Decided to check out the tokens I have on Cashokens and it's an eyesore. Don't let me even go into those on SmartBCH (tokens and NFTs), all useless now. Anyway, the little SBch there has had an increase in Value- that's the only positive.

I have that too and it's saddening. One would expect the tokens to recover with this bull market but it isn't.
I guess it could be that these token don't have that much utility that we thought they do. Don't quote me on it, I could be wrong and they may recover (and I hope I am wrong 😅)
I have not even have the time to check out the cashoken thing nor look at my sbch for over two years now. I don't even have a metamask wallet on my phone. I hope I will be able to recover the wallets when need be.
BWB is the only token worth something on cash token right now, even that is like -500% of one's initial capital while for SmartBcH I think Law still have a little value (also over 50% lesser than what it used to be).
For the wallet. I'm sure you have the seed phase written down somewhere sir. You can always recover it.
It seems all those hypes and projects were ages ago. I remember shorai nfts, I bought and bought, sometimes I wonder if had use those money to diversify my wallet it would have been better lol. But that's the past.

Currently all tokens and NFTs there are at their lowest and most are abandoned , so it isn't advisable to go into it. However, there are numerous articles here showing how to go about it, just search "smartbch" you will see related articles.
