One of my family's favorite dinners. Children are always thrilled, so I often make them with or without a reason, for some afternoons or guests, birthdays… they are simply for everyone.
Components:
20g of yeast
600g of flour
300 ml of milk
100 ml of water
50 ml of oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
2/3 margarine (190 gr)
egg yolks and sesame seeds as desired
Preparation:
Freeze the margarine.
Put sugar and crumbled margarine in warm milk and leave it to work.
Put more than half of the flour in a bowl, then shake out the yeast, warm water, and half a measure of oil (you will need the rest of the dough and baking tray), then add the salt and mix everything, so that everything blends nicely.
Then gradually add flour to get a soft dough.
Make the dough into a noodle, then pour a little and leave it to soak in the heat.
When the dough is slightly sour, mix it and spread it in a large square over the entire table.
Order the frozen margarine in half and then transfer over the half on which there is no margarine.
So the dough is folded in half, fold in half more.
Use a knife to cut the side parts where the dough is folded, so that it is even on all sides, ie open dough.
Now you have a rectangle.
Cut the rectangle in half with a knife, because if you stretch it that way, it will be too long and will hang from the table.
Stretch thinly, so that it is the length of the entire wider side of the table, and the height is approximately 20 cm.
On the longer side, there are 6 miles stacked next to each other.
When you have laid them, roll the dough into a roll, then cut it with a knife to the thickness you want.
Do the same with the other part.
Arrange on a baking sheet, then coat with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds as desired.
Bake at 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes, you will see when they turn brown, depending on the oven.
Serve warm.
