5 Strong Reasons Why Bitcoin Cash Must Not Be Underestimated

If you’re someone who’s been side-hustling with cryptocurrencies for a while now, you've probably heard about some crypto-wars that’s been going on constantly. For a few months already, this digital money abbreviated as “BCH” has been paying the bills in my not so significant life. And because of that, I’m becoming convinced that the currency must not be belittled at all.

Here are my reasons why:

1. It was engineered to be faster than Bitcoin

Bitcoin is undoubtedly the most powerful force in the digital currency game. But for seasoned crypto-investors, as well as those who are not aware of it yet, its block processing power is only 8 times smaller than what BCH has for these current times. In the very first days since its inception, Bitcoin Cash was meant to be faster and more seamless than Bitcoin itself in terms of processing rate and so far, it has been living up to its reputation.

If you’ve been living in this digital generation long enough, you might have quite figured out already that people these days are very impatient – they want things to be done in the swiftest and speediest ways possible. Within the realm of cryptocurrency, that truth still stands, and will most likely stay that way for the next years to come.

And since BCH is proving itself to be faster than Bitcoin itself, it has really the power to topple down the most famous crypto-coin of all and perhaps, become the strongest of its kind in the not too distant future. If BCH will just retain the speed and efficiency it’s currently providing to its investors, it will soon be the dominant force within the crypto-game in no time.

2. It is the strongest direct fork of its ancestor

Upon its initial stages, the detractors of Bitcoin Cash call it "Bcash", "Btrash", or "just another scam." So many negative thinkers are calling it with weird and very insulting names that it was able to hurt us BCH lovers so terribly. However, its major supporters are so adamant in the claim that, " It is the pure form of Bitcoin."

If you haven’t known its origin yet, let me summarize it for you: the birth of BCH was actually due to some kind of civil war that happened within the otherwise very productive haven of the Bitcoin community. Because of some riffs and glitches within the community in both technical and personal sides, a much younger, yet stronger, and as what was mentioned earlier, purer form of Bitcoin was born and conceived.

Such conflict paved the way for the birth of the digital form of money that we now use and so dearly love these days: a currency with the first name “Bitcoin” and with the surname “Cash.” It’s not “a piece of trash” as what those villains are saying. It’s just a different, yet much-optimized form of the Bitcoin that we know.

3. It has greater mass appeal

You wanna know why BCH has become truly attractive? Because of its mass appeal. So how appealing is it really? It is in fact very attractive to newbie investors as well as to the older, more experienced ones because, for one, it has cheaper transaction rates… at least compared to other dominant crypto-coins.

Yes, it’s not really as cheap as the other cryptos you may have also known. But considering that it is one of the highest-ranking coins today, the transaction fees it asks from us is still very reasonable compared to the other crypto-giants out there. BCH is now one of those giants. And the fact that its transaction fees are relatively low compared to the others, it is really an appealing thing to invest in.

Another factor that makes it even more attractive to people is the word “cash” that’s connected to its name. You may have not known it yet, so let me spell it out for you: There are still a considerable number of people out there who don’t know what Bitcoin is, let alone know what it’s really all about. Call those people ignorant, but it’s really one of those surprising truths.

But by putting the word “cash” next to Bitcoin, people are finally having the idea that there is some real money from it. And since we, BCH lovers can really prove that there is in fact some serious money that can be extracted from the power of Bitcoin Cash, we can really prove to the novice investors as well as to those who hate BCH that we are not the losers they think we are.

4. Its brother, Bitcoin SV is still far behind

In addition to that “Civil War” issue mentioned earlier, there were actually various forks that emerged from it. Some were by-products of desperate crypto white paper creators, while some were just plans that eventually ended in the trash, and I mean literal trash bins.

While some consider Bitcoin Cash to be just trash, it is now actually showing signs of becoming triumphant against its competitors. For instance, there is this other Bitcoin fork called “Bitcoin SV,” which its creators claim to be the original “Satoshi’s Vision” of what a cryptocurrency should really be. In case you don’t know what a Satoshi is yet, let’s just say that it’s not an “it”. The appropriate word for it would be “he” because Satoshi Nakamoto is actually a guy, so the legend goes.

As to the real identity of the guy, well… it hasn't been clearly revealed yet. But whatever, Bitcoin SV is also showing great promises of becoming the next big thing in cryptocurrency. For now though… it’s not showing any strong signs yet of becoming what it claims to be, at least not yet anyway.

For now though, BCH is still the strongest offspring of Bitcoin. And based on what we’re seeing, it just might topple down all crypto-coins one day. Of that we’re very hopeful, right?

5. It has its own amazing crypto-blogging platform

This is perhaps, one of, if not the strongest reason why BCH is super-cool and something that must not be belittled – it has its own crypto-blogging platform, and this humble article (written by this small-time blogger), happens to reside in its beautiful halls. (I’m talking about you Read.Cash… yes, you! Don’t you look sideways or over your shoulder because it’s really you! The beautiful one that I'm pointing at!)

So it has its own crypto-blogging platform, does that really make it cool? Aren’t there other similar platforms out there too? Well, there are others of course. But they’re not as cool as this one!

Do they have a very cute tipping robot called the Random Rewarder? Do they have super-cool crypto heroes like Sir Marc De Mesel? They don’t! (That’s why they suck!)

Okay, they don’t really suck. What I’m saying is that the very own crypto-blogging platform of BCH is very amazing because well… I’ve been having a great time writing and publishing on this platform for 4 months now. So far, it has been a very prolific experience for me. You wanna know about it? Let’s just say it’s a story for another day.

For now though, let me just say that BCH must never be belittled, and I just explained my reasons why it should be declared as such.

I do not know much about crypto money. Since I am curious about technology, I tried mining with the possibilities I have at home. I have also tried trading BTC, ETH, LTC, BAT cryptocurrencies a few times. However, my favorite cryptocurrency by far has been BCH (Bitcoin Cash). Because the network charges are very low compared to others and it is simple to use for normal money. I even have a few apps on my phone. It's easy to get paid and get paid. For example, if we run a cafe, we can easily receive payments with the Bitcoin Cash Register.

I think Bitcoin Cash could become a currency used in our daily life in the near future. I hope so.

I think I have to upgrade my writing's focus now. I've been thinking about articles like this for many weeks already. Kagabi ko lang talaga naisip na totohanin ang plano. I've been seeing great crypto articles here, specifically those that you wrote... I think it's time to level up. Thanks for noticing.
