to make it not obvious .. I was even like, wait I think I have read it already and I was right lol 😂
They're annoying tbh
