We all have preference for different colours..Your own favorite color can be the colour someone else does not like at all and you won't find that colour in some people's wardrobe...
I know of someone that only put on white because white is his favorite color.. It's funny,right?? But people like that exists..
There's this cousin of mine who loves black a lot.When he came to Nigeria some years ago,I had to talk to him about the black black he was always putting on..I told him putting on black all through without any other color in Nigeria is a sign of mourning.He laughed and laughed at me and that didn't stop him from putting it on because black is his favorite color..

MOODS AND COLOURS
Do you know that colours have a way of influencing your mood? The colour of the clothes you wear has a way of affecting your overall demeanour. Colours and emotions are linked.
So, my sister and I were arranging some clothes. She noticed that many of my
clothes are dull coloured and called me a sadist. Lol.
This argument went on for a while. In her closet, she has mostly vibrant colours and I called her, "notice me". We went on and on ridiculing each other until we got tired.
Psychologists are of the opinion that those who wear warm colours such as red, yellow and orange give off a feeling of happiness, energy alongside with happy colours such as pink, lilac, peach. According to them, the brighter the colour, the
happier or optimistic a person is
Colours such as blue, green, purple are termed cool coloured and are usually calming. Grey, darker shades of cool colours as well as neutral colours such as brown, beige can have an effect on ones feeling such that they are perceived as sad.
This depends on how the colours are combined
My favourite colour is green. However, the shade of colour I decide to put on is dependent on my feeling. Most times, I find myself wearing dark or neutral colours when I am calm or dull and brightly coloured clothes when I am so agile, happy and bursting with vigour and energy.
So, was my sister right to call me a sadist? However, the colour choice is subjective. What might make one person feel cheerful, can make another very irritated depending on preferences or past experience.

Everyone likes looking good. We invest as much money as possible in looking good, keeping up with the latest trend or maybe not. A weirdo like me, I do not like wearing what is in vogue this season. I am probably two or three seasons behind. What I wear has never really been a problem. The problem has been where to get them from.
Too many bad experiences have left me paranoid when it comes to choosing a place to get my wears.
Getting angry of your past conditions wont change your present state, forgetting that grace differs since each finger are not equal then certainly our grace is not the same there is still hope why, because it can only be delayed but can never be denied
Which one is the most painful?
1. Study for 7 years in a university, then stay home for 10 years unemployed.
2. Raise a child for 20 years, then find out he/she is not yours.
3. Work hard for the whole month, then go to the ATM and get robbed!
4. Going to school for 11 months, then get your report written failed.
5. being faithful to the person you call your soul mate, then in return, you get AIDS.
6. Study for the whole night for a test, then fail the test.
7. Being in a very good relationship with someone and then end up marrying someone else.
8. You're downloading a video of 5GB and wen it reaches 98% your phone dies.
9. You send a long message to someone and then that someone replies with "Ok"
10. You send a message and you expect the reply, only to find out you've been left on seen

Genitics
Every newborn baby has a genetic effect which can be visible from the first day that the baby is born. This genetic effect reveals level of temperament and a specific personality. As the new born baby begins to grow up, genetic effects and experience begins to work together.
Previous research has shown that identical twins do not have the same personality although, there is a probability it can be inherited. This is why we see situations in identical twins whereby, one might be an extrovert and the other an introvert. The extrovert tends to be faster in levels of life than the introvert.
Talented people have a distinct attribute. They are determined, have self control and have a sense of purpose. They have a positive mindset which has been inbuilt in them since birth. They do not need to listen to motivational speakers or read articles about positive thinking and these attributes of theirs often lead them to high achievement, satisfaction and self-esteem.
However, some talents can also be negative too with harsh self-criticism (they always want to be the best and don't want to be runner ups) They love competition and if they're not at the top, they find who to criticize. Some talented people love to procrastinate. They know they are very good at a particular thing and they feel so proud about it and instead of getting the work done, they might want people to beg or praise them. People get disappointed when a talented person is wasting away and when people begin to abandon them, they can get depressed in the long run
The question is why are some people more talented than others? I believe every human being is unique in his or her own way. Although, talented people seem to be more unique in a particular field but God Almighty Allah has made no man perfect. Even with all the gifts and qualities, there's still something you have that a talented person doesn't
Learning languages
Have you ever attempted learning another language aside from your own language? I learnt Spanish after my graduation from the University and discovered that Portuguese is also related to Spanish as well. I speak and understand four languages; English, Igbo, Spanish and Portuguese but have you ever wondered what goes on inside our brain when we learn a new language?
Some areas in our brain including the Broca area, increase in size and function when we learn languages. The Broca area is located in the left hemisphere of our brain and its job is all about language production. When children grow up, learning two languages at the same time; that is the English language and the local language, both languages are processed in the same area of the brain but when adults try to learn a new language, a separate area develops close to the first.
It's being said if you want to have a very strong brain, the best ways are to play puzzles, solve mathematical calculations and play some games that increases intelligence quotient but I tell you my friends, the best way to have a SUPER BRAIN is to learn a new language.
But why do some people learn new languages faster than others? When I was learning Spanish, it took me 10 months while most of my friends learnt Espanol within 3 months 😂. Well, the hippocampus and Broca area of the brain Is altered mostly in fast learners while the motor cortex of the brain is altered in slow learners. As you can see, I was a slow learner 😁 but I used my Spanish knowledge to learn Portuguese within 3 to 4 months.
Learning a new language improves brain function as I earlier stated and provides a better memory, provides a more mental flexibility and improves your creativity. A little advise for you my friends who might wish to learn a new language, I asked those my friends to tell me their secret because I knew very well that they weren't studying more harder than me. They took brain supplements which made it faster for them.... You might want to consider that as well

