Inner strength.
Did you ever search for the meaning of "inner strength"?
The dictionary says inner-strength. Noun. (plural inner strengths) (idiomatic) Integrity of character; resoluteness of will; mental resistance to doubt or discouragement.
Search the internet and all kinds of meanings, or what people describe as their inner strength, show up on your screen. Is inner strength a strong will, being stubborn, the power inside that makes you fight for what you want, the reason why you are still alive or you are successful?
It's hard to tell what exactly inner strength is what it looks like or how it feels. What we know is this "power" is something we all have and it is the reason why we do what we like, need, or want to do. Some call it courage.
Mental strength.
It's the power of the mind. It might be you have a lot of it if you are stubborn, know what you want, you fight for your rights in a more intelligent way or... you have self-esteem and are smart enough not to believe each story told. You think for yourself and are... a personality. You are someone and to be noticed body strength isn't needed.
People with mental strength won't be fooled easily. You won't find them back in a madhouse and they are not the ones who will bend, kneel, beg to be accepted.
Inner or mental?
Is there a difference at all? Both are part of us human beings. If I may believe the dictionary it's the same. We all have this power but what we have we do not always use. Anxiety, depression, and tunnel vision for example are factors that can be in one's way.
The dictionary tells us inner strength is the "mental resistance to doubt".
To be able to doubt you need to be open-minded and if you are feared find the courage.
Only with the will to doubt the opportunities it's possible to see reality, facts, and chances given.
Inner strength provides us good vibes for life.... It increase our confidence... Good content for writing
