As you may have heard from your parents, old ones or someone who thought they had mastered the art of satire, smartphones really aren't that bad.

Apart from the ones that can read your mind and convert your thoughts into simple essays, indeed there are thousands of apps out there that are really worth your time (and sometimes money). You could even say they make your life a little more appetizing.

Here are the 20 application for me that are very useful.

1.Notion

What for: Keep all your notes in one place

cost: 0.0

Device: Android, iOS.

Note-taking apps cost 1/10th the cost, but there is one that stands out among so many.

Notion.

This app's greatest selling point is its adaptability. You can plan travel routes, manage projects, make calendars, keep diaries, and more with notes. You can organize almost everything in your life with it, including your college assignments.Additionally, you can sync your notes between devices. When it comes time to write an essay, the artificial intelligence can type on my tablet and access all of my lecture notes on my laptop.

You can use hundreds of Notion templates to better organize your notes.

2.SimpleMind

What for: organize your thoughts

cost: 0.0

Device: Android, iOS.

Although mind mapping isn't for everyone, SimpleMind is the best option if it works for you.

When it comes to hand-drawing mind maps, SimpleMind has all of the features you need and can be used in a browser or as an app.

However, you can use the app's pre-defined style sheets if you're too lazy to add multiple maps to a single page, use different colors, or just tag on one page if you're in a hurry.

Expanding and collapsing branches makes it easy to navigate large mind maps on small screens.

3. Microsoft

What for: No need to carry your laptop everywhere

cost: 0.0

Device: Android, iOS.

This is technically more than just an application. However, it would be too much to ask to select just one Microsoft Office contract, so we decided to offer the entire package.

Well, unless you're a hipster, Microsoft Office is almost certainly going to be used to complete the task.Even though you are only actually using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, knowing that you also have access to OneDrive, OneNote, and Outlook when you need them is nice.Fortunately, Microsoft produces Office reader apps that are accessible on all major platforms. It's great to be away from work, but it hurts a lot when you're on the go and realize that you should (or worse, shouldn't) include something important in your essay.

That is no longer necessary with the Office apps; as long as you store your files in the cloud, you can access them at any time and from any location.

Microsoft finally caught up to Google in introducing features for collaboration.H. The document can be edited simultaneously by anyone with access to it.In addition to the obvious potential for mischief, this is an excellent feature for group projects.

4. Any.do

What for: Make big tasks easier

cost: 0.0

Device: Android, iOS.

Is there anything in life more satisfying than completing your to-do list?

Maybe, but it's still a positive thing.

To-do lists are a great way to break down big tasks into smaller, more manageable chunks. You wouldn't find a better app than Any.do. Its surprisingly straightforward design makes things either more satisfying or less painful, depending on what you're doing. To-do lists are also a great way to break down big tasks into smaller, more manageable chunks.Any.do, like many of the apps on this list, lets you sync anything with devices that are compatible. It also lets you share lists and assign tasks to different users, so it does more than just reminds you. This is great for group projects or to ensure that everyone in the house cleans in an equitable manner.

To avoid having to scroll through the app to find to-do lists and tasks, the app comes with widgets that let you add them to your home screen.

5. Evernote

What for: Notes, Exam preparation, Planning

Cost: 0.0

Device: Android, iOS.:

One of the most widely used free apps for students is Evernote.Evernote makes it simple to organize all of your coursework and assignments, whether you're a graduate or a high school student, so you can quickly locate what you need.

Evernote is a free app for planning and staying on track for students. You can take notes in a variety of formats with the free basic plan of Evernote, including text, drawings, photos, audio, and video.Share your notes with others easily and sync them across devices.

You need an app that can simplify the process of writing a research paper, blog post, article, thesis, dissertation, or essay.

However, when there are so many options, it can be difficult to locate an excellent app.

Those some of the best apps on the market and explain how they can help you make things easier.
