Yes to Manila Bay rehabilitation. Mas maganda tigna buhangin kesa mga basura. This was planned before the pandemic. At every department/agency ng gobyerno at may allocated na budget. And fyi DENR has already shared some of their budget pra sa pandemyang ito. Hindi naman pwd na pra kay juan ay ibigay kay pedro. It's understandable na pandemic ngayon pro anlaki na utang ng gobyerno pra labanan to, kng wala lg sana mga buwayang nakaupo. Ilang billion na ba nabigay para sa ayuda. Marami pang di na kuntento, hindu naman ginamit sa maayos. Di rin nama. pwd na iasa na lg lahat sa gobyerno ang pangangailangan ng mga tao. At kapag ba binigay ng denr budget nila pra jan, oblige na din ibang ahensya ng gobyerno na ibigay budget nila pra itustos din sa mga tao?

Ilang billion na ba ang napamigay at nagastos pra sa pandemic compared sa budget jan. It doesn't mean na may virus titigil na din sa ibang project ng gov't para din naman sa pinas ang rehabilitation na yan. Hindi naman pwd na sa virus na lg lahat itutok lahat ng funds. Dami din naming project ginagawa ng ibang dept, bat yan lg naki criticized ang tagal na din ng planong yan. Just sharing my opinion😊

Yes mas importante ang buhay ng tao. Malaking budget naman binigay sa DOH, pro anung nangyari ? Di din naman nagamit sa tama. Overprice machines, ppes, etc. Binigyan sila ng budget pro di nagamit sa tama , tapus pag di disketahan nila ibang project. Billion ang ayuda, pro hindi lahat na liquidate, ibang qualified di nakatanggap, asan napunta ang sobra? Madaming officials ang nakasuhan dahil lang sa sap distribution. Lahat ng agencies may budget, pro anung ginawa ng iba. Di nga kaya makipag coordinate, anung nangyayari sa mga ofws at lsis na gusto umuwi. Ayun tambak sa kng saang lugar. Definitely a big YES, the plan (budget) was made before the pandemic happened. In my opinion there's nothing wrong with that goverment project. Compared to last administration..

I'm not against the project but instead the timing. They know that we are facing pandemic. Sana yong pera ginamit nalang sa health care.
