1.Prepare vegetables according to the amount listed at the top of the list of ingredients

2. Onions, carrots, garlic, root vegetables, peppers chop. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small cubes

3. Fry the bacon in a little oil for a very short time, then add the paprika and simmer for a few minutes

4. Now add onions, garlic, carrots, and root vegetables and simmer over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Fry everything well, it will be tastier

5. Add minced meat, bay leaf, salt, and pepper and continue to simmer for the next 10 minutes

7. Then cover and simmer covered until the liquid is reduced almost completely, then remove from the heat

8. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package. When it is cooked, separate 3 dl of water where it was cooked and add it to the dish. Strain the dough and pour it a little, and cook the dish for a few minutes to the desired density, about 5 minutes

Serve with cabbage or some other salad or something sour, cucumbers, beets, and the like.

Ingredients

-100g Mayonnaise

Cold salad with chicken recipe. Definitely a great and refreshing salad for lunch or dinner, no matter the time of year. It is not necessary to serve a cold salad only in summer and when it is hot. However, I usually prepare it just then because I don't feel like cooking in the heat. You can also add pistachios and I made a video for that salad

1.Mix sour cream, finely chopped garlic, mayonnaise, chives, and a little pepper. Store in the refrigerator until use. The exact quantities are listed above in the list of ingredients (writes: openings for the list of ingredients)

6. It is a good idea to separate very little cooked dough and later arrange it in a salad. So it looks better and is not uniform in the end

Now mix everything and realistically, you can consume it right away but it would be great if you have time when you would still cool at least 45 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with a little more sweet corn, chives, some mini tomatoes, and some hard cheese if you like as a side dish. And the cold salad with chicken is ready and ready to serve

It’s really tasty, and you can add canned tuna fillets instead of chicken. However, if you decided to prepare without meat, you did not make a mistake, this cold salad will also be a real refreshment, but with a little fewer calories.
