Today I want to write this short post to this Community and about what I feel. I am a Nigerian, and happy to know that there is a Nigerian community in read.cash. But what do we got here, noise and low quality articles. All about sports news and local Nigeria information. This doesn't bode well for a platform like this. I am not trying to downgrade anyone, but to let us know that we are standing among other people across the world. I made an article about the gathering of natives in a community in read.cash and it's effects on the platform. Most of the things I highlighted are what am seeing in here. We know we are all here to earn money, but we should also think about building a niche for ourselves in this platform. Also to keep the platform running for a long time. If again in the future, there is a screening of Communities in read.cash how will it be. To my Nigerian brothers and sisters in read.cash, let do a good job here.

You can imagine what they post in the community. Messi score a goal, Odion Ighalo, buhari etc. No sound article to read. Is got me annoyed.
Hey, here you get just the simplest celebrity statement and gossip. I have no odea why every move a celebrity makes counts as something to write about. But at last when you hand pick them, you get some with quality content
If you are writing about the life and acts of a celebrity that's quite different
Still though, there are better things to write about than some random person talking about their break up or about a new branded bag or something.
Hahahaha, just don't want to think maybe that's what they feel. But seriously, the more you think the creative you become

You don't need to lowered yourself. There are millions of interesting subjects to write about. You can look at read.cash, what's going on, and catch an idea. Also you can pick someone's questions and provide answers in an article.
I dwell in the arts and science of daily life, i don't really put much thought into my next topic, i just go with what i see around me. Because a good article seems to come from the most random ideas
That's true, when your mind is free and open you can easily capture a good discussion around you.
What i can't figure out sometimes though is how to simplify chemistry concepts enough to make it more understandable 😂 some are too technical
You will need to relate it in a common language else it becomes boring to read. You know not everyone is science oriented. Anyway, am signing off for today. You can shout back at my other short post

Right. Building a niche will help you build a brand on any other platform. I definitely agree with you.
But these people don't just seems to know that read.cash is an international platform. Posting local news update here seems odd to me
Right, that's what I've noticed too. Maybe some think that this platform I just like Facebook or Twitter or anything like that.
They are used to local online news platform where they share gossip and local news. And there comments is only "that's nice" "good one" just like that.
Perhaps it's a good idea not to start with communities for each country and write on topic instead and try to be world citizens be open enough to appreciate each good writer. I hope this community will not be an upvote circle too.
I don't like what I saw there that's why I wrote this short post. It seems they are just playing football game in there, and gisting about local Nigeria news. It makes me sad though they are my country people
I read great things written by your fellow people. Perhaps you can teach them and help them to write about something else? Give one or two topics, tell how many sentences, give some prompts and see who is capable enough to write something great. Don't forget to start a new community for it. 🍀💕

I feel this thing, is not just about read.cash but moreso about the person. You know I published an article about the gathering of natives in a community in read.cash few days ago, and I got to check this community of my country people but what I saw are more or less what I wrote about. This makes me sad, that's why I drop this short post to the community
