Try to look your points click the question Mark they add some buttons there about freeze points
The post by Read.cash that the link goes to isn't about freezing points though but decreased points for those involved in upvoting groups or upvote me and I upvote you.
Its says the freeze is just a myth so you can direct anyone there who complain about freeze points

That is one of there upgraded version so we suffer some little error this past few days
I will make an article related to this tomorrow i guess. So this is the reason why our points decreased because of this upvoting group..

Unfortunately, the vast majority of people only read the manual when they run into a problem, and I can't understand that. Whatever I do before I start I read the instructions first, so here too, everything is nicely written.