Don't live above your level spend wisely
If you desire success you have to discipline your appetite and desire to drink, you must learn not to live above your level because this is what draws a person background. Many people who should have been rich have flushed down their capital for business just to satisfy themselves on a table of food and drinks. Don't spend unnecessarily on anything.
Like the words says "cut your coat according to your size" you can't live lavishly when you are earning less. Don't waste the money you should have used to plan your future just for food and drinks, discipline your desire. Abstain from ostentatious living above your level, don't indulge in eating habits that can finish your resources on expensive foods and non profit yielding ventures like parties.
The jailed jailer
Ebutu staggered as he tried to make his way home. The shrill, discordant tune of his voice shot through the dark night as he sang while carrying his fidgety steps.
His wife and five children had gone to bed after a clumsy dinner of fried fish and garri tonight again. They were tired of waiting and hoping on their irresponsible head of the family to bring home something worthwhile for dinner. Even though Ebutu worked as a Chief Inspector of Prisons in the biggest correctional service in the state, he had nothing to show for it. Officers below his ranks had built their houses and have their kids in secondary schools and Universities but the same could not be said for Ebutu. The irony was that he might be a jailer but he too was in chains, a prisoner to alcoholism.
It was the fourth week his kids had been sent away from school after the school proprietor had grown weary of accumulating their three-year school fee debts. His wife had capitalised on this by using the kids as sales representatives for her small scale fried fish business. She would arrange the fried fish on trays for her three kids of twelve, nine and eight years old respectively to hawk to other neighbourhoods while she kept an eye on the remaining two toddlers who were a set of twins.
The headlights of a car beamed unexpectedly, blinding the staggering Ebutu on his way home. Then a loud thudding sound followed.
"Ah, bastard!" Ebutu cursed the driver of the car as he lay in the roadside gutter he had fallen into.
The following morning, good-hearted neighbours helped the pathetic Ebutu out of the gutter to his house where he lived as a tenant with his family

When it comes to food, we all have what we love and we all have preferences. What I like isn't what you might like and same goes for others as well. Some people's fav food can be swallow while yours can be junks or even fruits or vegetables, yeah it's very possible.
Sometimes I think I don't have a favorite food, but there's this particular delicacy I can't say NO to, I never knew how much I liked it till I ate it in the morning for 5 days consecutively. Lol..yeah..
I used to work somewhere and I leave home really early . I had to eat out throughout that particular job. There's this particular restaurant that sells that food. I ordered it one day and I kept eating it till I no longer have to order again, they already know what I want..lol
Failure
**Failure! One word that startles and terrifies a lot of individuals.**
**No one wants to be associated with failure in any way or form.**
**Don't be deceived by yourself, life is like a ladder, you have to mount on different rungs to get the peak.**
**There's always a tendency of falling or slipping off due to inexperience because the journey to success is like embarking on an unknown physical but mind known location.**

**Failing is passing the test of how you'll locate the unknown place with and without guidance.**

Hi I posted this funny post on how love suffer from conception to breathing... Often at times we suffer from loving someone,we suffer from being maltreated whatever worst way....after her father had saved her by donating one of his kidney ,she later died ,committed suicide for her boyfriend... Funny though but it happens all the time...
