WHAT'S YOUR FAVOURITE SNACK?
The three major meals of the day are breakfast, dinner and lunch and we know that breakfast is the most important and dinner should be eaten in small quantities but then there is another type of food we take in between meals that we call snacks.
Snacks are supposed to be eaten in between meals but some people have made snacks their main meal. They eat snacks morning, afternoon and evening and then complain that their waistline is becoming too big. It's not your fault really. These little foods called snacks are always well packaged, looking so attractive and taste so yummy that you can't resist a bite. Why do they have to be so sweet like seriously?
Some snacks are healthy while there are also some that are very unhealthy. Some snacks are unhealthy not because they contain lots of calories but in form of binge eating which can be avoided by self discipline or choosing healthier options. The healthy snacks are usually gluten free, low in calorie, sugar but proteinous.
I am not here to talk about types of snacks but I'd love to know what ranks are your most favourite snack. What is that snack you can't say no to once offered?
