Hello everyone! Can anyone recommend great meal recipes for the family especially with a 1 year old joining us hehe I would appreciate all recipes you will recommend ❤️

3-4 month old children start with us with smashed fruit or out of a blender. Next easy to digest food like spinach, carrots cooked, blender and chicken.

After that they eat what we eat and we smash it or cut it small and most likely apple sauce is added to it.

Bread we start giving babies a piece of bread rust, later they eat bread with some spread like liverspread, cheese spread, real butter etc. Cut into small pieces. Bread is what we eat usually twice a day, dinner only once.

At that age children can eat pasta too.
