Is aggression really a show of strength?

Throughout history, aggression has been seen as a way of demonstrating strength. It appeared in the form of violence, persecution, oppression, and invasion. Our human history is full of wars, struggles for the throne, overthrown governments, rebellions ...

Humanity has also made progress in industry, technology and science, perhaps up to a point. We also made great progress in the fields of art, medicine and aesthetics.

Is war really necessary?

Is it a development to sacrifice our lives and possessions to own more land, to ignore the lives of others and to confiscate their property, to fight for the spoils?

Wars, all kinds of violence, aggression… These are the opposite of development. These are actually weakness, illness, and regression. Development means growing, integrating. It's like the unification and integration of different people living together over time.

In fact, we have lost in every war throughout our human history. War means losing for both sides. Humanity is humanity that loses while fighting itself. Every blood that flows is the blood of humanity. Even if a person is injured by another, it affects all of humanity.

We would develop as humanity if we spent the time, labor and money we spent on weapons for wars in the fields of science, art, aesthetics, medicine and social development. And so wars may remain one of the past mistakes in human development.

When a virus infects the body, the whole body becomes ill. When we have the flu, we are not saying that we have the flu in our nose or throat. We say we have the flu. During the pandemic process, we understood better that the corona did not affect a certain group, but the whole world and humanity. We are fighting Corona all over the world.

In fact, humanity reacts to this situation we live in like a single living thing. Although we cannot see the whole from our current perspective, it shows that everything is one and that everything that exists is a part of the whole. Our cells make up our tissues, our tissues, our organs and all of our whole bodies.

With the same logic, every body, every person, every living thing, every being forms a whole. Our cells are alive and are part of a larger creature, that is, us. We are also part of a larger creature.

If your nails break, it affects our whole body. Therefore, if the human being is a bigger living thing; If a person gets sick, all mankind gets sick and humanity suffers.

Aggression is a disease that affects all humanity. The times of the First World War and the Second World War are times when humanity was suffering, damaged, weakened and impoverished.

If there is an attack, the defense will also improve. However, a strong body can fight illness easily and quickly. It may not even feel its effect.

Aggression, war, anger, revenge are not strong. Rather, they are all treatable diseases.

If aggression is disease, what is the real power?

Acting for the good of the whole, showing the goodness of the whole in everything such as love, solidarity and support reinforces a positive attitude, activity and emotion. Being destructive is weakness and makes it even weaker. Being constructive is a sign of being strong.

I write articles with an intense thought filter. However, somehow there may be erroneous statements, typos or misunderstandings.

Thank you very much for reading.

Aggression itself is not a feeling, but it can be a way of expressing feelings, frustration and generally negative feelings.
