Announcement Short Story Challenge. It might sound harder than it is but writing a story in series is not as hard as it sounds. I dare you to join the contest @Ozxyy hosts. If you never read him you should. He is definitely one of my favorite writers and tries to give this platform a better face. It's about writing so let's write! If you are not good in writing in series write one longer story and cut it into parts and let it end in a way it triggers readers to read on. There are 3 genres. Pick one or if you are creative enough all three. - Romance - Crime - Comedy The rules are clear. You write in English, take care of grammar and punctation and... Your stories must have a minimum of two parts and a maximum of 10 parts. I want to join but I'm not good on writing stories .But gudluck to those who will join. I will just follow the link so that I can read your short story about the different genres.
You can write for sure. Use the free prompt help Used for this story: https://writingexercises.co.uk/firstlinegenerator.php Search for some prompts, a plot and attach the prompts. An easy way to write a story in series. 👍🍀
There's a story plot I have on my mind but I'm afraid about not giving justice to the story and disappoint myself in the end.
Just write like you write a freewrite, keep the plot in mind and edit it once finished. You'll be fine.

What about horror? are horror stories accepted or not really?
Of course horror is acceptable. If you ask me most stories are a combination. Let's say horror is crime. Please, join us you are a great writer.
I really appreciate your kind words. Thank you so much for the compliment. I will join, I already started publshing few parts before giving up. I will submit those parts to the contest community and publish the last part later. That's not against the rules right? I mean submitting an entry some of its parts were published in another community.

Great to hear. I try to give it another push. If those writers sit down for 30 minutes, stop chatting a new story is born. Plenty of tools to help with that. @Heartbeat1515 has a free day off but I informed her to write too. 🍀💕
Honestly, it looks like a herculean task, but when you look at it again, it's really not all that hard. I think I'll get to work on another short one and finish it right before the contest ends to prove this point.
If people know how to do it it's easier. A bigger problem is hardly anyone writes a story.
I have been having a lot of days off lately. Now that I am back living in the city, perhaps I can spend more time here compared to before where I have internet limitation.
How is your internet limitation now? Your house? I am as limited as usual. Weekends are the worst. 🍀💕
No more limitation for me. Sometimes when the weather is bad like heavy rain or strong wind the line is not so good but at least I still can be online even though it is slow. The house is postponed again because of movement restriction over district but we can live in it comfortably. We have an old bed from my family house. The little one can run a bit freely now. No more tying her on the waist. It is a dream comes true. Just need to be extra careful because we are now on the roadside and she can climb up the window.
It is cool to see more entries now :) Contests such as these deserve spotlight and appreciation. This is what this place is all about. Writing and reading!

I believe 4 writers already finished their story. I read one yesterday and am so happy he joined. He is such a great writer. 😍
