There is no guarantee that the rainbow will rise after the rain. After the rain, if the sun comes out from behind the clouds. Then the rainbow will rise. If you compare it with happy and sorrow, than it’s different matter😅

Yes, and do you know why there's a Rainbow after the rain? Well, Scientifically speaking the reason why there is a rainbow after the rain is because of the occurrence of sunlight and raindrops at the same time. The raindrops or the water serve as the mirror to bend the sunlight and as a result of that, it will produce the 7 colors, the ROYGVIB. This process is what we called the " Refraction " the water will bend the light it and the light will refract with a circle formation producing the 7 colors.
And do you know that Rainbows are actually circles, what we can see is only the half because some objects are blocking their formation. Like mountains and the grounds..
