It's 4/09/2020 And I am declaring I will not have a single Glass of Soda this month. ​ Let's have a try to save ourselves from the worse effects of Soda. ​ ​Someone used to say ​ ​"When you don't know about side-effects of something and you keep on using it's not your fault however when you know a single bit and keep on going you are Enemy of your vitality"

​This is the willful step towards having no soft drinks for the month. ​We can use alternatives, but if we skipped this for a month probably we would have developed a habit for a lifetime.
