LET'S TALK ABOUT BREAKFAST! ​we were created in such a way that it knows the right time to eat. We have different times of the day when our appetites peaks and when it is the lowest. For me, my hunger pangs are high mostly in the evening ,However, there are some mornings I wake up feeling very ravenous just like this morning. Some people say this happens when you eat a lot before going to bed or when you eat late but I would think that eating very little dinner or skipping dinner altogether should make one wake up with a growling stomach since the body wasn't given enough food the night before. I hope the doctors in the house explains this. Each morning I wake up this way, all I want to do is eat breakfast and with how hungry I am I might end up eating too much and end up sleeping at work. There are just too many rules when it comes to breakfast. So, I got to the office and immediately I was settled, I brought out my food and started eating only for my colleague to scream, "isn't it too early?"Like seriously? Is there a perfect time to eat breakfast? What time do you eat breakfast?How much is too much for breakfast and what meal is best for breakfast?
