Hi,guys..Good morning,good evening and good day to everyone..How's everybody doing?Hope we are all fit and fine..@z_graeden once again coming with a not so scary moment story.Is it one of your favorite?Read and react,comment out your thoughts..
The place was a good one,spaceous living room,a kitchen and own comfort room and a bedroom with double deck bed.It's a typical apartment room;it was newly retouched from its old paint,and the ambience is welcoming also.Who would say no to a nice place,considering a cheaper rent and a good location for students who love to have their own privacy from others prying eyes.
They were three beautiful ladies,all are first cousins and so they share with their monthly rent and other basic necessities.These ladies were all college students of different courses and at diffent universities in the city.The two were from the same province while the other is from another one because her mother,aunt of her cousins married to a guy in a distant province.
One Sunday morning this girl from the other province,lets call her by a pseudonym of Virgie went home and would not be back until the following week for her class.Annie,a pseudonym also,her other cousin will be out for a field trip thus can't be at their apartment until the following day.Therefore,leaving Jennie,her pseudonym, their other cousin all alone at the apartment..She was new to this place,nothing seems out of the ordinary thus,she felt comfortable and not a little bit scared..
Early as 8pm in the evening Jennie went to bed hoping to have a good night sleep for she had a 7am class.She left the unwashed dishes at one side of the sink,she'll wake up early tomorrow to wash it.She's occupying the lower part of the bunk,by the way.And as she is all alone she had locked the main door's double locks with a chain properly.She went to bed taking the kitchen knife with her, locked the door at their bedroom that too had a chainlock,but she left the chainlock unhooked.The upper part was shared by her two cousins.So she placed kitchen knife under her pillow for protection just in case someone with an evil intention would break through their place..
The night was peaceful and calm and so causing her to sleep right away just as she wanted.She felt shortness in breathing,as if a heavy thing was place on top of her,then suddenly she woke up.A feeling of uneasiness crept through her when she suddenly woke up at 11pm,nearly midnight.Jennie's instinct told her to climb up the upper bed,so she took the knife from under her pillow and climb up.She tried to get back to sleep when suddenly she heard the maindoor opened.Not one bit scared,so she spoke assuming it was her cousin Annie who's back from their field trip."Annie,Is that you?I've thought you're not coming back yet?"But no one answered.She heard again footsteps proceeding to the direction of the sink which was facing the door to their bedroom and unwashed dishes at the sides of the sink were pushed and fell to the sink.
With the knife ready at hand and determined to fight,she's waiting for that villain to open up the bedroom door.After sometime,those movements outside the room went silent,she heard the door that was left opened by that someone was now being closed. this girl went down from the bed and locked the chain lock which she left hanging..
The following morning Jennie needed to get up and get ready for school though she was yet sleepy as whe was not able to get back to sleep not until daybreak.Went off the bed and into the living room,jaw dropped in awe.Locks at the back of the maindoor was untouched,she felt goosebumps and a chill on her spine.Took her eyes to the sink and the feeling got worse,those unwashed dishes were now on disarray at the sink tub.Whatever or no matter how she felt she managed to take a bath and must attend her classes leaving those at the tub unattended.
She went to school that day,let the day past without the thought of last nights creepy happening bothering her.
After Jennie's classes in the late afternoon,went home straight to their apartment.Arriving,her cousins were there already sitting at the living room's sofa chitchatting..After taking off her shoes at the door,she sat on one of the sofa adjacent to where her cousins are sitting.She asked Annie straight away to satisfy her curiosity,"Were you home last night,Annie?Why won't you even answer me back?" "What?"her cousin asked surprisingly."How could I come home,though we had not gone to the trip me and my other classmates spent the night at a hotel,"Annie added additionally asked,"why,is there something wrong?"
Jennie then told them her spooky experienced last night..Then Virgie who didn't want to scare her cousins about her experienced before and kept it to herself finally told them about it."One day right here in the living room,while I'm having a review my papers,hand outs and other things were placed on the table.Then all of a sudden my handouts and papers started to be blown.Im surprised as to why for the maindoor was closed,windows were closed and we don't even have an electric fan that would cause the papers be blown and get scattered..I felt something up on my spine but I just shrugged it off,"Virgie said.
Some days passed at the end of the month when Jennie was the one to go pay the rent to their landlady.She sat for a while and chat with the landlady then she brought out the topic."Who was living on our apartment before us,?"she asked politely.Surprised of her boarder's question though she knew it asked calmly,"Is there something wrong?Anything,anyone bothering you?" Then Jennie now started to tell her their stories about those ghostly thing experiences.Their landlady admitted,"there were times that they really let us feel their presence.And yes,it is where my deceased brother-in-law used to stay.And,yes not only him but also his deceased mother.But they only visit from time to time however,they really are harmless."
Before she left and learning the history of it Jennie said,"thank you,atleast now we know why,what matters is that those parAnormals dont attack and wouldn't hurt physically."
Jennie told her cousins about it but they decided to stay..They got used to the presence of those unseen things until the end of that semester.One of the cousins,Annie transferred to another school out of the city so the two were left..The 2 can't handle the rent themselves for its a little bit pricey if they would only share it by them both.So,they had to move from a boarding house and rent a bedspacer only.It is also owned by the same landlady of the apartment.There were also times that there were things happening out of the ordinary,the sudden feeling of someones presence but they just ignored it.They were used to it already.
