Take a break on your mobile or laptop screens every 20 minutes, take a look for at least 20 feet away, and do it for 20 seconds. Accomplish it for healthier eyes. 👁️

I also forget that rule when I'm working. I stayed infront of a laptop for 8 hours. But it's unhealthy. So better to always remind myself about that rule.
