New Normal.
2020 sets a big part of changes in our lives. We don't expect that this New Normal thing will happen.
And the very popular in this crucial time is WFH which means
Working From Home.
How are you today? Do you enjoy this new way of working set up?
Some lost their jobs, can't go anywhere unlike before, or missing their families and colleagues. No matter what eagerness to be with them, we only can do that for now is to stay at home.
Depression.
One of the biggest output of this New Normal set up. It merges the idea of "working at home" and "enjoying to stay at home". Some can't totally adjust right now. They are not totally ready actually.
Don't worry you are not alone facing that kind of dilemma. Personally, I experienced crying all along because of I miss the outside world. So here are some tips how we can do to accept this New Normal thing.... WFH.
All we can do right now are the following:
Enjoying your workspace by being creative.
Be organized and get flexible schedules.
Be productive. Think something that will make your day feeling accomplished.
Set aside social medias while working. Finish all your task before checking your emails and social platforms if not necessary.
Give yourself a time to meditate.
Have plans.
Upgrade and boost your skills.
If not conflict to your working schedules sleep early and wake up early.
Eat healthy foods. What we eat affects our mood the whole day.
Drink enough water. Helps to hydrate your mind and be ready for the whole day of work.
Yes, it is hard. But if we are determined to enjoy WFH, it is surely worth it to spend time with your family while working at your comfort zone.
